Timeskip( four years)

It has been nearly four years since Daven and laclxus took down their first prey together and had fainted afterwards.

These years brought much changes in the life of Daven.

Firstly, Four years ago, his brother, Arthur was born, and just one year later, his youngest and sweetest sister, Sarah was born.

His brother was born in 31st January, while his sister was in 30th June.

His brother Arthur had spiky brown hair with blue eyes. He had a cute round face.

As for Sarah, she had crimson red hair and green eyes. She was a real cutie. She had got everyone wrapped around ber. Even Laxus had a smile on his face when he is with her.

Secondly, Laxus had changed in the past year. He doesn't know much about what really happened but he had changed completely since his father was expelled from the guild.

According to what his father abd mother told him, Laxus's father Ivan put his life in danger which made old man Makarov angry,like really really angry. And he expelled his son.

Laxus didn't like this decision and had turned cold towards his grandfather. He was cold to almost everyone even Daven himself.

He seemed to respect only power and was disdainful for people he considered weak. So Laxus ignored and rediculed most of the members of the fairy tail guild for their weak strength and had disdain for them.

Of course the fear of his mother, Claire still lives in his heart. He can act rudely to anyone but not his mother.

Of course, he still talked with Daven every now and then when Daven visits him at the guild.

According to Makarov, the friendship between Daven and Laxus had made sure that Laxus doesn't lose himself completely in his arrogance.

And, thirdly Daven in the past four years have started to learn from his father and mother too. He was at least as strong as a C rank mage in the light and dark magic which he possessed.

As for his core magic of Arc of Embodiment, with that magic, he could fight against an B rank mage on equal grounds.

Although, it might not seem much but he had grown really strong.

Let's take an example. Very few guild in Fiore had an S class mage as a guild master and most had only an A class master.

From another statistical report, we can even have a better understanding of Daven's current standing in the Fiore.

The total population of Fiore is in a few millions. But only ten percent possess magic, meaning only a tens of thousand of wizard are in Fiore which are controlled under the rules and regulations of the Magic Council.

Out of these, there are around hundred official A rank wizards in Fiore and the number of S class in Fiore won't exceed more than twenty. And this is related to the bright side only.

Currently, Daven was only a nine year old kid, but he and Laxus often went out to complete complete mission for the guild. They have completed more than ten C rank mission.

And, they also completed a B rank one, but it was along with Macao and Wakaba in a joint mission.

In the year April 772,

Arthur had been four years old while Sarah was currently three years old. The two brunette boy and redhead girl were running towards a certain redhead who was currently sending bolts of light at a tree.

They were at the outskirts of meteor town where Daven often spent time to practice his spells or tried to out new spells.

As the light bolts hit the tree there was a clear hole on the bark of the tree and on hitting the ground, there was an explosion.

While the kids liked this and shouted out," Woah"

Daven wasn't so happy. He wanted the explosion to occur on first impact but it seemed like there was still much to do.

He continued to do the similar trick for a number of time, until the shout of the two not so hidden children voice was heard by him.

He turned towards them to see a forest Vulcan standing just in front of his siblings.

The forest Vulcan were different from normal white haired vulcan. This species has their fur colored green and their pectorals, abdominals, hands, ears, and facial features colored a bright shade of purple. Their eyes evidently lack pupils and seemingly glow. The lower half of their body is a darker shade of green and the decorative pattern on their arms consists of five pink hearts on each arm.

" Human, humans. I will have good food today." He shouted out on seeing the kids.

The kids huddled together afraid of the monster in front of themselves.

Daven was angry, really angry that someone dared to threaten his siblings. His eyes flashed in bright white light and in the form of a streamer of light, he appeared just above the Vulcans head and hit it hard enough to move him away from his siblings.

When he was away enough from his siblings, he softly said," Your life ceased the moment you threatened my brother and sister. Light make: light missile."

He raised his palm forward and from the magic array, multiple light missile flew out hitting the Vulcan. He was pushed back from the impact and finally exploded the gore of flesh.

After that,he turned to his siblings and said," Are you both alright?"

They didn't say anything and just hugged their brother. They started crying on his shirt. While Arthur recovered after this, Sarah was completely exhausted and had fallen asleep.

Daven picked up the sleeping Sarah in his hand and asked his brother, Arthur," Wgat were you two doing here? I thought I already warned you about how dangerous it is for you both to come here. "

" Mommy wanted us to call you. But we saw you were training, so we didn't disturb you and waited until your practice ends. But, but , we were..." And he started crying once again.

Arthur was still a kid, after all. After comforting him, he asked," What were you looking for me now?"

" Mom and Dad was going to take us to Magnolia to visit grandpa Makarov. She wanted me to call you so we can leave." Arthur explained his reason.

" Ok. Then let's get going. " Daven said to his brother And Arthur started walking back to their home. But Daven was still standing on the same place.

"Brother, are you not coming?" Arthur asked confused.

Daven simply smiled and said," Come here first. "

Arthur walked to his side and asked," Now what?"

Daven placed his free arm on his brother and then said," Magic"

And a black array was created below them on which the two sank inside.

Before Arthur could even scream out in fright, their body form disappeared and after a few seconds, rise from the shadows in front of their home.

Sarah who was sleeping in her brother's embrace was completely unaware of what happened. Arthur, on the other hand, had bent on his knees and was vomiting out everything he ate since morning.

Alex just patted his back to ease him.

After recovering a little, he asked ," What was that?"

Daven didn't say anything, But the answer can from the doorstep of the house.

" That was shadow travel. Good way to travel around if you are covering a large distance. " The source of the sound was their father, Ardent.

Daven narrated everything that happened and Ardent just shook his head.

" Next time, you go into the forest, you better have an adult to tag along or at least daven is with you. And don't mention it to your mother, she would ban you from leaving the house." Ardent said the last line very softly so his wife cannot hear him.

He then bent to Arthur's level and washed away the tear marks and took his children inside.

His mother, Claire was packing food and clothes for everyone. Seeing her children coming and Sarah sleeping, she asked," Did something happen?"

It was Ardent who answered with half truth," She is just tired. The distance from here to Daven's training ground is far enough, so she was exhausted."

" So how did you come so soon? I thought it would take longer. " she continued to inquire.

" Mom, Arthur told me that we are going to Magnolia. And the quickest way is Dad's shadow travel. I thought of letting Arthur experience it, so we are fast." Daven said while never meeting his mother's eyes in case she found he was hiding something from him.

" Anyway, since you are here. Pack your things yourself while I will go and get Sarah and my clothes. " She rushed towards her room.

Seeing the amount if clothes she packed, Daven asked" Dad, how long are we staying in Magnolia?"

" A few months. We will, at least, stay in Magnolia for Sarah's birthday two months later. And you will be staying there. I will visit you all every once in a while. Now start packing or your mother would be angry."

And Daven went to his room to pack leaving his father with his brother, Arthur.
