Once I got back to my void room I took a deep breath and lied down on the couch. I took a nap. When I woke up, I think it was a couple hours later. I realized I made a mistake. I forgot to restart the flow of time. I wrote a note in that kingdoms language and sent it down to Rin and Pax. Their families where the only people in the universe outside of time. It must have been really awkward.

As a form of apology, I gave their tech pads the ability to send pictures to each other.

In the note I mentioned for them to hide and in ten seconds I would restart the flow of time. After that was complete I decided to make myself some Kotlety with mashed potatoes and a side salad. I sit down and eat my food. I see why Korral really liked it. Out of all the food I ate with them the past eight months this was the best. I think I might make a more eastern dish later.

I made the completed my second run at adventure mode. I picked a higher difficulty sticking with my favorite fighter. I was dedicated to beating the higher difficulty. Over the next two weeks I had been on and off playing through it.

On my off time I would try my hand at cooking. I tried the different fruits, vegetables, and meat from the planet. I don't know why, but dragon meat had a sweet taste. It didn't like it at all. I compared the apples from my old world and the new one. The apples that are grown here are more potent with their crispness when you bite into them.

I picked up where I left off with sign language again. Since it had been a while, it took me a while to get back into it. I also sorted through the knowledge I learned in the academy…school. I just think the word school works better.

---

Of course I have been keeping an eye on the others. The situation had turned quite dire. After Suul was destroyed they made Amber Spring fortress. They took pictures with their tech pads to help make their stories believable to the masses. Since Zinleth and Tasar were elves, that helped too. Tasar believed in Pax and Rin since they knew each other for decades.

The fear mongering campaign had reached Amber Spring, so it there was outrage. Most of the human citizens that believed the propaganda, weren't fighters. The insurgency started to brew.

The reason they started to build more walls, was because refugees from Suul would arrive at Amber Spring as it was the closest. They had all the elves and trusted individuals, form a police force to prevent any unjust actions against the elves. Most of the new refugees hated the elves, but needed a safe place to live. It was like running into a burning house covered in kerosene.

It didn't take long before the insurgency started up. Most of the fighters and the ones pushing the hate were people who used to live in luxury. The refugees and citizens who lived in poverty tried their best to stay out of it. "Little did that do, I mean really, Ugh."

---

Pax was apart of a counsel, with the other three. He had been tasked as a scout around Amber Spring with others of the police force. Pax spotted huge army of demons. Yup a demon army. Imps, shadow wolves, and lesser and greater demons. Orcs and goblins along the way were exterminated as the surrounding territory around Suul was turned into their forward base.

Pax was able to take and send pictures of the army alerting the others. That was how I found out about the army. I saved all their pictures just in case.

This was six months after I bid them goodbye. As they got used to the tech pads, I gave them a full range of features. It seemed like it would be best, since they were fighting a war on two fronts at this point.

They can call and text, something like the internet, and a few other knick-knacks I threw in. I also gave tech pads to Korral and Glandriel. It seems like I have become really invested in this family. Does that mean I am a good or bad God?

---

They were in the middle of fighting off the hate of the citizens and the demons that sent battalions to attack Amber Spring.

Glandriel and Korral continued their training. Pax was teaching Korral and Zinleth taught Glandriel.

Glandriel took up dual-wielding. So the blessing I gave him, transferred over to the entire family. Their speed and reactions were increased while dual-wielding.

Korral was more focused on bowmanship. Kaalm would step in and start teaching Korral a while later.

I watched their training while I ate some snickerdoodles. I haven't made food in a couple days. I know what I should do.

---

Set up a seven person dinner table. I started cooking. I made Gohan, Miso Shiru, Natto, Yakizakanna, Tsukemono, Nori, and Kobachi. Enough for everyone. A typical eastern breakfast.

It was morning down in the world and since they were all running on rations, I felt this would be nice for them.

I froze time and teleported them up here.

"Good morning everyone!"

"…huh?"

"Ah, Kear…"

It looks like they are all still half asleep. Zinleth is wide awake, battle ready, with his two swords in hand. It must be really stressful down there.

Korral runs over to me and hugs me. She is crying her heart out.

---

I let everyone wake up and get caught up. I let them know I wanted to eat breakfast. It seems they are now more comfortable with me being able to stop the flow of time. Well, other than the kids.

They were able to have a nice time. They relaxed and told me about different things they do each day. Korral told me about her training and how much stronger she has become. Glandriel told me how he joined the recruits for the police force. The parents talk about how things are and how they are making it better. They did talk about having football matches when things quiet down.

I don't want to get involved with the two sided war they have going. They need to make those decisions themselves. Though I will help ease their burdens. The winter months are passing, so they can start farming again.

I ask Rin to show Glandriel and Korral the fighting game. I talk to the others and tell them I plan to help out a little.

"I can send you seeds and food. Kaalm you mentioned that people were starving, and I think this will help. Though I am sure you know that people will try to hoard the food. The discontent is rising in Amber Spring. You will need to do something drastic."

The discussed amongst themselves on some ideas. They want to get rid of those who discriminate against non-humans. They only want to kick those people out. There are the obvious suspects, but there are others hiding and waiting in the shadows. These people are undoing all the hard work they have accomplished over the past six months.

I told them I would give an assortment of seeds, based on plants in the region. The extra food I gave them would be enough for the whole population of Amber Spring for a month.

I realized that I was still the ten year old Kear at that time. I think I need to increase my age when I go back out.

After another thirty minutes of talking it was time for everyone to head back. They all thanked me and we said our goodbyes.

---

Another six months passed and it seems like they were able to exile all the bad apples.

I changed Kear's age to be somewhere around twenty. When I died next to Rin and Pax before, all my items were still there. I just recreated those items, including my [Cloak of Homeostasis]. A short sword to my side and I was ready to head back and explore the world. I knew more about the land and the neighboring kingdoms, I thought I would explore those.

I haven't met many races so I decided to head to the beastkin nation to the south of Amber Spring. To make myself fit in there I gave myself a dog like appearance. Just cosmetic not anatomy. I don't think I could get used to the differences in my body. I still trip over nothing. I can barely walk as a human, let alone anything else. I have always been clumsy.
