Chapter 4：Happiness and heartbreak

Cassy had been avoiding Jasmine all her way but she knew that she would definitely create at some point of time and she would have to face her. As she entered the party with Matt, Jasmine came over to say hi to Matt because she fancied him and was jealous of Cassy being so close to him but Matt hated her presence so as she approached, Matt gave a panicked look to Cassy saying "Please save me from this trouble or i will die today"

Cassy let out a light laughter "Don't worry i have an idea but she is gonna be so mad."

"What are you gonna do?"

"Just wait and watch how I will spoil her party. She has always been getting on my nerve. It is payback time baby."

Both of them laughed and then Cassy went forward taking a drink from a tray and then purposely bumped into her spoiling her dress, Matt who had been watching her let out a sudden laugh and then everyone heard the shouting "Are you blind, you ruined my dress."

Cassy controlled her laughter then begin acting as if it was an accident "Oh, I am so sorry."

Matt laughed out even louder watching from a distance.

"Can't you see where you are going."

"If I didn't see you, you should have stepped aside or you were so busy in staring someone."

Everyone burst into laughter as jasmine could not take her insult she angrily spoke

"How dare you talk to me like that, you bloody orphan."

Everyone went silent listening to this because it was the most heartbreaking thing to hear for Cassy so Matt hurried towards her side defending her.

"Jasmine mind your language."

"So you too will defend her. How can you be so hung up on this orphan who didn't have parents to teach her manners, such a disgrace."

"Shut up and leave."

"I won't"

"Alright then we will because the party where you are present is already the worst."

"Matt why don't you get it, I am perfect for you"

Matt ignored her and followed Cassy who had already left, he found her by the pool sitting alone crying. He went closer and sat besides her "You will ruin your makeup."

"Matt I am not in mood for this. Please leave me alone."

"Take your time I will be sitting besides you."

In the adjoining hall, engagement party was being held and the swimming pool was shared by both the halls. After a few moments of silence Cassy saw Zieara come out of the other hall and her sadness turned to happiness quickly but when Matt followed her gaze, he was heartbroken but with a smile and heavy heart he asked Cassy "Do you wanna talk to her."

Cassy nodded her head "but how"

Matt was trying to think when Zieara removed her clothes and jumped into the pool. Cassy smiled and jumped following her, she swimmed towards her. both of them swimmed to an edge and when they were out of water Cassy finally spoke "Hi, I am Cassy. Your performance was great the other day.

"Thanks"
