Chapter 74 - Ascension At Last!

Despite being weak at the start, Broly wasn't a pushover as he could adapt extremely fast. If things got out of hand the only way to defeat him would be to kill him right away. Broly wasn't a person who just started trouble so there shouldn't be a problem.

Planet Vampa was about a month away, he was doing some serious travel and it was kinda painful being alone doing it. There was something he wanted to do on Vampa anyway, so it wasn't all that bad.

In the meantime, he decided to check out that [Aura Orb] he had received back then.

From what Kayn could see, this Orb was capable of absorbing Ki from others. Of course, it could only absorb the Ki they consensually inserted inside of it. This [Aura Orb] was clearly a beacon for him to use in order to become a [Super Saiyan God].

Unfortunately, there weren't any pure and kind-hearted Saiyans in this Universe now. Goku, Gohan, Salari, and maybe Gine but he had his doubts about Gine. She was kind, but this was mainly towards her family and the people she knew.

They clearly had a lot of bonding to do; things were too easy on them. They didn't know what it was like to work together in order to survive. Once King Cold attacked earth, that should be a little wake-up call for them.

Kayn rubbed his hands in excitement at the thought of becoming a [Super Saiyan God] in the future. He had checked the Saiyan S-Cell Chart again after the System finished its update. Kayn found that the 4th slot had revealed itself to be SS4.

Now, the requirements to reach Super Saiyan 4 were a little special compared to the other forms.

Requirement-1: Enough S-Cells (1,000%)

Requirement-2: A-Rank Ki Control

Requirement-3: A Large Dose of Blutz Energy!

The 4th Requirement was already finished in Kayn's book, but the others had yet to be completed. Bulma should have the intelligence to create such a machine to help in his transformation, but he thought the moon should be enough.

A Full Moon with Clear skies to exude its Full Power. It was easier to reach [Super Saiyan 4] with the Moon if you had already advanced to Super Saiyan 3. However, if you only reached [Super Saiyan 2] as your limit, then you'll need the help of some outside source for your advancement.

There was another secret requirement, you needed to have a tail as a Saiyan.

Kayn initially sighed and frowned seeing so many requirements, it required so much for this transformation. [Super Saiyan God] didn't even ask for this many requirements, in fact, it was something easy to accomplish.

It was even stronger than SS4!

There were a lot of strong Saiyans like Broly, C.u.mber, etc. However, they always had something they lacked, which was the latest and greatest Saiyan forms. Broly being limited to his Legendary Super Saiyan state, while C.u.mber was limited to his Super Saiyan 3 state.

But what if a Saiyan could do it all? Just imagine the power he would have? Kayn struggled for System Points, so he could only ask the Super Dragon for another Bloodline. But he would rather just make his own Dragonballs first to see if they could do it.

Continuing his journey, he practiced his combat skills against multiple clones of himself. After his little scuffle with himself, he checked his status sheet.

Turning away from his Status, he went to the kitchen to cook for himself. He had to do a lot of that, but most of it was already made. Bulma had given him several Capsules that had food already prepared for him.

It was a month's wait but it wasn't that bad because he could just [Instant Transmission] himself back to earth afterward.

"Ugh!" Kayn looked at the Planet from afar, it didn't look like a place anyone would want to be stranded on. And from the movie, these words held nothing but truth but it did serve to toughen Broly and Paragus up.

Kayn's spaceship broken through the atmosphere and he immediately sensed them both. The skies gave off a large amount of yellow light, so there was at least a sun here. The ground was sandy with large craters almost everywhere.

Some of these Craters were filled with strange liquid, and from Kayn could see, even beast. Small deformed and rough mountains were present in almost every area you looked in. Due to the sun and the strange atmosphere, the glow of the sun almost made the planet's lighting look green.

Kayn landed his ship steadily but it wasn't easy, he almost crashed honestly.

"Phew, I don't want such a nice ship getting destroyed." Kayn sighed in relief and exited his ship soon after.

Paragus and Broly didn't even try to hide, but even if they did, they couldn't hide from him. Kayn always had his tail flashed to let them know that he wasn't hostile.

"A Saiyan? Has King Vegeta sent you to come and receive us out of exile?" Paragus was the first to speak. Broly said nothing and just eyed Kayn all the while.

"King Vegeta? King Vegeta is dead, he died around the same time you guys left Planet Vegeta." Kayn waved his hand.

"What? Dead? Who killed him?" Paragus was surprised for a second but he quickly reverted back to his calm demeanor.

"You can thank Frieza for that, he wiped the whole Saiyan race out. There are only a few survivors, and you guys are apart of those few. It doesn't matter anyway because Frieza was killed off." Kayn gazed into the distance as he concluded.

"So someone finally put him in his place, who killed him?" Paragus seemed happy, but he never showed this in the movie. However, he still didn't like Frieza, what Saiyan actually did?

"It was Bardock and Gine, so my mom and dad." Kayn said with a grin.

"Bardock? The Powerful Low-Class Warrior, but his wife as well?" Paragus was aware of Gine, but she was merely a butcher.

Kayn walked over and started to relay a few things about what happened. He even showed Paragus and Broly the Super Saiyan form.

"How could be, wasn't that a Myth?" Paragus was surprised, but Myths were always formed for a reason and the truth never lingered far behind them sometimes.

"Broly, right? I'm Kayn, nice to meet you." Broly nodded in return, he was wearing that his old typical Saiyan armor, but it was a mess, showing cracks from its old age, even pieces of the armor was missing.

He also sported that Ba's ear around his waist in the same fashion as usual.

Broly smiled slightly and nodded towards Kayn.

"How many are alive and what are their names besides Bardock and Gine?" Paragus was curious, he hadn't grown gray hairs at this point and still had a head full of black hair.

"In total, it's 11, including you, Broly, and myself. You've been stranded on this planet for too long, it's time to move on. As for the Survivors, they're Kakarot, Anya, Nappa, Raditz, Turles, and Vegeta." Kayn concluded.

"Hmm.." Broly's face suddenly scrunched at the name of Vegeta. There was visible irritation in his expression and even veins appearing on his forehead.

"Calm down Broly, those days are over, just let Vegeta be. His father's dead already, so we don't have to worry about his son." Paragus gazed deeply at Broly and said.

"Oh, I can tell your son is really special, he needs real training to hone his power. I'll show you a glimpse of what he could accomplish but more. You guys might want to stand back, this going to get serious!"

Broly and Paragus didn't know what Kayn wanted to do but they both took a few steps back anyway.

"This is a Super Saiyan, but you guys already knew that. This here is Super Saiyan beyond a Super Saiyan, but I just call it a Super Saiyan 2!" Kayn's hair grew spikier with visible blue bolts of lightning flash around him every now and then.

"And lastly, this is....." Suddenly, Kayn began to power-up.

Broly and Paragus looked at Kayn in shock, a level beyond just Super Saiyan and beyond that Super Saiyan, say what now!?

Kayn had to draw on more power for this transformation, it was his first time-transforming, after all. Clouds started to form in the sky, something that had never happened before because this planet never had clouds, thus, it never rained.

Kayn didn't yell or anything during this transformation but he was straining. His eyes were wide as he was drawing on a greater power than he had ever achieved. Heavy winds kicked up around him causing Broly and Paragus to cover their eyes with their hands.

Kayn was engulfed in Gold-yellowish light, the planet started to shake; the ground started to open and swallow beast across the planet. Mountains crumbled, it was truly a disastrous transformation, it was worse than Goku's first time.

"He's shaking the entire planet!" Paragus looked distressed and flew away to a safer location, and Broly followed behind him.

Kayn's hair, which originally went down to his waist grew further until it reached just over his knee-caps! The whole process took 5 minutes, then finally, the light dispersed and it revealed Kayn in his Fully Ascended State!

He had achieved Super Saiyan 3!

"And this... this is a Super Saiyan 3!" Kayn smirked, then looked at himself through the interface, he was truly feeling joy from the bottom of his heart.
