Chapter 27 - Quick Rescue!

The 2 Ogre easily sensed him. Kayn didn't really try to hide. The check-in station had multiple buildings with King Yemma's place being located near the center of all of this.

There was the main entrance, then there were side entrances. Most took the main entrance but Kayn was taking a side entrance by coming from snake way.

"Hey, did you just come from Snake way?" The guards at the entrance looked at Kayn in astonishment.

"Yes. I was sent here by King Kai on some personal business." Kayn flashed the pass he got from King Kai to the guards.

One of the Ogres checked the pass thoroughly and found that it wasn't fake.

"You're all set, you may pass, sir." One of the Ogres pointed towards the way.

"Thanks, I'll be one my way." Kayn technically wouldn't have wasted his time taking the gate, but he found that his Ki senses would be blocked from prying pass the Check-in walls. There was a big sign that said Welcome on top of the gate as he passed through.

There was a small line of dead people at the check-in station. Kayn had no choice but to get in line, which caused many eyes to shoot his way. They didn't see a halo over his head, this could only mean that he wasn't dead like them.

Surprisingly, no one asked him why he was here despite the arousal of curiosity. Everyone also noticed Kayn's tail, he didn't try to hide it.

"Well, I never thought there would actually be a Saiyan still alive and kicking. He somehow found his way into Dead Man's Paradise."

"I heard that this is the world of the dead, how could a living person appear here?"

"You shouldn't be worried about him, you've done some pretty evil deeds when you were alive." A giant Lizard faced man said.

"What does that supposed to me?"

"Haha, it means you'll be sentenced to hell!" The Lizard faced man laughed and jeered.

"No one's sending me anywhere!"

Kayn didn't respond to what the people were saying about him and just waited. Time passed swiftly, and it was nearing his turn; it was only the 1 guy left before his turn.

"Ah, Morgus the mighty? You've done some pretty good deeds, so you'll be sent to heaven." King Yemma slammed his Judge hammer after looking over the giant book.

"Yeah! Being a good person really paid off, even in death, hahaha! My dad was right" The Lizard-headed man laughed joyously under the guidance of a Blue Ogre.

"Next...is, hmmm!" King Yemma's gaze swept over Kayn and he quickly noticed he wasn't a dead person.

"You're not dead, so how did you even get here?" King Yemma's expression changed. Dead people had their power level restricted once they died. This disabled and crippled them heavily, however, this only applied to people sent to hell or those in King Yemma's presence.

"I can explain, I was sent here by King Kai to do something for him. I need to retrieve someone then return back to his place. Here's the ticket thingy." Kayn quickly explained and showed the pass he received from King Kai.

The Pass floated into King Yemma's hand, then he looked it over.

"Your name is Kayn, right? Just a second." King Yemma, in standard fashion, searched through his Book of Judgement.

"Not bad, a little too much killing but not bad." King Yemma shut his book and continued. "Okay, I assume you want to head to a certain destination? Where will it be?" King Yemma wanted to deny Kayn from jumping between worlds like it was a game, but he wanted to save face for King Kai.

"I heard you can open a door from here to the place I want to go to. The place I want to head to is the location of a Saiyan name Gine. Just open a door close to her location, and I'll be back before the duration of the door ends."

"A Saiyan named Gine? So you and that gang of Saiyans are still alive, I see." King Yemma looked at the line behind Kayn, it was starting to grow! This made him recall how busy he was when he had to sentence so many Saiyans to hell that day.

"Damn it! Hey, hurry up and show him the way, he must have the coordinates to where he wants to go. I can't deal with this living person now, there are too many people coming here after death."

King Yemma was growing restless, he was already busy as 'hell' so he couldn't waste his time searching for some unknown Saiyan.

Kayn's mouth twitched, but he didn't worry because he did have the coordinates of the planet.

"Ah, yes, right this way Saiyan, sir!" A Blue Ogre quickly came over to guide him. After walking for a while, they came to a door. Once they opened the door, there was another door!

"This door will lead you to where you want to go in the Universe, just tell me the coordinates." The Ogre said, "Also, you only have 30 minutes to get in and out, if you're too late then the door will shut disappear completely." The nerdy Ogre fiddled with his glasses as he looked at the clipboard in his hand.

"I understand!" Kayn told him the coordinates and the Ogre told him that once he entered the door, it would go invisible so others won't discover it. This was a really big favor, it was something King Yemma would deny flat out unless the universe was in danger.

The nerdy Ogre told him a passcode to make the door become visible again, so all he needed to do was remember the location the door spawned.

Kayn had a good memory, so he wouldn't forget. Without further ado, he quickly walked through the door and appeared in a cave. The minute Kayn appeared, he sensed too many life forms to count.

The door disappeared before Kayn's eyes, this door was set close to his destination on the planet, so his target would be easier to retrieve. He couldn't waste time, so he used Instant Transmission; appearing near a large city.

When sensing Ki, there were no numbers, and he liked seeing results like this. However, anyone who could sense Ki could easily tell if they were stronger than someone or not, unless they were hiding and suppressing it.

There was a sign at the entrance of the city saying that it was illegal to fly here, it was a No-Flying Zone. Kayn could feel that his strength was above anyone on this planet, so he didn't need to worry at all.

He took to the sky and flew above the city, he saw several tall buildings which gave it that modern style look. Kayn also saw something else that stood out, in fact, it stood out the most; he couldn't miss it even if he looked the other way.

It was a large stadium about the size of 2 Football Fields, it was massive!

Kayn s.u.c.k.e.d in a mouth full of air and spoke in a booming voice. "RETURN THE SAIYAN WOMAN OR I START DESTROYING THINGS!!" Kayn's loud voice caused cracks to form in some buildings, some people even fainted from the ear-piercing sound!

"So loud!" Some of the Guards were bleeding out of their ears, while some just held their ears. Before anyone could respond, Kayn shot an energy attack at a factory close by.

The Factory that looked like it was barely holding up was reduced to a crater of nothingness. This Factory was abandoned, so no one was in it. But if they didn't give him what he wanted, he wouldn't hesitate to destroy things with civilians in it.

"Want to get my hands a little dirty, and so it shall be!" Kayn mumbled " LAST CHANCE, BRING THE SAIYAN WOMAN OUT, SHE IS A SLAVE RIGHT NOW! IF YOU DON'T HURRY THEN I'LL BOMB THE CITY!!" Kayn's voice boomed again, this time, it wasn't as loud as last time. He noticed a few people were affected too badly, this could be why no one responded.

Kayn had to show force, he couldn't waste time, they had to know his strength and that they were outmatched. Suddenly, many figures could be felt heading towards Kayn's position. They all arrived before Kayn, there were 20 of them in total.

"Who do you think you are to attack our city in such a manner!?" This group of men was wearing futuristic armor, but one of them pointed at Kayn angrily and spoke,

"Last chance, hand over the Saiyan you have in custody or be destroyed, don't make me do this!" Kayn's glared at the group "Also, hand over the one who took her as a slave."

"Saiyan? Ah, we do have a Saiyan! We can hand her over, but we won't hand over the enslaver!" These futuristic armor-wearing guys already use their helmet scanner's to check Kayn's Battle Power.

The Mayor of this city had a power level of 50,000, while the King's strength was 130,000. However, Kayn's strength was higher than that, they couldn't get a reading since the limit of their scanners maxed out at 200,000!

They had advanced scanners, so they didn't break like the typical scouter if someone's strength level was too high. The Scanner would only say, [Beyond The Limit] if someone's strength was beyond the scanner's understanding!

This made the man who wanted to trash talk and attack Kayn, say nothing more.

"Okay, hand her over and we're done, she needs to be in front of me within 12 minutes." Kayn couldn't make a fuss right now because he couldn't find her. Even if he destroyed the city, he might end up killing Gine. Kayn was also on a timer right now, he could come by some other time to get even.

Two Futuristic armor-wearing men touched their helmets, they seemed to be relaying a message to someone. Everyone kept their eyes on Kayn, wondering how a Saiyan could have gotten so strong.

Within 10 minutes, they brought Gine over. Many of the Futuristic armor-wearing guy's expressions changed. This was because when they first saw this Saiyan woman being brought into slavery, she looked healthy, but now, she had a missing arm, a crippled leg, and an eye patch covering one of her eyes.

Kayn didn't have any notible changes to his face, he looked indifferent to all of this. This caused them to sigh in relief. They were holding a system here and they didn't want to go toe to toe with crazy tyrants like Frieza and other powerful people out there.

"Gasp! Kayn, oh my.... you've grown so much!" Gine flew over to Kayn with a smile on her face, she was actually quite shocked how he arrived so fast. She was just talking to him about 3 hours ago and now he's here!

"Yes, I told you I would come for you, let's get out of here quick," Kayn said. Gine looked back at the Futuristic armor-wearing people, she seemed to want to say something. Gine was smart, so she didn't say what she wanted to say and looked back at Kayn.

Gine rushed over and hugged Kayn. Honestly, there was no time for this, but he had about 15 to 18 minutes left. She could only wrap one arm around him, which looked awkward to the many spectators.

Gine was just about to pinch his face when he dodged and said. "We have to hurry, we'll make up later." This was nothing new to him, she did this all the time when he first arrived in this world.

"My little Candy Kayn has grown so much; if only your dad could see it." Gine sighed with great emotion; if only her whole family could have survived, then it would have been perfect.

"...." Kayn didn't say anything, he grabbed her hand teleported away.

"What?" Everyone was shocked seeing them disappear.

Moments later, he arrived back inside the cave with time to spare. "Where are we going? Oh, I know, we should head to earth and pick up Kakarot, then go get Raditz." Gine nodded as if she understood something.

"Yes, we'll do that later, but now, you need to be healed." Kayn said a few strange words, and the initially invisible door appeared. Gine expressed her confusion, how could a door just appear here?

She quickly realized how Kayn got here so fast, he must have used some strange traveling skill. She recalled Kayn saying he had a power level of 1 million, was it really true? As for the traveling skill, she was both right and wrong about this.

Without delay, Kayn opened the door as both of them went on their way.
