The little house was the same as usual, but more dust had acc.u.mulated again. This time, the Saibaman from before had made an appearance. They had always hid underground and didn't even appear when Kayn had come here to train for over 6 years.

Kayn instructed the Saibaman to clean the dust in the cabin, as he went to pick some of the vegetables in the garden. After thinking for a bit, Kayn went to grab the pad located in the Gravity Desert Zone; storing it.

The Saibaman followed orders well and cleaned all the dust within the house. Kayn ate some vegetables this time, he pretty much ate a salad. The Vegetables that the Saibamen grew tasted far better than regularly grown veggies. This was the only reason Kayn could eat so much without adding meat to the mix.

Once he was finished, he nonchalantly dove into his bed and went to sleep. The Saibaman went back to doing their jobs, which was attending the garden. Kayn had plans for these Saibamen if they didn't die.

Time went by. Once he woke up, it was already dark outside, but he didn't let this hamper what he wanted to do. Kayn got out of bed and stretched before putting his armor back on.

"Okay, it's time to use this [Coordinates Shuttle Pass] to get to where I want." He was now ready to use this pass. However, the place he was going wasn't exactly in this universe. After speaking to the system, he found that he could venture to the place he was aiming for.

"Sigh, thank goodness!" Sighing in relief, he spoke to the system. "System, take me to that place, you know where I want to go at this point; where I plan to go."

[Ding! Coordinates locked-on.... #$*%#[email protected]#%!]

The space around Kayn twisted and the scenery around him changed. He soon appeared on some grass, there was also a road. Kayn's heart clenched, it was the real King Kai planet, he looked over and could see the golden clouds below; he could even see snake way!

"Huh? Who are you... Hmm, wait, I've seen you before." Suddenly, a voice came over while Kayn was lost in the scenery around him. He quickly looked over and saw the legendary figure, King Kai.

"King Kai, yes, I've come from afar to learn your great techniques." Kayn hurried over to greet King Kai. He looked at King Kai in disbelief, it was the legendary King Kai from the show!

"Ah!" King Kai pointed at Kayn in shock, then said. "I remember you, you're the one who has been causing a ruckus in Frieza's sector, how did you get here?" Naturally, Kayn's movements throughout the universe didn't escape King Kai's sight.

"Oh, you've been watching me?" Kayn was surprised, he didn't know he was being watched throughout these years. This made him aware than he could even be getting watched by a 'certain someone'.

"How can I not notice you? You've pissed off Frieza by destroying his planets." King Kai rearranged his black shades that were in a mess.

"Of course, I'm an enemy of Frieza, why would I not provoke him? I'm sure you know what he has done to my people, right?" Honestly, Kayn could care less about the Saiyans, he wasn't planning on reviving them anyway.

"Well, you must be aware of what your race was doing when they were around, right?" King Kai cleared his throat and continued "Ahh! That's beside the point, how did you get here all of a sudden?"

"Uh, [Instantaneous Travel]." Kayn scratched the back of his head and said. He obviously couldn't say the real method he used to get here.

"Oh!" King Kai suddenly realized something and came to an understanding. This didn't go unnoticed by Kayn.

"Are you some stalker? How long have you been watching me?" Kayn looked at King Kai strangely.

"Ahem! I kept tabs on most of the leftover Saiyans, just to make sure they didn't do anything outrageous."

King Kai coughed and spoke again. "Anyway, you said you were here to learn techniques from me, right?" King Kai looked over Kayn while rubbing his chin.

Kayn wondered why every one of these old beings had a habit of rubbing their chins that had no hair on them. After evaluating Kayn, he was stunned. King Kai found that Kayn's strength was quite strong.

"That's right. I'm here to learn from the greatest teacher among all realms." Kayn flattered by saying.

"Ahem, you're not bad, kid. You sure know who the best is but I don't just accept anyone to learn my mysterious and powerful techniques, you have to qualify first." King Kai put his fist against his mouth a cough slightly again; he was clearly flattered by Kayn's words.

"Oh, so what do I have to do to qualify?" Of course, Kayn knew what would come next.

"Simple; if you can tell me a really good joke that's enough to make me laugh, then I'll teach you." King Kai placed his hands behind his back and smiled at Kayn. Suddenly, Bubbles and Gregory appeared behind King Kai.

"Is that it?" Kayn asked.

"Well, there would usually be another test, but with your strength, it wouldn't be hard for you to pass those test." Kayn asked this because he saw Gregory and Bubbles appear, they were apart of that other test.

"Okay, here's the joke" Kayn thought for a moment and said. "What did the cat say after cracking a joke?"

"Gasp! What, what did he say?" King King went along with the joke.

"Just kitten!" Kayn's smiled froze with arms spread out; speaking the punch line.

"Pfft! hahaha! That's great, that was a good one!" King Kai had tears in his eyes, as he held his round stomach in laughter. He was always alone on this little planet, so he enjoyed entertainment the most. He did have his pets, but they couldn't talk to him about anything, or more importantly, make him laugh.

"Ha, so does that mean I pass the test?" Kayn wasn't sure if King Kai would laugh, but since he did; this must mean he had passed.

"Yes, yes, hahaha! You surely have passed; I will show and teach you some great techniques; the best there is!" King Kai was still laughing every so often until he eventually came to a sudden stop.

Kayn seemed to have remembered something important and he looked at King Kai.

"King Kai, you said you were watching me to a certain extent, right?"

"Ah, yes, every now and then I would." King Kai nodded, not denying at all despite how bad it sounded.

"I was wondering, could you possibly pick up the Ki Signature of a pacific Saiyan? I'm sure you're aware of the other Saiyans that are still alive, so was wondering."

"I monitored them as well, they're nothing good. They've attacked, killed, and destroyed several civilizations." King Kai lowered his head slightly and tied his hands behind his back, sighing.

"They aren't the biggest threat, so we don't have to worry about them. They'll be dealt with later on, but can you search for a specific Saiyan if she is alive?"

"Hmm, this is possible but there's a problem, can you tell me how this Saiyan look? Do you have something I can go on?" King Kai had his limit, he could find just about anything in the universe as long he had something to go by.

Without hesitation, Kayn pulled out the picture of his family and showed it to King Kai.

"Oh, are you talking about the woman in this picture?" King Kai suddenly remembered something. "I remember; when Planet Vegeta was about to blow up, there was a strange spatial fluctuation and this woman disappeared from the planet!"

King Kai had seen everything taking place at that time, and he immediately recognized the woman after some thought. He didn't care about her, nor did he feel sorry for her, she was Saiyan who had also killed innocent beings.

"What!? She's alive? Did you really see her escape?" Kayn was shocked, the space stone he given her was cheap and extremely flawed, so he had no hope of her survival.

"Yes, I know her location, she's on a planet filled with gladiators. This planet is where people fight to the death to entertain the inhabitants of this planet." King Kai said.

This rumor circulated when Goku died for the first time, making people believe that it was mandatory that he was brought back to life before a year ended. This was the same when he was blown up by Cell and was never revived afterward, instead, staying dead for the longest time.

Then it suddenly came to him that there didn't seem to be a limit, as Frieza was revived later on after so many years dead.

"Looks like I can revive Bardock when I get the chance." He had always believed that there was a time limit, so he never bothered trying to revive Gine or Bardock, but now he knows that she's alive and he can just revive Bardock later.

Kayn was secretly overjoyed when he realized this, he just wished he remembered this earlier, but things went better this way since he could focus on himself more.

"Is there any way I can pick her up?" Kayn asked King Kai happily.

"Can't you use that Teleporting skill of yours to get to her?" King Kai looked at Kayn strangely, you got here using it, why can't you go get her using the same technique?

"...." Kayn was at a loss for words.

"Hmm, don't tell me it has a cooldown or something like that? If it does then you'll have to wait to pick her up. The only thing I can do for you is; I can allow you to Telepathically talk to her but that's all I can do within my ability."

"This... this will do then." Kayn rubbed his temple, feeling helpless at the moment.

"Ahem, okay, come put your hand on my back so we can get in touch with her. Her situation isn't so good; she's your mom, so I hope you won't be too disturbed about her situation." King Kai sighed deeply this time and spoke knowingly.

Kayn's expression darkened hearing this, he was almost scared to find out but he wanted to know. Without saying anything, Kayn put his hand on King Kai's shoulder, as he and King Kai locked in on a planet far away.
