36 The Lesson

"Is something wrong, Sir marss?"

Michael snapped back to reality, noticing that everyone were currently looking worriedly at him.

"S...Sir Marss?"

He turned to his side, noticing Firnell stare worryingly at him with a slightly tearful gaze. The blue eyes shimmered benath the radiating lanters hanging from above, making him fully realize his sudden change.

'Did all that happen in my head?'

Michael tapped Firnell's shoulder while brightly smiling at her, trying to ease her growing unease.

"I only spaced out for a second! No need to worry."

Seeing him smile like this, she retracted the previous expression and replaced it with the usual blush. Turning back towards her plate.

Looking back at the rest of her family, they also seemed to calm down. Not dwelling on what had been done much longer.

Trying to reignite the flames of joy, Lissanna began to speak to him once more. Bringing up a rather different topic than one would expect.

"Sir Marss, tell me, which one of my daughters do you find the most appealing?"

As she said these words, the familiar seductive smile slowly bloomed on her face. Aiming both the marked green pearls at him. Wanting to see which one he would choose to look at.

Not falling for this sort of trick, Michael winced at her while rubbing his chin.

"You see, Miss Lissandra. I have neither spoken to your eldest daughter before, nor do I know her name. As such, Firnell will naturally be my first choice."

Everyone at the table smiled, including the sister who had not uttered a single word until now.

"Ho? Then you wouldn't mind if we left you two alone for a while?"

Hearing this, both parents smiled at each other.

"You are right, Fiorell. We should let them be as of now."

The father was the first one to followed up.

"You are right, dear. Let us leave them alone."

As Lissanna finished up, the trio pushed their chairs back and stood up. Not planning on staying here with them any longer

"It was a pleasure meeting you, Marss darling. May we meet again."

She spoke for the other two, now walking away from the table. Following the line towards the door he and Firnell had come from.

Seeing them slowy leave, the girl next to him began to blush even more. Not sure how to go on from here.

"I...I am very happy you t..took your time meeting them..."

Her eyes glistened with the constant build-up of tears, making them shine like blue crystals reflecting the rays of yellow light.

"S...Sir Marss. If you would like...W...We can go to my room..."

A soft pant escaped from her small mouth as she continuously stuttered. The warm pockets of air kept hitting his face as she unconsciously leaned closer.

'This girl sure is different today.'

"I would be honored. Please, show the way."

She weakly smiled at him through the tomato red face, placing her hand onto his and leading him away.

Firnell lead him towards the door which they originally came from, the one filled with all those strange paintings.

She placed her hand on the solid door knob, and it slowly opened. Giving of a stirring creaking sound as it moved.

Seeing the familiar hall once more, now lighted up by the dinning room's powerful lanters, he got a better look inside. However, what came was not as expected.

'Where did all the paintings go?'

Right now, the only thing filling the dim corridor was the familiar row of candles. The previous images were no longere there for display.

'Did those three remove them when they left?'

Before Michael had another chance to dwell on this, he saw the girl infront of him stare confusingly at him.

"Is something wrong, Sir Marss?"

Seeing her expression, he could only lay the thoughts in the back of his mind, Giving her the usual calm smile.

"No, no. There is nothing wrong."

A touched look was eminent on her face, and she once more pulled him away.

Exiting this haunted passage, they then walked up towards the first floor near the entrance of this place.

Finishing the flight of stairs, Michael looked around to see if anything noticeable changes had happened here too.

The same human shaped stautes were still spread around the room. However, now resembling a sort of maze.

'Wasn't there also league's of maids and servants here just a few minutes ago? Did something else come up mabye?'

Firnell noticed his sudden change, and instead of trying to ask what was wrong again, she lightly dragged his hand towards a new set of wooden steps. Most likely leading to the second floor where her living quarter would be.

"M..My room is just up here. I'm sorry if it's tiring to walk. B..But my dad likes when it's s..spacey, a..and.."

'Why is this girl always explaining herself? Well, whatever.'

"Don't think about. Let's just go."

He took the first move onto it, wanting her to calm down a little.

Watching Michael act so relaxed eased the growing worry within her, and she followed his example.

They ascended up to the second floor. Very alike the first one, there was a couple of stone statues stationed around. However, these looked much more aged and cracked than the ones benath. What kind of material were they made of?

Other than them, some more doors and stairs occupied the rest of the available space.

'This really looks like some sort of labyrinth. Which door leads to her room?'

"This way, Sir Marss. It's the one to our left!"

Happily leading him to the closest door, he noticed that this one had a finer texture than the rest. Alongside the texture, there was also a small blue letter imprinted in the middle of it. Most likely signifying her name.

"My room is a little messy, so I hope you can looked past some of it."

The door opened, and he saw the interior.

A large bed covered 1/5 of the available space. The rest was made up by some closets and a small bench with a chair. Her room was dark, but not reaching the level where you would't be able to navigate inside. Besides, a bunch of bubble shaped lanters, similar to the ones in the dinning hall were attatched to the walls. If anything, you could just turn some on.

"Your room looks like any other one, Firnell."

She did not answer, only walking in the direction of the large bed, silently sitting on it. After comfortably positioning herself, she shyly looked up towards Michael. Tapping the side next to her as she delicately whispered.

"Y..You can s..sit down if you want, S..Sir Marss."

Seeing the woman in front signaling him like this, a small fire started to light up inside of his belly.

'This one is for you Marss!'

He walked towards Firnell, who shyed more away whenever he significantly closed in on the bed.

Finally there, he placed his body next to hers as he sat down.

A small silence lingered in the dark room for a short while. That is, until Firnell decided to break it

"C..Can y..ou lay on the b..bed for a second?"

Seeing how she mumbled, the fire inside kept growing stronger. Now dousing his body together with a mind washing feeling. It felt like his brain was drowned little by little.

'I wonder.. When did I start to feel emotions towards other people again?'

He climbed further towards the center, laying there with both arms and legs spread out.

While watching Michael do so, Firnell's heavy breathing seemed to turn into a quickening panting. The hurried exhaling warmed up the atmosphere even further.

"Please, Sir Marss. Can you stay like this for me?"

She turned herself towards his lying body. Crawling on all four while continuing to pant. The turquoise robe she wore was barely visible in the dark room, but it made her figure all the more alluring.

At last, she stopped her movements and sat on top of him. Looking down at his face with the beautiful blue eyes. Both the glowing gems illuminated the steams of vapor which rapidly emerging from her mouth.

Their eyes were now locked onto each other, not changing direction im the least.

As they kept starring at each other, Firnell's robe seemed to loosen a little, as she slowly reached her hands next to the pillow Michael rested his head on.

"This is my first time, Sir Marss. I hope you can be gentle with me..."

Her robe finally fell off. And even though it was dark, her slim and bewitching figure could still be made out.

'Was it thanks to you, Marss? That I was able to put so much faith in another person again?'

Her body krept closer to his, while at the same time firmly positioning itself on top.

She slowly raised her hands to the back side of her head. Pushing all of the long blond hair out of the way.

"You know, Sir Marss. My sister also brought home a certain someone not too long ago. A transfer student if you would..."

She leaned forwards, dragging her descending hands towards his chest. Her thin seductive figure swung back and forth as she moved.

"He had rather dark hair, so I felt a little uncomfortable talking to him.. But my sister still chose that guy..."

Their eyes were still bound togheter, and the small hands now rested themselves on top of his chest.

Her face came closer to his own, until the flickering eyes were only a few millimeters away. The steamy hot breath continuously brushed against his lips, further fueling the growing flames.

With a soft whisper, she continued to speak while leaning more of her weight onto his torso.

"And although the ears were rather sharp, his meat was very tender. Don't you think so too?"

He was planning on asking what she meant, but a weak itch emerged in the center of his body.

Tilting his head away from her eyes. Michael saw both of her delicate fingers holding onto some sort of long needle, which was currently sinking further into the place where his heart was positioned.

He tried to speak, but found out that his lips refused to budge. Only being able to force his head back up.

Seeing her once more, he watched as both her eyes began to noticeably contort themselvs into two abnormally wide cresent moons.

Her lips formed themselves into a weird smile which kept growing, until reaching the tip of her earlobes. As the smile grew, the skin surrounding the lips cracked a little, causing small lines of red to stream down her jaw. The previous light panting was split up in several sections, as every breath was now filtered through her spacy and deformed yellow teeth.

She removed one of her hands from the needle, stretching it in the direction of his face.

Her now wrinkled palm graced itself over his cooling cheeks. The rough texture burried itself agains the skin, causing a sickly feeling to seep into his very being. While it spread out, Michael found his consciousness dim a little for each passing second.

He heard Firnell speak once more before his vision completely darkened. The once mellow and sweet voice she held had become much deeper and haggars. Sounding like two hags were speaking over each other.

"Thank you, Sir Marss.."

Her facial featues continued to twist, and several wrinkles started to form on the stretched skin. Her eyes seem to dim alongside his own, following every movement he made.

"Thank you for being my first...."
