Chapter 57 - Matteo

Setting her bag down she then put her hair up and into a high ponytail. She stretched and so did Thomas. They did a set of weights each and spotted each other. Then they took turns on the punching bag holding it for one another. Ivy got distracted half way though she kept looking over at the ring.

"What?." Thomas had to stop punching and wiped his sweat off his brow.

"Nothing...maybe." Paige looked over at the boxing gym ring concerned.

There was a tall, slim built guy with tattoos in the ring. One after another bulky men kept entering the ring trying to take him down then suddenly there was five men on him. After watching the guy get beaten on Ivy had had enough. She looked at Thomas. Thomas understood and sighed. Ivy was his priority but she always had to help out and get herself in trouble.

They approached the ring and climbed under the ropes. Both got in the ring and one by one they pulled off the men. Paige got to the last guy and roundhouse kicked him in the stomach knocking him down. He fell and crouched over with probably a broken rib, Paige did all sorts of workouts she did boxing, kick boxing, mixed martial arts and anything else she could learn she did. It was a hobby she took up in her teens after her mother had passed away. She needed to vent and something to keep her out of the empty house she returned to every night.

The guy below was huddled up he was bruised all over with some blood and injuries on his back. Ivy helped him up to his feet, holding him steady.

He looked up at the bright light and focused his eyes and saw a beautiful girl in training gear, she offered him her hand and he got up. She was a head smaller than him and she looked like she worked out. He looked around and there were the men that were supposed to be teaching him a lesson lying around on the floor. He wondered did this angel help him, she was like a goddess sent to him.

"Thanks." He said breathing heavily not taking his eyes off his goddess.

"No problem. What's your name?." Ivy asked as she reached out to steady the man in front of her.

"Matteo Radici but just call me Teo." The guy stood straight now his injuries weren't that bad and he didn't feel sore as he stared at the girl who saved him.

"Teo, nice name. Come with me." Ivy smiled at him, and pulled him along with her.

"Ok." He followed no questions asked.

Ivy took him to Noah's black Bugatti Veyron and sat beside him in the backseat. Thomas seeing this immediately panicked, Noah will not be happy. He grabbed Ivy's bag and followed them quickly, he jumped into the front drivers seat.

"So what happened?." Ivy said as she took out the first aid kit from her bag that Thomas had handed her. She started to clean and patch him up.

"I needed money...my mum's sick and I can race cars really well so I entered an illegal race. I borrowed money and I betted on myself. Except some guys tampered with my car.... I lost...so the money I borrowed from some loan shark is gone. My mum's waiting on an operation i can't pay for either. My cars gone and the loan shark company sent those guys when I was hiding out here."

Ivy kept cleaning him up. She put away the first aid stuff then she looked over at Thomas who was sitting in the front seat. He looked at her and new her thoughts already he shook his head.

"Who's the loan shark?." Ivy turned her head and looked at Teo. He looked so beaten up by the world she new she had to help.

"Clarke Holdings." Teo looked down, he was ashamed in front of his goddess.

"Thomas let's go." Ivy looked at Thomas she was determined to help Teo.

"No its the white clan, Noah wouldn't like it." Thomas shook his head and disagreed even though he new it was useless.

"Either go with me or I go without you." Ivy was stubborn she wouldn't change her mind Thomas new this.

"Fuck." He cursed at turned on the cars ignition.
