Chapter 930 You Should Consider Dating Me

"Of course. Come on here, lie down. Let me give you a full-body massage. Then, we shall talk about whatever is bothering you," persuaded Julie patiently.

As Julie got on to softly massage Zed's body, he gradually got relaxed and closed his eyes to genuinely feel the comfort. But suddenly, he felt something heavy on his body. By the time he opened his eyes, to his surprise, he saw Julie sitting on his lap.

He panicked and pushed her away immediately without any hesitation. "What are you doing, Julie?"

"Actually... maybe you should consider dating me." Julie spoke in a sexy voice. She had just been pushed aside by Zed and sat back coquettishly with her eyes focused solely on his face.

When Julie was massaging, she could clearly see his beautiful eyes, nose, and sexy lips. As she touched his muscles, she was fully attracted by the gorgeous man lying in front of her. All of a sudden, she had a strong desire to make him her man.

The most important thing obviously was that he was wealthy. Julie had thoroughly run the calculations in her mind. She was finally considering heeding to her mom's perpetual advice. Her mother always suggested that she should marry a wealthy man while she was still young and beautiful, which might save her from a lot of potential troubles.

And Zed was the perfect lover that she could ever dream of. As she worked with him these days, she found him extremely attractive, which greatly fascinated her.

Julie was also insanely jealous of the way he treated Jean and how much he cared for her. She hoped that one day he could love her as deeply as he loved Jean.

"Are you crazy?" Zed still couldn't digest what Julie had just said.

When Julie saw the surprised look on his face, she knew that she had gone too far, which might only aid in pushing him further away from her. She would have no chance to be with him if he fired her instantaneously. She had to take this slowly and effectively.

So, she looked at him with a smile. "I'm just kidding. Don't take it so seriously."

Zed looked at her with his brow furrowed. "Tell me honestly. Are you being serious, or are you just kidding?"

"Of course I'm joking. You're a married man. How could I propose that to you? I just want a decent job, and I think you're a good boss. I can say that with full sincerity since I'm working with you these days,"

explained J

“Let's go and register our marriage on your birthday!”

Marrying Daniel should have been her best birthday gift, but everything was ruined the moment when she caught him sleeping with another woman on the day before her birthday.

“He’s going to marry that woman! She... was my best friend!"

ke like a winner, "You're a smart woman. I think you know what I'm talking about. The choice is always yours. Do you want everyone to have a hard time, or to have a good time? It's actually up to you. The ball is in your court. Make your choice."

After having made her position unequivocally clear, Julie left the coffee shop hastily, leaving Jean alone. Jean kept staring at Julie's coffee with the steam still rising.

Jean felt as if she was about to erupt like a volcano. She never thought that Julie would be so outspoken with her. She was taken aback by her behavior.

With her fists clenched tightly, she finally broke down even though she had tried her level best to endure her sadness. She laid her arms on the table and cried out loud. "What am I supposed to do?"

She had just lost her baby and was suffering from depression. Now, it looked as if she was going to lose her husband too.

Her heart shattered to pieces as she thought more and more about her life and her sufferings.

Suddenly a hand lay on her shoulder, gently patting her as if they were trying to console her.

She stopped crying immediately and turned her eyes to look at the man standing in front of her. With tears still rolling down her cheeks, she stared at him silently.

"Are you okay?" the man whispered and gave her a handkerchief.

There was a faint smell of perfume on the handkerchief. She took it and wiped her tears away, gently.

"I just noticed Julie sitting next to you and decided to watch out for you. What did she say to you that made you cry?" asked James, anxiously.
