Chapter 901 Wouldn'st Say Boo To A Goose

"Aunt Sara..." Jean called her from behind.

Sara turned around impatiently. "What?"

"We will be waiting for you," Jean said sweetly.

Seeing this, Sara could barely control herself.

Glaring at Jean, she was about to burst when she suddenly heard a firm voice coming from behind. "What are you doing here?"

Sara trembled. Like fire put out by tons of ice water, her anger disappeared immediately. It was replaced with fear. She was not about to say "boo" to a goose.

Noticing the change, Jean did her best not to laugh out loud. She grinned at the source of the voice.

It was Uncle Simon. He looked angrily at Sara but his voice was calm. "Are you going to embarrass me in front of everyone again? Get back to your room now," he commanded.

Sara trembled again, bowed her head in submission, and proceeded to slowly walk to her room.

As she went past Simon, she offered to support him, her hands reaching out to his, but he refused.

Sara's face twisted. She walked to her room alone with a dark face.

Seeing this, Jean couldn't help but feel sorry for Sara.

Normally, Sara seemed to be in control of everything.

But every time Simon was beside her, she became very compliant.

'What was going on between them?' she wondered.

Simon was Sara's husband and they already have a grown-up son. Why did Sara still seem so terrified of Simon?

Was it because he found out about how she betrayed Sky International and Simon?

Still, Simon didn't have much time left. If she were afraid of Simon, she wouldn't have betrayed him in the first place. She should have been less worried about the moment.

Jean could not seem to figure it out.

What indeed had happened between Sara and Simon?

"Jean, come with me," Simon said.

Jean was surprised. After seeing Simon nod at her, she turned to look for Jade to express her shock.

When did Jade leave?

Jean seemed to have been so lost in her own thoughts that she did not even notice Jade leaving.

"Jade went to the kitchen to prepare meals. Help me walk to the gar

"Do you know what you did wrong? It's alright if you just wanted to own me. But you should not have helped Molly leave me!"

When Brian learns the truth, there is no chance for Hannah to win his heart.

Molly, who wants to run away from Brian, seems to be the only one to blame for Hannah's misfortune...

he hadn't fought back, it would have set a precedent for Sara's bullying.

But knowing that Simon witnessed their quarrel, Jean guessed that she would be kicked off of Zed's house.

"Relax. I am not blaming you, Jean. I think what you did was correct," Simon said gently.

Jean couldn't believe her ears. She watched Simon doubtfully.

Did Uncle Simon just say she was right?

He didn't scold her. Instead, he praised her for what she did.

"Why aren't you mad at me?" Jean asked Simon in disbelief.

"She deserved it," Simon replied softly.

Jean suddenly felt relieved. Her eyes began to shine.

So Simon didn't come here to scold her for how she treated Sara.

Her fear of Simon suddenly disappeared. She beamed at him happily.

"But do you think you acted properly speaking to Zed's aunt like that?"

Jean's face froze after she heard what Simon said.

Why couldn't he just finish his words all at once?

Several seconds before, she felt as if she were in heaven. Shortly afterwards, she felt as if she were thrown to the ground with a hard landing.

"Uncle Simon, you know why Aunt Sara came to look for Mom and me. She was scolded by you so she wanted to pour her anger on us. If we did not fight back, she would think that we were both easy to manipulate. I believe that it would make a bad precedent for her bullying," she replied.
