The next morning, when Kong Xiuyao woke up, the others were still asleep. Kong Xiuyao’s parents were happy the night before and drank a lot of alcohol. It was rare for the old couple to get up and sleep in, so Kong Xiuyao and Shen Feishang started a fire to cook.
