Chapter 203 - WINTER RAN AWAY

Their conversation made Valkyrie smile happily but it was irking Brown so much that he wanted to kick the person beside him.

"Did you hear that? We look good together. That's what they said!" Valkyrie exclaimed happily while they followed the other three men.

"Shut up! I heard it and there's no way I'm the bottom! I will never allow that to happen." Brown stomped on Valkyrie's foot and flung his arm away from his shoulder.

Valkyrie was thrown into a fit of laughter that attracted many shoppers. He was walking like a model while following Brown who catch up with Hawk.

They went inside the LV shop to buy Cielo a bag first. Hawk also looked around to buy Savannah a gift. The five of them were looking for the best bag.

"Should I buy a gift for Dad, too when I come out of the closet?" Valkyrie asked Brown which the latter just ignored. "I need to ask him to formally give you to me."

"Are you an idiot?! I am not his child. Why are you asking him for my hand?" Brown flicked Valkyrie's forehead to wake him up.

"Even if that's the case, we still have to let him know."

"What "we"? I never agree to your plan in the first place."

Valkyrie didn't speak anything anymore. He was thinking how to tell his father about his sexual orientation and what gift to give him in exchange for Brown.

Travis called Jillyanna earlier to know if they were done shopping. Since they were all out to shop, he decided to meet up with her and ask for help.

They were already on their way to the mall where Travis and the other were located. Jillyanna was so happy with her things and she made sure to pack the things nicely to make sure that Travis won't see the things she bought.

"Savy, you still have the watches that I bought for Travis right?" Jillyanna uttered after sometime when Travis ended the call.

"Hn. I have it in my room. I'll give it to you later."

"Thanks. I'll give it to him once we get back."

"You really made a thorough preparation for this surprise." Winter commented while driving. "Did he tell you where we can meet them?"

"They just finished buying Cielo's gift. They were heading to the winery. I'll send him a message once we arrive." Jillyanna answered.

They talked about several things on the way to the mall. Winter also apologized for their misunderstandings and told Jillyanna why she misunderstood her. They didn't mind that Savannah was around since she's already a family to them.

When they arrived at the mall, Savannah came out first and waited for the two of them. She just couldn't believe that Jillyanna went through a lot and remained brave and strong. No wonder Travis said that she's fragile inside and tend to get insecure easily. Nonetheless, she's happy that they found happiness in each other's arms.

Travis told Jillyanna that they were still inside the winery shop so Jillyanna led them to where they are.

"I'll go to the comfort room first." Winter stated right before the entrance of the shop.

"Okay. We'll wait for you here before going to the other stores." Savannah replied to her.

"No need. Don't wait for me. Just let me know where you are going. I will -"

"Winter!" Someone called to her and she felt like someone sent her an electric shock.

"I'm going bye!" she ran in a hurry and was soon out of their sight.

"What happened? She looked like she saw a ghost." Jillyanna mentioned before going inside the store and find Travis.

"It wasn't a ghost but she did see someone." Savannah commented and that's when Jillyanna realized that a man was looking at them.

"What are you looking at?" Jillyanna snapped at him because he was staring at her without even blinking.

"You are that woman who fought the criminals in the video." he stated while watching her walk towards Travis. "You guys know each other?"

"I'm his wife." Jillyanna declared that surprised Travis the most. She turned to Travis and asked, "Who is he?"

"This is one of my close friends in the military. This is Gabriel Colton. He is a Brigadier General." Travis answered her. "This is my wife, Jillyanna Madrid." he introduced them to each other.

"Nice to meet you." Gabriel reached over his hand and Jillyanna took it for a handshake. "May I ask where Winter was going?"

"Oh! You were the one who called her name." Jillyanna mumbled under her breath. "She went to the comfort room."

"Looks like she escaped." Travis chuckled before putting down the wine he was holding. His phone was vibrating on his pocket so he pulled it out. "Speak of the devil." He answered it and Winter's loud yell made him push the phone away from his ear for a while.

"Damn you RV! Are you really my cousin? Why is he here?! I will kill you once we get home. I don't want to see him!"

"He is my visitor, not yours. Besides, why are you getting mad? The person didn't do anything to you. Come back here already."

"No! I am not coming back! Tell Jillyanna that I'm off. I am going home now! I'll leave the car and take a taxi!"

"Seriously? Gabriel wanted to see you by the way."

"He saw me already! There's no need to see me again! I hate you!"

The call ended and Travis felt like his ears had gone numb from all the shouting. "She went home."

Savannah laughed so hard upon knowing that Winter went home. She expected it already when she saw that their Brigadier General was around.

"Are you staying with us?" Savannah asked Gabriel cheerfully. Seeing Winter getting flustered was such a funny thing to see since she was always fierce and cold towards her officers and teams.

"Hn. I will be staying in the mansion." Gabriel confirmed.

"Great. We will have a great time for sure."
