Chapter 169 - I Am Different From All Kshatra's

Ch-168

Esther can see the painting was at the height of six feet. "The artist is quite talented. He drew this painting this big. It's six feet tall and the painting is five feet and…. Six-inch tall. It looks like she is standing alive in front of me," Esther muttered as she looked at the painting.

She directly looked into her red eyes. Many things were going inside her brain but they were a jumbled mess. She has all the answers to her questions, it's just that they were not ordered.

"Why don't you talk to me and stand in front of me?" Esther said as she looked at the painting. The more she saw the more she felt like she was real. Feeling restless…. She decided to rest. She kept the five things in front of the painting. Esther didn't notice there was a lotus flower made of cement. In the dark light without her knowing she placed the lotus on the flower.

After setting them in front of the painting which seemed like it had a stage to hold those things, Esther went ahead and tried to take those wisped lamps. Due to the years of them being in the same position, it's hard for her to remove it. She removed it finally after applying a lot of pressure.

"I need to exercise damn! I can't even move a lightened wisp!" she said as she gasped for air lightly.

She turned around and tried to look for lights. She wondered how these things would even work. "I have to say the one who made this is a genius. There were traps and secret locks at every step. And they knew the handprint wouldn't work so, they chose another way. The architect and the civil engineer did a great job. How do I wish to meet them?" Esther mumbled.

"Then Turn around. You can see the architect and the Civil engineer directly!" She heard a fierce female voice that sounded exactly like hers.

[The voice is pretty scary but it isn't scaring me. I wonder why?]  she thought. She still didn't dare to turn around because she was afraid to face whatever she was gonna see.

"Because you are me and I am you," the same voice said.

Esther turned around angrily as she got ready to retort at her words but only to be stumped. The woman in the painting was missing. The painting board was empty!

[Is it an illusion?] she asked herself.

"It's not an illusion," Esther heard the voice ringing in her ears as she felt a hand on her shoulder. Stunned… She turned around only to see Raudra Muki standing in front of her with her blood-red eyes.

[Did she walkout from the painting?] she asked herself.

"I am the only one who was different in the Kshatra empire. I can do the things that other Kshatra's cannot do. And for some reason, I saw my death a year before I died, but didn't know the cause for it. All I know is it's a murder. And from my priest, I got to know I have a rebirth after a few centuries. So… To tell my past life to my rebirth-self, I hired a painter to paint the painting with my exact proportions on this board with my Priest student. It took three months for him to finish this after many failed attempts. With the help of my priest, I locked a part of my soul in this painting. And another part of my soul would talk to you once in a while with you in your head," Raudra Muki said to Esther.

"Then why didn't you avoid your death if you knew it earlier?" Esther asked.

"Birth… it's a combination of two lives. While death… it's a combination of many different lives. You can escape anything but not fate," Raudra Muki said.

[Why are you acting stupid when you know the answer to the question, Esther?] she slapped herself in her brain.

"Wait… If a part of my soul could meet me and talk to me then why the other part of my soul… I mean our soul refused to come here? Why would it have vanished?" Esther asked.

"Because… Know I am going to merge my soul with you. If that part is there, it would be merged forcefully into your body. That part of that soul is much stronger than mine. Your body couldn't take it. It may lead to your death. That's why it left." Raudra Muki said.

"And the chain in your neck… was it given by Bhairava?" she asked.

"Bhairav? Who is he?" Esther asked.

Raudra Muki looked into her eyes as she went through her memories. "Cyrus Vritra…" she replied.

"Yeah…" Esther replied.

"WAIT!! THE KID IN YOUR MEMORIES!? WHO IS HE?" Raudra Muki asked when she went through Esther's memories.

"Son of Harry Brunette and Lucy Clark," Esther said.

Hearing her words, a smile crept on Raudra Muki's face. Her red eyes turned back to brown color. Just like Esther.

"He is alive. Not dead…" she muttered.

"Wait! Why did he get hurt?" Raudra Muki asked.

"Arthur… hurt him…," Esther said in a low voice.

"That Bastard! Even in this life! Even in my second life! He didn't leave me or the kid!!" she roared angrily as her eyes turned red again.

"But he was saved by Cyrus…" Esther said in an extremely low voice but it's enough for her to hear.

"I know… he is foolish when it comes to the person he loves…" she said as a smile formed on her face.

"You are beautiful when you smile," Esther subconsciously.

"Are you complimenting yourself?" she asked.

"No! But you really look beautiful…" Esther replied.

"But… I invested this beauty in the wrong person and paid the price heavily, killing myself and my unborn child and making Bhairava's heart get locked," she said as a single tear rolled from her eyes. The tear turned into a white transparent bead and hit the ground making the sound cling in the deafeningly silent room. Soon… the single sound was replaced with a few more sounds. She shed four more tears when they hit the ground they made the sound *clang* *clang* *clang*  *clang*.

Wait...the bead in her necklace is the same…
