As Sakura saw Naruto talking such nicely with a girl just after meeting a little while ago made her feel really bad inside after all Naruto never talks that nicely with her and care for her. She also knows if she wasn't on the same team as him he might not even look at her as she thought 'Why Naruto? I am trying so hard can't you just give me another chance.
