(AN: So, I didn't like the story, and where it was going. So, I've changed it.)

"So, this is my -Status-?..." Xiao Bai, prevouslu known as Tom, thought out load, as he looked at his surroundings, "better check it in detail after I get a -Safe House- of sorts." While looking around the trees, and if there was something that could led him into a safe place to rest.

As he walked, he paid attention to his surroundings, specially dark corners, the tiniest of sounds, and the movement of the tress's leaves. Always on alert, Xiao Bai walked for a few hours like this, and only stopped when he saw that the sun was about half way before hitting sunset.

Not wasting any time, Xiao Bai started to look for a tree with a hole, or something to use as shelter, as its widely known that -predators come out at night, and the weak hide-.

So, after Xiao Bai found a place to pass the night, a hollow tree, all he needed now was to find some bushes to hide the entrance and some herbs, or plants, to hide the scent of his presence. Finally, as a finishing touch, he laid some giant leaves on the floor to mimic a bed.

After everything was complete, Xiao Bai made himself confortable. Laying his head on a leaf pillow, Xiao Bai opened up his -Status-, and a light blue screen appeared in front of him.

Wanting to find out if anything would happen if he clicked anything here, Xiao Bai clicked on his -Name-.

Reading the description, Xiao Bai didn't know if he should laugh or cry himself to sleep.

Taking a few breaths, Xiao Bai took a moment to calm himself before he clicked -Race-, while speaking his mind, "Hopefully, this one doesn't give me a reason to kill myself."

Dragon- Black Dragon Emperor, to be exact, is a superior Creature that have insane levels of regeneration and sturdy bodies.

"Wow! That's a lot." Xiao Bai exclaimed excitedly, as he read the descriptions and the Inheret Abilities of both Races. But, as he was about to click his Spirits, he heard a roar, and sounds of fighting.

"By the sound level, it's not far. But, should I check it out?" Xiao Bai asked himself, as he contemplated the pros and cons.

After thinking it though, he decided that the risks weren't worth the opportunities that presented itself before Xiao Bai.

"Better check my Spirit Beasts/Tools before going to sleep." Xiao Bai then opened the -System-, and clicked on the -Status-. Going to the Spirits, he clicked on all of them, ignoring the sounds of fighting, roaring, and the heavy footsteps.

Frostmourne- Offense; Support.]

"That's it, I'm choosing Races and Bloodlines next time." Xiao Bai promised, as he saw the advantages getting Bloodlines, instead of just Choosing an object or ability.

"Now that I know my Spirits' Affinities, I should start to plan on my actions for the future. Specially the Time Period I'm in right now." Xiao Bai said, as he remembered that the -System- didn't actually say anything that had to do with the time of arrival, or anything like that.

'The Abilities that should appear from what Spirit Beast, the age of said Spirit Beast, and the possible techniques I could recreate from the shows that I've watched...' While Xiao Bai was thinking of the this, he came upon a great discovery, 'I can't remember much about my previous world.' Yes, he could remember things like entertainment, but nothing of the people, places, laws, and other things like that. But, what worries him the most was that he couldn't remember if he had family, or even his own name.

"I'll think about it later, as right now, my biggest worry is surviving." Was the decision he came up with, and maybe the best solution.

"Well, I'll think about it tomorrow..." Was the last thing he could say, before falling asleep.

"Shit! I forgot!" Xiao Bai woke up in the middle of the night, and yelled, before realizing what he just did, and shutting the hell up.

<ROAR!> was the response to Bai's yell. Turning pale, Bai moved his back to the tree, away from the entrance, and hoped for the best.

And, as luck would have it, another Roar was heard, followed by the noise of fighting.

'I'm never going to yell... at least at night.' Xiao Bai promised himself, before bring up his -Inventory-.

Empty]

Inside the -Inventory- was nothing, not even a letter, or a starter pack. But, when Xiao Bai thought about it, he came to the conclusion that the 4 wishes were the starter pack, or something close to that.

"I've checked the -Status-, the -Inventory-, and I've used the -World Travel- already. I guess that's all... for now." He said, before laying on his makeshift bed, again. And, hoping to fall asleep, again.

'Sweet dreams, me.'

"Zzz" Xiao Bai's soft snores could be heard inside the hollow tree, but couldn't leave the entrance of the tree, letting Xiao Bai live outside a Spirit Beast's stomach.
