Colin had sent people to inquire about Monica and immediately located the hospital she was staying at. After having dinner, he asked Morry to take Lisa home. He planned on visiting the hospital alone.

In his shiny leather shoes, he stopped in front of the ward. Colin knocked on the door and stepped in gracefully. He willed a calm expression on his face.

Colin looked around the ward and a frown appeared on his face. It looked like Malcolm had been treating Monica well. The ward Monica was staying at was the VIP ward in the JR Hospital. Colin knew from Mandy that this ward cost at least eight thousand dollars a night.

The décor in the room was opulent, with furniture made of red wood. The ward Adrian stayed at was also another VIP ward in the JR Hospital.

Colin thought that it was ridiculous that no one informed him of Monica's hospitalization. He could understand why his brother Ethon hadn't informed him, but even his father, Malcolm, didn't tell him either. Colin grew more upset as he thought about this.

I decided to become a prosecutor because I wanted to find out the truth behind my mother's death. Before she died, you were the last person to talk to her on the phone. Monica, I'm not a child anymore. Now you have cancer. This is our retribution. My mother can finally rest in peace in heaven." Colin stared fiercely at Monica, and his face looked like it belonged to another person. When he spoke, his voice was full of anger and malice.

Monica's body trembled with fear. She was worried that Colin had found some evidence against her, but on second thought, it would be impossible for him to find anything.
