Chapter 973 I Missed Her So Much

"Dad went to see mom just now. Mom is very busy now, so let's do it next time. How about you pay Aunt Morry a visit instead? Daddy will take you to Aunt Morry, okay?"

Lisa clapped her hands and said, "That's not half bad..."

"Little lady, where did you learn to say that?"

"In a show that aired on TV last night."

"You watch too much TV, dear."

Colin drove to the company instead of the hospital. Once they got in the lobby, he called Morry, and told the lady to meet them.

Morry was a bit surprised to receive that call. She was momentarily overjoyed. In her mind, she thought she was dreaming. A dinner date was truly unexpected for Morry.

Morry quickly sorted the documents she carried. She began to retouch her makeup as soon as the elevator door closed. Good thing the elevator walls were shiny enough for her to see how she looked.

Collin's car was parked right outside the building's main door. Morry hurriedly took the passenger seat.

Colin booked a private room for the three of them. After ordering, the man asked the waiter to serve a bunch of drinks.

"How did things go in London?" Morry asked with a smile. Her round face looked a little pink, perhaps because she was shy.

"Everything went well actually. If it didn't, I won't be here, would I?" Colin said with a sly smile on his face.

"Have you seen any beautiful women in England?" Morry teased. She pretended to not care, but inside she was fidgeting.

Colin nodded. "Of course! There are a lot of beautiful women in England."
