Nathan never made bad deals. The reason why he was willing to cooperate with Colin was that Colin had helped him, and he had promised not to badger Mandy again.

Colin knew that he had to drop his case. Mandy was with a good man, after all. For Colin, Mandy's happiness was the most important thing, and the girl's source of happiness was Nathan.

"I have never been so relaxed, let alone you. Recently, I feel like a loser." Serge sighed before he took a sip of coffee.

"I wonder what will happen tonight," Colin said with a frown.

"I don't know, but I believe everything will go as planned." Serge squinted at Colin. Both he and Colin had chosen to stay in London for an investigation. At that point, they had been in the city for over twenty days.

That night, the Third Auction House would open. There, they expected to finally find the diamonds they had sought after.

That was all they needed to prove that JS International was indeed innocent.

Meanwhile in City A, Morry took care of Lisa in Colin's stead. Morry had been swamped with work the last couple of weeks. Fortunately, a nanny helped her in taking care of the kid. All Morry needed to ensure was Lisa's attendance at school. In the afternoon, the nanny fetched the girl from school if no one would be able to pick her up.
