Chapter 73 - Water Dragon Curse

Mu Xuan Yin and the 1st captain of Black Dragon Cavalry along with his squad was heading back to the Long Autumn Palace since Mu Xuan Yin cannot ride the horse, she had no choice and sat behind the 1st captain on his horse.

The 1st captain was grinning from ear to ear from happiness when Mu Xuan Yin held his waist from behind. Even though their position was not as intimate as when Qing Tian ride with her but he already satisfied and felt that his every effort had already well paid.

After arrived at Long Autumn Palace, Mu Xuan Yin released the silver armored guards that still tied down and took her time to explain to everyone in Long Autumn Palace that everything that happened before was actually Prime Minister and his daughter plot.

One of the maids also admitted that she gave the snacks from Shao Qing that Mu Xuan Yin ordered to throw away to the guards yesterday and all the guards in Long Autumn Palace tasted the snacks this was why the guards went berserk yesterday night.

After clarified everything, Mu Xuan Yin asked some of maids and guards to come with her later to the prime minister residence as witnesses.

"What about that black-clothed man? He still does not want to say anything?" Mu Xuan Yin asked the 1st captain that already tortured the black-clothed man when she was busily explained everything to the maid and guards.

"Yes, no matter how much we punch, kick, or torture him, he still does not want to tell us everything." The 1st captain frowned when he informed Mu Xuan Yin.

Mu Xuan Yin rubbed her forehead and began to ponder what she needs to do to the black-clothed man so that he will be willing to say everything he knows.

'Since he does not afraid of torture, I am pretty sure that threaten to kill him will not working. Hmm...' Mu Xuan Yin held her sharp white chin while kept thinking.

'That's right! The water dragon! Hehehe...' Mu Xuan Yin recalled how the black-clothed man was so afraid of it yesterday and giggling full of mischievousness written on her face.

Mu Xuan Yin said that she wanted to interrogate the black-clothed man by herself and the 1st captain led her to the place where the black-clothed man got detained.

"YOU!" The 1st captain wanted to slap the black-clothed man again but Mu Xuan Yin raised her palm to stop the 1st captain.

"Do you know what chased you yesterday?" Mu Xuan Yin was smiling coldly like a blooming ice lotus and asked the black-clothed man.

The black-clothed man shuddered slightly but he quickly regained his composure and threw his face away then ignored Mu Xuan Yin.

"All the guards said that the one chased you yesterday was the water dragon. Do you have time to see it before you fainted yesterday?" Mu Xuan Yin continued without a care about whether the black-clothed man heard her or not.

"I had seen it yesterday... The water dragon! At first, it wanted to swallow you whole but it quickly changed its mind because you smell like a piss yesterday and in the end... Sigh..." Mu Xuan Yin sighed with a sad expression and stared at the black-clothed man pitifully.

"Wh... What? Quick... Tell me... What had the water dragon done to me yesterday?" The black-clothed man stuttered in panic when he saw Mu Xuan Yin's pity expression.

"Sigh... Do you know about the water dragon curse?" Mu Xuan Yin asked while lowered her head to hold back her laughter.

"Water... Dragon... Curse? What... What is that? Quickly tell me!" The black-clothed man asked Mu Xuan Yin as he became even more panicked.

"Do you feel hard to breathe, drowsy, fatigued, and headache right now? You must be feeling all of these, right?" Mu Xuan Yin asked full of confidence.

Of course, Mu Xuan Yin was not a doctor. She only randomly guessed this because she was really sure that the black-clothed man will feel all of these symptoms after getting tortured for a few hours.

"How... How do you know? Quickly tell me! What will happen to me?!" The black-clothed man was shouting with reddened eyes.

"After twenty-four hours passed all of your orifices will begin to bleeding but it was not the worst part yet. When your orifices bleeding, all your skin will shed bit by bit and the pain will be at unimaginable level! Furthermore..." Mu Xuan Yin paused her words a bit to see the black-clothed man reaction and saw that he already passed out, his face already turned extremely pale and his eyed rolled back.

'What's wrong with this man? I did not even reach the good part yet like his eyeballs will fall out and his genitals will be shriveled like dry leaf then vanished like smoke but he already passes out! Where is his previous courage run to?' Mu Xuan Yin's face twitched a bit and she rubbed her forehead, did not know whether to laugh or cry at the black-clothed man exaggerating reaction.

"Miss Mu... To think that you can knock him out with only your words! This subordinate is really impressed with you even more!" The 1st captain said in awe while staring at Mu Xuan Yin full of worship then he raised his thumb to her.

"I have not even finished my words yet... Sigh... Wake him up, please." Mu Xuan Yin asked the 1st captain and he brought a bucket of cold water then splashed it to the black-clothed man's face.

"Cough... Cough... Tell... Tell me... Please, Lady Mu tell me how I can dispel the water dragon curse! No, Goddess Mu! Please, Goddess Mu please tell me! I will do anything for you! Even if you ask me to become your slave for the rest of my life, I am willing!" The black-clothed man was kneeling down until his head touched the floor behind the bar.

"What? You want to become Miss Mu's slave!? Stop dreaming! Even I will envy you if... Uhum... Uhum... " 1st captain halted his words and turned his reddened face away.

Mu Xuan Yin looked at the 1st captain obliviously then turned her attention back to the black-clothed man and said: "If you tell me about what do you want to do yesterday, along with who is the people behind you, and testify my innocent. Then I will help you ask the water dragon on how to cure its curse, how about it?"

"Goddess Mu, you can even do that?! Please, help me! I promise that I will tell you everything!" The black-clothed man was staring at Mu Xuan Yin full of submission as if he met with a celestial being.

The black-clothed man told Mu Xuan Yin and 1st captain that he was actually a professional thief and hired by the prime minister daughter, Shao Qing yesterday to sneak to Mu Xuan Yin's room.

Shao Qing also told him that Mu Xuan Yin already drank the Passion Burning Flower and he only needs to enter Mu Xuan Yin's room then vent his l.u.s.t to her until morning. After that, he would only need to pretend that Mu Xuan Yin was the one that seduced him.

"What a bit*ch! I can't believe that she already tried to scheming against Miss Mu when Miss Mu only entered the palace for two days!" 1st captain gnashed his teeth in hatred when he heard the black-clothed man's story.

"Well, everything looks good since he will testify for Miss Mu but I am sure that prime minister and his daughter will not admit it and they will still push all of this to Miss Mu in the end." The 1st captain said to Mu Xuan Yin.

"Sigh... He is the prime minister after all and I am only an insignificant girl that came to this palace two days ago. When this matter is over I already decided to step out from this royal palace." Mu Xuan Yin said to the 1st captain in resignation.

The 1st captain felt pain like his heart being stabbed by the sword when he saw Mu Xuan Yin resigned expression then his face turned firm and resolute.

"Miss Mu, there is no need to worry. This subordinate will do his best to restore Miss Mu's reputation!" The 1st captain said to Mu Xuan Yin then turned away to gave some instruction to his subordinate.

Mu Xuan Yin wondered what is the 1st captain instructed to his subordinate but she decided to forget about it for now and gathered the several maids and guards that will act as the witnesses along with the black-clothed man at the Long Autumn Palace courtyard.

When the 1st captain came back to Mu Xuan Yin, all the people from his squad was nowhere to be seen anymore. It looks like he gave his subordinate another mission to do.

In the end, Mu Xuan Yin and 1st captain led the maids and guards along with the black-clothed man headed toward the Prime Minister Residence together.
