Unbeknownst to them, their actions were being watched by a man surrounded by dim lightings, his silhouette formed on the wall as the result of the lights from the TV.

With his brightly dyed red hair, the dimmed lights effectively made him look like a demon.

He took the remote and paused the live video of Kai Xin and DX at the beach. The paused scene of Kai Xin smiling at DX was reflected in his sunglasses and he cursed at the sight of DX.

"He actually brought her out." He murmured to himself as he flicked a butterfly knife around.

"She looks happy," said a man who wheeled in from the lower ground. Almost reflectively, he leaned slightly to the left to avoid the butterfly knife that was thrown at him.

He glanced behind him and saw the butterfly knife lodged in the wall.

On the wall, there was many holes that were made by the same knife. He pulled out the butterfly knife and wheeled back to his friend.

As he placed the knife on the desk, he asked, "Aren't you being uptight about this, Ghost? You were the one who sent her to his side."

The man named Ghost adjusted his sunglasses.

"She was not supposed to show such an expression to anyone but me! Call her back now, Phantom!"

"Not like she has ever shown you any expression other than disdain before," muttered Phantom before quickly leaning to the right to avoid getting into the path of a vase that proceeded to get smashed into smithereens upon connecting with the wall behind him.

He glanced backwards and as he looked at the broken pieces of vase, he added ruefully, "That vase cost $25,000 and it was bought with her money."

Ghost sat back on his chair and nonchalantly waved his hand,"Fix it then."

"I am a hacker, not a potter. You broke it. You fix it."

"I don't know how to fix a bloody vase."

"In that case, prepare to deal with her wrath. She really likes that thing." Phantom said calmly.

As he looked at the zoomed in photo of Kai Xin and DX lying intimately on the beach, he shook his head and said, "I don't get you. Isn't this the outcome that you wanted? For him to fall in love with her."

"Yeah, but she was not supposed to fall in love with him! Look at that bloody smile on her face. I have never even had a glimpse of it!"

Grabbing the full shot of gin that he had just poured and drank it, he slammed the thing against the wall angrily. The shot glass ended up in the same state as the vase.

Used to his temper tantrum, Phantom merely remarked, "Well, maybe she was just stringing him along."

"She better be!" Ghost snapped as he glared at the couple on the flat screen TV perched on the wall.
