Chapter 26：Dyeing Hair In Darkness City

A silent night.

Morning.

The wolf meat that stewed for the whole night was ready. The first thing Yi Qiu did after waking up was look at it.

Yi Qiu picked up a piece and eagerly chomped down on it.

Oo, it wasn't as soft as pork and was actually quite chewy. Even after a night of stewing, it wasn't easy to chew. It was still a little smelly but the spices suppressed it. Yi Qiu bit down and it felt like he was eating spicy sticks...

"Miao?" As expected, when Yi Qiu looked at the balcony, that familiar orange Dragon-Li was kneeling there, staring at Yi Qiu with its bright eyes. 

"Are you sure you want to eat this?" Yi Qiu touched his bald head and picked a piece of meat for the Dragon-Li.

Dragon-Li wasn't as wary toward Yi Qiu anymore. This was why seducing a cat was the same as seducing a girl, it started from the tummy. Of course for girls, once would do it.

If you could win over the tummy of a girl, then you would become an outstanding... backup!

Facing the morning sun, Yi Qiu moved his chair and sat together with the Dragon-Li. They ate the wolf meat together as his bald head shone in the light...

What was worth mentioning was that out of the 25 ores he got from the Dog-Head Men, he didn't get a single gold ore...

Yi Qiu didn't really care much about the gold ore because if and when he lacked money he would just sell a piece to get by.

He didn't have to buy a house. Although this small room was simple, it was enough for him. He was already used to training in the park and also looking at girls at the same time.

He didn't need to buy cars. In the future, he might even be able to run faster than sports cars. Moreover, his speed wouldn't be restricted in the city and he wouldn't get fined or anything...

After keeping the Barren Gold Mine's dungeon card in his inventory, he was prepared to enter a dungeon.

Today, he was challenging the elite Pumpkin Field Ravaged by Wild Boar!

Speaking of which, as a Level 1 dungeon, Yi Qiu felt that Pumpkin Field Ravaged by Wild Boar was much tougher than the Barren Gold Mine. Although the Elite difficulty Barren Gold Mine's Sadistic Dog-Head Man could shoot out fireballs which caused many problems, Yi Qiu felt that the Wild Boar was much harder to deal with.

Maybe to Yi Qiu, compared to the thin and small Dog-Head Men, the Brown Tooth Boar seemed more threatening. This was why the monster's appearance was really important...

Solo random dungeon (Difficulty: Easy) after passing the simple dungeon, one can unlock other difficulties.

Unlocked dungeon:

Challenge Level 1- Pumpkin Field Ravaged by Wild Boar (Easy, Hard, Elite) After passing the dungeon it will disappear.

Challenge Level 2 - Wolf Pup Cave (Easy, Hard) After passing one can unlock Elite difficulty (Cooldown time: 5 natural days)

As the Barren Gold Mine had become a dungeon card, Yi Qiu could only enter the Pumpkin Field Ravaged by Wild Boar and Wolf Pup Cave.

However, only 2 days had passed since he first passed the Easy difficulty of the Wolf Pup Cave, so he couldn't enter yet.

Dungeon difficulty: Elite

Dungeon requirements: Kill the infected Brown Toothed Boar

"Extra surprise?" Yi Qiu touched his bald head, he didn't expect that there was something like this.

Apart from the quicklime, Yi Qiu brought several other things this time. 

In the past, he used a rubbish bag to fill the quicklime and in truth, the low quality rubbish bags really were low quality...

He had only placed it there for half a month and many of the bags were already broken.

Yi Qiu was too lazy to make more, so he just brought pepper spray and javelins.

Last time, he fought the Brown Toothed Boar head-on during the Hard difficulty. Although he felt great, it was quite difficult.

The Elite difficulty Brown Toothed Boar would be even fiercer, so Yi Qiu was more prepared.

"Will you enter Pumpkin Field Ravaged by Wild Boar (Elite difficulty)?"

"Yes!"

When Yi Qiu opened his eyes, he was already in the pumpkin field.

Using a javelin to push aside the rotten pumpkins, Yi Qiu started to walk toward where he used to bump into the Wild Boars.

The Brown Toothed Boar was nearly at the same place as the one in the Easy and Hard difficulty. Normally, it took Yi Qiu 10 minutes to get there but this time it took half an hour.

This decomposed pumpkin field was just too big, some places were totally infected.

Yi Qiu could only lower his head and walk. When he passed by the Brown Toothed Boar, his legs were covered in unknown sticky substances. Yi Qiu felt like he might need a new pair of shoes...

"Kong!" The Brown Toothed Boar probably got its hair dyed in darkness city. Its originally brown hair had become grey. Its once 2-meter tall body had shriveled to the same height as Yi Qiu. Probably after it dyed its hair, it found an elf to do a full set on it too. 

The Brown Toothed Boar stared at Yi Qiu with its murky eyes. It even got into a stance like it was preparing, charging toward Yi Qiu like there was no gravity at all!

So quick!

Yi Qiu squinted his eyes. Just as he was prepared to open the Gate of Opening, he realized something weird, the charging Brown Toothed Boar didn't cause any mud to splatter. There was no trace of it like it was just an illusion!

One must know that once the soil was soaked in that high density decomposed pumpkin liquid, it was just like a swamp. Once Yi Qiu walked past, he would leave a deep footprint.

Fake? Or a Spiritual Body?

It was useful for him to read the Class Legacy, at least now he could deduce whether the Brown Toothed Boar was an illusion or a spiritual body.

As for the difference, Yi Qiu couldn't remember. After all, he wasn't really smart and he only had a rough understanding of such a concept...

However, Yi Qiu remembered that the Class Legacy mentioned that he could just open Douqi Strike and hit it!

Douqi Strike allowed the Monk's strikes to be seen as Magical Weapons. Illusions and Spiritual Bodies would only be hurt by Magical Weapons!
