Chapter 413 - Do They Even Look Afraid?

Old Lu narrowed his eyes and then glared at them.

"See this then."

Saying that he lifted his leg and pulled his trousers a bit up making other's see the sight of his hairy ankle.

The little girls extended their necks as much as possible to see what Grandpa Lu was showing them.

The old ladies and Yu Lan and her friends also looked carefully.

They gasped a mouthful of cold air.

Which meant that the wolf had even mawed Old Lu's calf making him lose a portion of his calf.

The other old men frowned while Grandpa Xiao looked at Old Lu with awe.

He knew how painful it would have been for Old Lu to have his calf bitten off by the wolf.

And with what Old Lu had said about the wolf, it would not be hard to say that the wolf was a predator which was high in the pyramid of the forest.

The old men didn't have anything to say after seeing the scar on Old Lu's leg.

The atmosphere turned silent with many of them staring at Old Lu with respect and awe.

Of course, it was due to his close encounter with death and this story about the wolf which made them know how hard it would be sometimes.

"Alright enough with such scary stories, you old fellows want to have blood and killing in the mids of the little children."

After a moment, Grandma Xue said snappily.

The other old ladies nodded and then tried to think of something else to make it interesting.

'Do they look like they would be afraid of seeing blood?'

That was the only thought running in their minds.

Almost all of them said such taled about themselves encountering animals and killing.

Usually, if it was a normal child then it would have been frightened.

And though Xiao Ya had felt afraid at first, she later didn't find it frightening.

It was like she had seen a much more gruesome scene by herself, making her feel that it was not as frightening.

It had still made her immune to such scenes.

As for Little Qiqi and Little Jia.

It would suffice to say that even if they were to be facing a ferocious animal they would not feel afraid of it.
