Chapter 346 - This Is So Maddening!

In the Ziran Park.

On the stone bench.

Yuan Meng was sitting with her eyes closed.

But she was able to see something that even a person would not be able to see with their eyes opened wide.

'Huh, what is all this smoke, and why can I see even with my eyes closed?'

She wondered when she saw the thin wisps which looked like that of smoke were only present in a specific area, and after crossing that area which was like a transparent wall for that wisps of smoke, it would turn into nothing.

It looked similar to that of the smoke develops by the burning of incense.

After a few moments of seeing the scene of the wisps of smoke forming and tuning into nothing, Yuan Meng heard Ye Qian's light voice.

"Hmm, now you should open your eyes."

Followed by that the pressure on her glabella also decreased and she started to open her eyes.

Her eyelids were trembling and she was not able to completely open them at one instance as she felt a bit of pain in her eyes.

"Try to close and open the eyelids if it is hurting."

That was when she heard Ye Qian's voice again entering her ears.

She felt Ye Qian's palm on her eyes and a light green glow fell on her eyelids making the pain she felt in her eyes less by a huge difference.

"Hmm."

She nodded and tried as Ye Qian had instructed and continued to close and open her eyes for a few seconds and with each closing and opening of her eyelids she felt that the pain after she opened her eyes was getting less.

"Qian'er, I am not feeling any pain now."

She called Ye Qian knowing that this green glow was also the energy and she didn't want him to use it more.

It was enough that he had helped her with the eye pain.

Before she didn't dare to make Ye Qian stop using the energy fearing that he would get angry at her.

But now she was fine.

As soon as the clear light of the surrounding entered her eyes she felt that her eyes seemed to feel somewhat different.

It had to be noticed that before today, Yuan Meng used to wear glasses and she had problems while seeing the things which were far away which could be usually be seen by all people.

But now she was even able to see things that were hundreds of meters away and that too without seeing blurry figures.

"Mengmeng, listen to me, do as I tell you."

Seeing that Yuan Meng was about to freak out Ye Qian held her hand and made her look at him.

"Huh?"

"Qian'er, I...I this is so maddening."

With trembling lips, Yuan Meng mumbled in fear as she was able to see all the surroundings with such clear vision.

Anyone would feel like this when they were to get into this situation much less Yuan Meng who had always been a simple woman trying to take care of her family.

And with this sudden change in her, she was not able to phantom what had happened to her and she felt that her end was getting near.

"Don't worry, I am right here, listen to my words clearly, you will not feel like this after some time."

Ye Qian clear some air on her face trying to distract her from her fear as he tried to calm her down.

He understood that this sudden change was enough to make anyone feel like they had gone mad, much less Yuan Meng who had no thought or he had not informed her about this beforehand so that she might ready herself.

But Ye Qian also knew that if he were to tell that to her she would get even more afraid of it before she had got the power.

Even though she was still afraid now, he would still make her calm down easily after she had got the power and she could be able to learn it in no time.

"Hmmm."

Yuan Meng nodded while biting her lips as she tried to concentrate on Ye Qian's face.

Though she was still able to see all the things clearly on Ye Qian's face, she was still not as afraid as when she was after seeing the surroundings.

'Qian'er's eyes have changed a bit.'

She was able to see the tiny threads in Ye Qian's iris which were glowing with Sapphire light and felt that it was enchanting and more attractive with that tiny sparks in his eyes.

She was even able to see the minute openings on the skin which Ye Qian had on his face and felt that something was wrong with her eyes.

"Mengmeng, now, listen to me properly, do as I say."

Seeing that Yuan Meng was still in a daze and was looking at his face Ye Qian chuckled.

"Hmm."

Yuan Meng nodded.

Ye Qian continued.

"Try to focus your sight on what you want to see. Try to think that you want to look at my face."

Ye Qian took her hand's and made her feel his face.

"Hmm."

Yuan Meng nodded and in just a minute of staring at Ye Qian's eyes, Yuan Meng's forehead was covered in sweat as she tried to focus her vision.

"Do it slowly, there is no need for you to overdo it."

Ye Qian's voice entered her ears and she breathed in and out while still looking into his eyes.

"Hmm."

After another 5 minutes of staring Yuan Meng's whole face was covered in sweat and many of the people in the park were also looking at Ye Qian and Yuan Meng who were peering into each other's eyes for more than 10 minutes.
