Chapter 293 - He Will Tell If It's Necessary For Me

Ye Qian entered the room to wake up the two little girls and Ning Wei to have lunch.

But Ning Wei was already awake and seemed to be worried about something as she seemed to be absentminded.

He had called for the two little girls and though she was awake, Ning Wei didn't turn to him much less respond.

He understood that something was off since she would rarely be so much lost ever since he had met her.

"Wei, are you still feeling unwell?"

Ning Wei finally turned around hearing her name and smiled in assurance to hi.

"Hmm."

"Are you sure?"

Ye Qian asked while walking to her and placed his hand on her forehead and checked her through Spirit Perception.

"I am completely fine and don't feel much pain either."

Ning Wei smiled at him while looking at his worried face.

Never had been anyone worried for her much less anyone care for her and this made her feel that she had finally met someone she truly wanted to be with.

"If you say so, but don't do anything that will stress you out."

Ye Qian nodded and then walked to the other side where the two little girls were sleeping soundly.

Ning Wei sat on the left corner of the bed with Little Qiqi in the middle and Little Jia on the right side of the bed.

The small sparrow also sat by their head with its eyes closed but she was completely vigilant and would act with even the slightest movement in the surroundings.

Unknown to anyone, there was an invisible net of fire surrounding the whole house which didn't cause any effect on anything but once there was any movement the small sparrow would be alerted just like a laser detection machine.

The small sparrow continued to stay with her eyes closed and slept on the pillow right by the two girls head.

She simply looked at Ye Qian while he walked in and then again closed her eyes.

"Butterfly, Jia, wake up you two, don't you want to have lunch?"

Ye Qian lightly shook them; he didn't want to disturb their deep sleep but there was nothing else he could do.

Before he might have wanted to try to teach the little girls some cultivation right from their current age.

But after knowing that there were barely any resources which he could provide them to help them in their cultivation and strengthening, he tossed the idea at the back of his head.

But that didn't mean that he would forget about it.

With the finding of Spiritual Roots of that man yesterday Ye Qian had understood that there was at least some sort of Spiritual Energy on Earth or it might not have been possible for a person with Spiritual Roots to come into existence.

After hearing his light voice, the two little girls woke up with their eyelids slightly trembling.

"Awwww"

The two little ones yawned with their mouths wide open making Ye Qian chuckle once.

"Papa, Qiqi is feeling so sleepy."

Little Qiqi rubbed her eyes and spoke in her half sleepy tone.

"I know my dear, but shouldn't you have lunch."

Ye Qian said with a wry smile, he didn't want to disturb their sleep, but he would not allow himself to make their health unsatisfactory.

"Hmm."

The two girls nodded in unison and extended both their hands at the same time with their eyes still a bit sleepy.

Ye Qian smiled knowing what the two meant and picked up both of them with both his hands and glanced at the sparrow.

"You should come too."

As soon as he said that the small thing swiftly opened her wings and in a blink of an eye she was on Ye Qian's shoulder pecking on his cheek.

"CHIRP"

"Haha"

Ye Qian chuckled and turned to Ning Wei who was staring at him with eyes wide open.

"I will come back for you, don't come by yourself."

Saying that he walked out with the still sleepy girls placing their heads on his shoulders.

"Hmm."

Behind, Ning Wei nodded while still in a daze.

"Is that bird also a magical creature like he talked about yesterday?"

She mumbled and sighed while shaking her head.

"Why am I worried about it, he will tell if he thinks it will be useful for me anyways or there is no point in me knowing it at all."

She thought and looked at the photo of Ye Qian and Yuan Meng as she sat on the chair with a large belly.

This was the photo that was taken just a week before Ye Qian went missing and this was the only picture the small family had taken till now.

Ning Wei smiled and stared at the photo for a while before the door of the room was knocked and Ye Qian walked in.

"Hmm."

She nodded and took his hand and stood up carefully.

Though she thought that there was no need for him to be worried for her so much her heart still wanted his care for her.

She walked out with light steps but this time she barely felt any pain.

She didn't know why but she was feeling immense pain in the morning right after breakfast or was it due to some other problem.

This was not due to some other things but was in fact because of the food she ate, and in a way, Little Jia's words were indeed true.

But just a part of it.

The food she had was slowly evolving her body and through that, her special cycle of menstruation also had undergone a certain change which would result in much better health for her in the coming time.

In other words, her body was being evolved at a cellular level right from the core.

It was just that, Yuan Meng had not experienced her menstruation cycle or she might have also felt the same amount of pain.

So it was only a way for the body to adapt to the changes which it was going through.
