15 New Year Party Part 3

Zhang Wei got to his office and couldn't stop thinking about Li Na, he was restless and couldn't concentrate. He had called hismansion a lot of times to inquire about her health,even if they told him she was fine,he still couldn't help but worry.

Back in Lu Estate, Li Na stayed in her room and only came down when she wanted something. She came downstairs and was about to step into the dining roomwhen Old Madam Lu barged into the mansion and saw Li Na and quickly hugged her and sat her down. She had just heard about her condition and quickly came to see her.

Zhang Wei came from the office and rushed into his mansion, he stopped at the living room where he saw Li Na sitting with Old Madam Lu and Old Master Lu and approached them.

" Zhang Wei, why don't you take care of your wife?" Old Master Lu scolded

" He only thinks about work and doesn't even bother if he has a wife, at leat we know who he got that from" Old Madam Lu said looking at Old Master Lu.

"Zhang Wei takes care of me very well" Li Na said in his defense.

"Oh look, isn't this cute, she's defending her husband" Old Madam Lu said happily. After a long while, Old Madam Lu and Old Master Lu left the two couple

"How are you feeling?" Zhang Wei asked sincerely.

"I'm fine really" she answered nicely. Their relationship seemed to be growing a little bit stronger.

"so what have you been doing since?" he asked

"just going up and down the house, honestly, nothing" she answered a bit sad. Zhang Wei smiled and brought out a blackATM card,it was B- city's power card which had her name on it, it was a limited edition,and he gave it to Li Na who was confused. He explained and told her to use the card anyhow she wanted.

"but I already have enough money in my account" she said

"that's for the deal we made, just think of this as a bonus" he said as he gave her the card without any option.

"come on" he said as she followed him obediently. He took her to the garage andhanded gave her the keys toa MercedesBenzAMG S 65.

"but I don't know how to drive" she said

"I know that why I got you a driver" he said as he introduced her to the driver.

"thank you" she said gratefully. Zhang Wei nodded and smiled at her and they both went back inside.

The next morning, Li Na woke up and saw Zhang Wei eating his breakfast.

"good morning" Li Na greeted

"good morning" he answered

"I'll come back early so we can go to the party together" Zhang Wei said, he saw that her face expressed a bit of reluctance.

"why don't you want to go?" he asked

" No I'll go " she answered instantly.

"you know you can tell me anything, I'm your friend" he assured

"okay, I'm afraid I'll embarrass you" she said openly

"embarrass me, how?" he asked

"there's going to be a lot high profile guest at that party and I'm just a simple girl" she explained

" that's not a problem " he said smiling. After having his breakfast, he got up to leave.

Since she had nothing to do, she decided to go shopping for the new year party since she had nothing to wear, she went to the famous Elite shopping mall and was accompanied by Liu Yang. Seeing the car she came down from and the assistant who was dressed neatly, one of the salesgirls quickly attended to her and showed her a variety of beautiful and expensive brands. After buying,she brought out the power card which she gave to the the cashier who swiped it on the machine gladly and gave it to her with a smile telling her to pay them a visit again. Li Na smiled and left the shopping mall and got home to prepare for the new year party.
