Charlotte can't be able to say sorry and thank you to Tobias because he left already. How can he be so good to her? She did horrible things to his family but he chose to help her?!

Maria was busy bottle feeding her twins. She was very happy to have them. She felt blessed! She watched them lovingly, and sadly thought.

'Am I really unfair towards your daddy babies? Should I gave him a chance? Would you get mad at me when you grow up and knew that I didn't forgave him? That's why you didn't have a daddy? I missed him so much, terribly! But I didn't knew if he was mad at me, because I left him. Would he understand?'

Maria felt her cheeks was wet due to her tears. Was she going to be like this forever? Crying because of Tobias?

'I knew that it was not his fault that his mother coveted my father, but he lied to me! Should I listened to his explanations?'

She was in deep thought that she doesn't realized that someone was already barged inside the house. She and the twins were on the living room, buy she doesn't heard the door creaked open.

When she heard someone cleared his throat, she immediately snapped back from reality and wiped her tear streaked face. Without turning around she said,

"you're back, Jake? I thought you had things to do? Was it done so early?"

She thought Jake was behind her and she doesn't dare to turned to him. Afraid that he will saw her in a depressed state again. She doesn't want to worry him.

But the man didn't respond. Maria kept on blabbering to cover her trembling soul.

"Tasha and Thaniel missed you already, I was starting to get jealous. Tasha wouldn't sleep in my arms quickly, unlike you she fell asleep as soon as you will sang her your improvised lullaby!"

Maria chuckled gently, she was genuine when she said that. She still think Jake was the man behind her.
