276 Please Do Not Open

'Please

Astrid calm down, keep it together. Remember you cannot use your powers lest you lose controls and things become bad.'

Even though those words kept on playing on in her mind, Astrid still could not resist the urge and power that began to rush into her as her fear increased.

This incident took her to the first time she unleashed her powers and honestly it still scared her a lot.

Back then she could jot control it and welcomed any hope that was definitely not the hands of those vile men but right now she was underneath one and his hand had begun to roam over her body and she very well disliked it.

She was fighting an internal war in keeping her powers at bay and not unleashing it.

But each and every time she tried to do so, the more repulse she felt and the more the need to push him away using her powers since he was stronger than her on a normal basis.

"Help, please. Jareth! Jareth! Please, Jareth, help!"

At that moment, she could only think of doing one thing. Something she had never done before and hoped it worked.

She was reaching out with her mind to Snow but somehow himself and White-Fire were totally blocked out.

"Jareth, pleaseeee," she called bout in her mind.

In reality, tears began to roll down from her cheeks as she reached out with her mind.

She could feel his handbbegin to slide down her thighs to her sacred part and the thought of what could happen scared her so much.

She was at the brink of welcoming that all too familiar nice but dangerous feeling and throw caution to wind but a slim part of her heart was clinging unto a lost hope.

'Jareth would come.'

She did not know for long her mind told her that. She decided to give it one more and concentrate more even though her brain was far from concentrating now.

'Jareth!!! Please, help me! Snow! Come to me!'

******

Jareth who was running t an alarming speed suddenly stopped when he heard a familiar voice in his mind.

'What? Astrid? Is that... That is definitely her voice. What is she doing in my head?' Jareth thought to himself as his eyes darted to and fro in search of her.

"Where is she?"

After a careful scanning of the area, he saw nothing but at the same time he heard her voice again and this time much clearer.

Jareth could feel the fear etched deep in her tone and could also tell the anxiety it carried with it.

He did not need someone to tell him before he knew she was in a grave danger and she could barely hold on anymore.

"Astrid, hold on please."

Giving everything he got and like the speed of lightning, Jareth ran with all his might to their house.

"Mama, he is not getting up anymore, did we overdo it?" A young girl asked one of the adults as she pulled on her gown lightly.

"Did we kill it?" another child asked the same adult.

"No, Lucy, Arthur. He just fainted. Once he wakes up again, you can continue from where you left up."

"Really?!" One could see the glee in the eyes of the first child, Lucy as she clasped her hands together.

"Is that true?" the younger child, Arthur questioned to be very sure of what his ears were telling him.

"Yes, I am certain of it," the adult replied them and bent down a bit to their level so that she could caress their young faces before letting go and standing back up.

"I am glad, mama."

"Why?"

"For a moment there, I thought we had killed it," the little girl confessed.

"Pff, kill? Hahha, no, not in your dre3ams baby girl. You would see. After he has rest and woken up, he would be full of energy."

"I trust mama; mama is always right."

"That's my girl."

Meanwhile, the being on the ground was Snow. Unfortunately for the beast, he had been tickled and made to spit out fire nonstop.

Apparently, when he stopped spitting out flames, the naughty little beasts called kids started ranting and just as though it was planned, some adults came and caught the already exhausted Snow and their tickling session began again.

Snow who had since passed out was totally oblivious on the mind strain they had caused, thus severing the link between himself and Astrid and all through his master's ordeal, he could not hear her.

Well that happened until the time when Astrid could feel her powers rising at an alarming rate and her control and last thread of patience so slim and about to break.

"Jareth! Snow! Help!"

Her voice came like a rushing wind and invaded his mind by force causing him to awaken from huge the anxiety and fear that Astrid felt.

"Master?"

'No, this is bad. Where is she? WHAT HAPPENED TO HER? Astrid is about to be a time bomb. Mother!'

Snow's mind became like a mini tornado as his own set of confusion set in. Due to their bond link, he could feel everything and all her negative emotions weighed down deep on him as well.

He tried to see through their link where she was and what was going on but he could not as his body was still recovering from the assault of earlier on.

Just at about the same time that Snow opened his eyes, he heard the children speaking and as he was about getting up, a certain sentence one of the grownups made caught his attention.

"But mama, wouldn't Astrid get mad that we tired her beast out?" One sensible big child asked his mother.

"Oh no, Leny. Our leader gave us there go ahead to allow you all play with him till he pass out and anytime he wakes up you can continue."

"True what your mother said. And if you could do this for hours without fail, then the white mystical beasts automatically become yours whenever you want to play," the first lady chipped in.

"Yes, this is awesome!" Leny and Lucy yelled at the same time.

'Clive! How dare you! You are a beast, just wait till I get you. Astrid must be in danger because of that vile creature. Wait for me master, I am coming to make that idiot and any other fool that stands in my way, pay.'

Snow's mind was clouded with rage at this point and okay one thought rang in his head, Kill!

"Perhaps while we wait, I should go and thank that young miss for letting us play with her beast," Arthur suggested.

"Didn't you hear what I said? He is yours whenever he wants to play, besides, the young miss that you speak of is busy enjoying herself with our leader. She would not have time to see you," the second lady explained to them.

"How about that cold elf man, mama? They came together, right?" Lucy asked her mother with innocent eyes glimmering in the dull evening sky.

"Yes, I have not seen him around today," the fourth child chipped in.

"Relax children, he is not coming back. So enjoy while you can, okay? Try and see if the beast is awake so you can play some more."

'What does she mean by Jareth left? What has Clive actually done? That's it, he must pay.'

With that thought set in place, Snow gather his strength, ready to make the run for it and find Astrid.

At the same time, one of the adults walked closer to where Snow laid on the ground, ready to wake him up so the kids could continue with their fun.

Unfortunately for her, that was the same time Snow was preparing to get up.

By the time she got to his side, he sprang up with so much force and agility, frightening the life out of the young lady that she fell to the ground on her butt.

Snow turned around so he could face them and see the horror in the faces of these conscienceless miscreants and roared at them.

ROAR!

His roar was loud and frightening, sending chills down their spine as everyone stood still, watching his majestic self, rise. He seemed to have grown bigger all of a sudden, adding to his already terrifying self, right now.

His eyes blazed with an untold fury and rage as he gave them a deadly glare. He averted his gaze to the lady that said the most rubbish and roared again.

"Ahh!"

Her face was ashen with shock and left with no more colour.

Like a rushing wind and force of a great typhoon, Snow charged forward to their house, leaving the mega stunned ingrates behind.
