Chapter 234: Fallen Angel

*BOOM* *BOOM* the explosion was too extreme that even in the other places the explosion echoed.

"Contact the Squad leader and tell him we have a casualty in the south. And tell him it was Qi Meili that have been killed in action and to add to that also remind him that this is the last underground base that we will attack because of the lack of manpower we can no longer pursue the other remaining so we are retreating to them and regroup before attacking the enemies again." Han Zian ordered as his tears drop to the floor.

"Yes, Sir I will relay all of your orders to the Squad leader" the 2nd man nodded before pulling out the communication box from his backpack.

They all entered the APC and heading back to the eastern sector to regroup with Jin.

"Sir, someone from the Delta team wants to talk to you" Wen Xin handed the communication box.

[2nd man SQUAD: Sir I have a goodness and a Bad news Sir,]

The 2nd man of the squad typed as he was afraid of what will happen if he reported that Qi Meili died.

[SQUADLEADER: what is the goodness and bad news?]

[2nd man SQUAD: Sir, the bad news is that we have lost Qi Meili in a battle and the Goodness is that we have destroyed at least 2 of the targets here sir in the southern sector]

Jin got stunned by what he have read. He smiled and smirked as he thought it was just a joke that Qi Meili is pulling.

[SQUADLEADER: Don't fuck with me 2nd man. Where is T2?]

[2nd man SQUAD: Sir, like what I have reported, a lion pride soldier shot and killed T2. As she was talking with Han Zian, a Lion pride soldier that was waiting for an exact moment to attack shot her in the head. Also sir, Han Zian said that we are going to regroup with you as we cannot face the enemy on our own here, sir. Where should we regroup, sir?]

[SQUADLEADER: I will send the coordinates.]

After typing that, his tears drop on the screen keyboard that was in front of him. "NO SHIT!" he shouted. Jin's expression turned dark all the candidates that were beside him moves to their sides and crates a space between them and the squad leader. Jin handed the communication box to Wen Xin, who was the communication officer. Luckily, Jin was not the one who was driving or else it could have gone worse.

"Why!" He shouted as Jin's tears continues to drip on his cheeks. It was another loss of a family member on the team. Some of the candidates tried to hold their tears back, but Qin Shanyuan and Dai Lanfen can't hold back their tears as they have learned the news. "Wen Xin, tell them the coordinates of our last target." Jin ordered as he looked at the floor of the APC.

Wen Xin replied with "Copy that Sir I will send them the coordinates."

[entering the Jelkala Airspace Northern Sector]

[Radio: Alright boys, we are dropping the bombs!]

[Radio: Copy that Squadron leader]

The pilot flicks the switch to let go of the bombs. And like what they have strike before, it was the perfect shot on their target. Upon the landing of the explosives to ground it did not last long before it explodes. Zhong Zian that was on the ground saw how massive the explosion was and how deadly it was.

The cries for help of the enemy that was burning in flames echoed. Their trucks that were dropping the newly trained Lion Pride soldiers were burned and explode in smithereens. It was ashes and bloodstains on the ground everywhere. The bombing continued for 30 minutes before the aircraft returned to base.

Zhong Zian turns around and said "Marksman come here" Zhong Zian called out as he rushed towards the User. "What can I help you with sir?" the Red Blood Armored Knight marksman asked as he too was not sure on what he will be doing. "I want you to scope for enemy that are still alive before we go in and kill those guards at the gates."

The marksman goes down to the ground and crawls before scoping for the enemy that is still walking. He saw a few walking soldiers as it cut their hands from their body.

Some were full of blood and some didn't even have a face because slowly burned. The Red blood armored knight marksman stood up. And Zhong Zian felt amazed and the Marksman and the turns around looking at Zhong Zian with a disgusted face. "How was the scouting of the enemy?" Zhong Zian asked for a report and the Red Blood Armored Knight marksman said.

"There are only a few wounded and the rest are dead. We can take them down easily," the marksman reported. But Zhong Zian nodded, and another follow up question "so we are clear to take down those at the gate?". "We can do that Sir" the marksman replied.

"Then I want you to stay here and watch our rear and also take down those enemies you have seen. If it's going to waste ammo, let them die peacefully." Zhong Zian ordered, and the marksman crawls back again. While Zhong Zian runs while being followed by the Red Blood Armored Knights.

Meanwhile Fang Shirong and the fireteam have reached their destination." We are going to strike fast and without mercy. Am I understood red blood armored knights?" He questioned after that the Red Blood Armored Knights replied, "Yes, Sir" and they all step out of the APC.

They then hold at the alley. "We are going eliminate those 6 at the front gate and then the other 2 inside. "I need a marksman and a grenadier," Fang Shirong ordered, and the marksman runs to Fang Shing and then he said. "I want you to kill the 2 armed guards that are inside of that building. Use the armor piercing bullet"

The Red Blood armored Knight nodded with the order from Fang Shirong, then he looked at the support machine gunner that was beside him. "For you I want you to suppress fire the 6 armed guards that were at the front keep them busy while the marksman takes out the two at the back so that there will no one who will alert our attack."

After that, the support machine gunner of the group readied himself for the attack at the building. The first one to go into his position was the support red blood armored knight.

While the red blood armored knight marksman was aiming at the two armed guards. "This place gave out a vibe of death hope that there will no one that will be dying." One of the Red Blood Armored knight. "A quote, huh"

Fang Shirong questioned the words that the marksman had spouted. "Well, sir, that was an old saying that there will be a dark vibe when someone on our side is going to die. Hope there are none, cause that will not end well for the group, sir," the marksman replied.

Fang Shirong ignores what the marksman has said. "Alright, engage," Fang Shirong ordered. And the Red Blood armored Knight pulled the trigger of his sniper rifle. *BANG* at the same time a hole in the building's entrance was crated and as plash of blood on the glass. All the Lion Pride soldiers and rebel cell minions were shocked as to where the location of the sniper was. Then followed by a suppressing fire.

*BRRRRRRTTTTTT* *BRRRRRRTTTTTT* *BRRRRRRTTTTTT*

The bullets from the machine gun continued as the 3 rebel cell minions and the 3 Lion pride soldiers docked to the ground and find cover, but the bullets still killed them. Blood spilled on the ground and even inside of the building as the two armed guards inside also dropped dead.

Fang Shirong, with an authoritative voice, shouted, "Lets move!" he dashed forward and then they entered the 1st floor of the building.

"What the heck!?" one of the red blood armored knight commented as they can't see because of the dark.

"Is this real? Are we inside of the building that we had entered earlier?" the red blood armored grenadier commented. "Hush, this place differs from the other underground barracks that we have been," Fang Shirong replied to them as they walked straight. All the red armored knights turn on their lights as they move ahead.

Then muzzle fire suddenly burst in the open. "All of you take cover," Fang Shirong shouted as he threw his poison dagger at the enemy who fired the rifle. The rifle stopped firing as the poison dagger hits the armed man that fired the rifle. Luckily there were no death but only 2 wounded from the grazed of the bullets.

"Okay, you guys are still capable to fight stand up and move in. We still need to destroy the barracks here" Fang Shirong smiled and walked towards the dead Rebel cell minion that was struck in the head by the poison dagger.

"You got him nicely boss," one of the red blood armored knight at his back commented while they were all walking ahead.

They soon see a door and a bickering light. The entire room is dark and the only thing that is lighten was the door and the light.

"So we are going to enter that shabby door, Boss?" one of the red blood armored knights said while Fang Shirong was about to hold the doorknob. "Its weird shabby outside and then when we open this we can see the true nature of this place." Fang Shirong commented as he twisted the doorknob and opened the door, and inside was an entire factory of weapons.

"We hit the jackpot boys, this building is not barracks is weapon manufacturing. Thats why they are not running out of ammunitions. Goddamn bastards" Fang Shirong smiled. He then turned around and said "There are over 40 enemies inside so we need swiftness"
