Chapter 231: Take Down

[Underground barracks Eastern Sector]

"Sir!" Li Ye called out Jin as he was at the lead of the march towards the elevator. Jin turns around and was curious why was he called by Li Ye. Li Ye run up to him and said "Sir, aren't we going to check the other side of the tunnel?" and when Li ye said that Jin smiled.

"I forgot about that alright. Let's check the other side of the tunnel," Jin replied, and they continue to walk to the other side. They then end up in a depot of weapon crates and ammunition.

"Holy a weapon cache." Li Ye commented while stepping further to look at the massive storage. Jin looked behind and ordered, 'Tell the golems to plant the explosives here" Jin opened his inventory and handed the explosives from the one they got when they geared up.

After 20 minutes, the golems came back, and they were all finished planting the explosives. Jin turns around, same as the others, walking back to the elevator. When they reach the elevator Jin looked at Li Ye. "Well, done on telling me that there is some kind of weapon storage there." Jin complimented Li Ye.

They enter the elevator, and they all move up to the first floor. Afterwards, they all walked out of the building. Jin looked at the detonator and pushed the button.

*BOOM* a single explosion detonates, then all the explosives underground exploded. *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* the consecutive explosion created a sinkhole for the place where the building was built. With that, the building collapsed to the last floor above, to the ground floor below. They all entered the APC, while Jin was looking at the map in which was the last Underground base in the sector.

"Alright, we are going back near the western, eastern sector border. The enemy building is located there," Jin ordered, and he stepped on the gas, driving the APC out of the place.

[Black Armored Knight Forward Operating Base]

"Sir, the reinforcements have arrived. They will be dropping from the skies," the communication officer said to the commander, while the commander was looking at the holographic map that was in front of him. "Tell them that we are in the 3rd line of defense before they land because if they land on the 1st and 2nd they will die, surely." The commander replied to the communication officer that was standing behind him.

"Yes, Sir I will relay that information to the reinforcement. To add, sir, there is also an incoming tank battalion that will help us out to clear the city. The General Directorate has given this information to us," The communication officer added as he turns around.

"I guess my time here is already done." The commander sighed in relief as he looked at the map. And the enemy is slowly advancing. Then from above Machine Drop from the eagle birds were down on the 3rd line of defense. And the machine drop pod opened which 10 Black armored Knights walking out.

"Where is the commander of this line?" the new black armored knight asked to the Black armored knight that pulling his trigger to kill the enemies ahead. The old Black Armored knight looked and said. "Go straight over there. You will see a room where the communication line is and you will find the commander."

Soon enough, continuous drops of machine drop pods have landed on the 3rd line of defense. "What the heck are those pods being dropped at them?!" one of the hooded figure that was leading the rebel cell minions and Lion pride soldiers.

"Tell the tank commander to keep bombarding that defense line to push through-" and a lucky shot from a Purple Armored Knight that just arrived from a machine drop pod shot the head Hooded figure that was yelling for their arrival.

The intense firefight continued. Even then, they have been reinforced. The forces are still in a tight situation because of the lack of armored support. And there are still rebel cell minions and Lion pride soldiers that are still pouring in from the north. The commanders are now gathered in the communication headquarters in the 3rd line of defense.

"So you are the new Black Armored Knight commander that was sent from Maskara by the General Directorate," the old Black Armored Knight commander stated, while looking at the two commanders standing in front of him.

"They advised us once we land on this place we are to contact the General Directorate and follow their command of tactics." The Purple armored knight commander stated. The Old Black Armored Knight commander nodded, and he looked at his communication officer, that was seated at the far left, looking at the monitor.

"Yes, Sir we have established the connection," the communication officer replied.

And from the holographic map there comes the face of the General. "Commanders, as of right now, I have sent a tank battalion 20 tanks to support the push back of the enemy tanks inside the city. Thank you for holding on previous commander. But as of right now, the whole commander is under our strategy. And I hope that cooperation will lead us to victory, for the Black Armored Knight, the New Black Armored Knight commander, will take charge of an effective model.

Same with the purple Armored Knights. Now let's move into the mission objective of the Black Armored Knights. Because there are Black Armored Knights, the General Directorate has ordered the Black Armored Knight to push the enemy with all means while the Purple armored knights will head to the 2nd gate of the forward operating base.

For now that is the objective, push back the enemy back from where they positioned earlier and from that they will get bombed and fired rockets" the commanders were listening carefully but the Old Black Armored Commander is clenching his fist because of the envy he felt from the new guy taking over his post.

After the speech of the General, the transmission goes back to the holographic map. "Shall we start our plan? As of now, black Armored Knight commander has still 198 Black Armored Knights under you. I will then give you 200 more to make it 300+ from that you will face the enemy at front while my forces will be at the back." The new black armored knight commander suggested.

The old Black Armored Knight commander slammed the table and said "Are you telling me to be butchered by enemy fire huh!!?" the old Black Armored Knight commander looked at the new Black Armored Knight with a serious gaze and a killing intent. The pressure in the headquarters slowly became heavy. And it was like pushing them to the ground.

[Northern Sector]

"So we are moving to the next target, sir" Zhong Zian asked, "Yup" Fang Shirong replied to Zhong Zian questions and from that they head out to their next target. "Out next target is near the North-western border."

Fang Shirong said, but then a 2nd man from the red blood armored knights called out Fang Shirong that was sitting on the other side of the APC. "Sir, we have a new mission. We are going to cur reinforcements that are heading to the battlefield. They are asking if we could stop the flock of enemy forces from the northern sector gate." Fang Shirong looked at the 2nd man and then he nodded.

"I guess Zhong Zian you will be the one that will take on the enemy barrack on your own. As we need to split apart to be more flexible on this damn mission they want us to do." Fang Shirong stated as he ordered the 2nd fireteam to follow him. After 30 minutes from point a (Last underground barracks) to point AB (Near Northern Sector gate).

The APC stopped near the Northern sector gate, because if they go further in the gate, a checkpoint of enemy Lion pride soldiers halted them. "Zhong Zian, I am expecting a lot, so better be safe and finish the business there. I don't want casualties,"

Fang Shirong stated as he get off the APC. After that, the APC moves forward, luckily the enemies that were standing at the checkpoint did not see it. After that, Fang Shirong and the 2nd fire team move into the alley heading towards the other street and from that street they are getting near the Northern Sector gate.

Fang Shirong whispered, "Deceive" and from that, he summoned 4 clones of him. He then ordered his clones to scout ahead. The clones started dashing front, moving in different directions.

The Red Blood Armored knights from the back got amazed at what the clones could do. The 2nd clone was on top of the roof near the location of the checkpoint. And from the mind communication, the 2nd clone could alert Fang Shirong.

Then on the 3rd Clone from another overview, there have made the northern sector gate as a drop of point and entry for the supplies and Lion pride soldiers and rebel cell minions that are going to be sent.

To the Battle to the Black Armored Knight forward operating base. Fang Shirong look behind and said, "communicate with the headquarters on the Black Armored Knight Forward operating Base and tell them we need to request a bombing run on the Northern Sector gate"

Fang Shirong from his mind let his clones retreat to him, as Fang Shirong and the rest of the fireteam stopped on the local building while the 2nd man was communicating with the Black Armored Knight communication officer.
