Chapter 220: Cornered in a Complex

After 1 and half hour of driving around and finding a suitable building to garrisoned, the APC stopped in a building which is like a complex type building with the front gate slightly opened. Jin hops down from the APC and looked around.

As of now, his Zero Eye Blue Bullet and Life Line Blue Bullet is still in effect, because of that he could look around if there is human or monsters that are lingering around. And from what he sees, there are only a few human living in the building.

"I don't think we can occupy this building for peace. There are some people inside," Jin whispered through his head. Because it was getting darker and getting colder every hour.

Jin ordered the group to stay in the vacant rooms that were abandoned by the previous tenants. The entire complex was now under their authority.

But even they have occupied the complex, there are still some tenants that were living there and they saw how armed men entering abandoned rooms in the complex. And then a tenant goes down from the stairs with a few men. They all gearing themselves with swords and pistols. They all aimed at the Red Blood Armored Knights, that looked at them confused.

Jin from the back said, "We don't want to harm any of you. We are just passing the night because it was too cold outside. We need to go inside of the rooms." Jin said those words in a calm voice. But the tenant was still skeptic of the movements of the group.

"How can we trust you and your people that you armed people will not do something with us? As you can see, we are afraid of our lives. What if you guys are the butchers and the killers that went into a killing and kidnapping a few people's last time? We heard there is a war breaking out, but we are living here in peace. We need an assurance that we will not get involved in this war." The tenant said confidently, looking at Jin as she felt Jin was the leader there of the group.

"If something happened in this building, I and my group will help you guys compensate for what damage may occur," Jin smiled after that. The lady tenant that confidently said the assurance felt comfortable when Jin replied to his concern earlier.

The lady tenant then looked to his husband, that was holding a pistol and aiming at one of the Red Blood Armored knight.

The lady tenant holds the hand of her husband and they all go back to their rooms. Jin then ordered the group to rest and get some fresh bath and some food that was rationed. JIn entered to a room and the first thing he goes to was the comfort room where he vomits, and knelt in front of the toilet.

"Dammit, why did I even order the killing of my conscience is really hitting me back with that kind of. Thinking what a person am I" Jin stood up after questioning himself and washed himself. After 20 minutes, he finished what he needs to do in the comfort room and sat on the bed. He looked at the window at the back, where the moon was glowing.

The day ended, and all of them have gotten a quiet rest from the time were staying at the complex building. Then a knock came at Jin's door. Jin open his crusted eyes as he tried to remove the crust from his eyes.

He tried to stand up but his balance was still off so he was about to trip from his feet, but luckily, he could hold on a stone from the makeshift kitchen.

He opened the door and there he sees, Qi Meili looking at him. "How can I help you communication officer" Jin said in a joking manner." Good Morning Sir," But Qi Meili's tone of voice was different.

It was tone where Jin was being nagged or being told to finish a certain mission that was given to the group. Jin stood up straight and said, "Is it a mission? How many are we going to destroy or kill?" Jin asked as he felt it was a mission objective that Qi Meili is going to give.

"Sir, the General Directorate wants us to eliminate enemy contingents that are currently around the Northern Sector, Southern Sector and the Eastern Sector. Three sectors in a month we need to eliminate security bureau if there are still standing.

We are going to eliminate scattered forces. I was given a satellite image of the positions of the enemies and, from what I can say. All the rebel cell minions and Lion Pride soldiers. Are well camped inside their compounds. The only possible way to eliminate them is to destroy their base entirely." Qi Meili said, but because Jin was still sleepy, he could not catch up with what Qi Meili is saying.

After that Jin ordered "Call of the candidates and the fireteam leaders. We are going to check on the strategy we are going to use in which place we are going to start and which team will be moving." Qi Meili nodded and replied, "I will talk to the others that you want them to be brief about the mission."

Jin replied, "Exactly. That is why I want to say thank you, communication officer, so give me 40 more minutes. I still have a delightful dream." Qi Meili turns around and walks away.

After an hour, all the Fireteam leaders and candidates were all gathered. Jin was in the middle and was overlooking all of them.

"The mission that has been given to us by the General directorate was for us to eliminate enemy stranglers. Or enemy that are scattered because of the communication cut from their communication command, the one we blew yesterday." Jin paused, and after he paused at those words, 3 explosions erupted outside of the building complex.

Han Zian quickly turns around and rush towards the gate but a bullet from the shoulder than shot him. He falls to the ground and then bullets started raining down on the gate. One of the Red blood Armored Knight pulled the wounded Han Zian to the side while Zia Tengfei rushed towards the location of Han Zian.

"YOHOO IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET CAUGHT FROM HIDING WELL STOP HIDING AND FACE ME YOU LITTLE SHI!"

The shadow user laughed as he shouted those words. Jin looked at one room that was vacant. And when he entered there he sees a room that was open and there was a window that was over-viewing the outside of the building complex. The bullets were still keep pouring into them.

*RATATTATATATTA* *RATATTATATATTA* *RATATTATATATTA*

Fang Shirong then ordered the red blood armored knights to return and open fire at the enemies that were outside.

From that the rebel cell minions and the Lion pride soldiers that were firing from the outside tried to find cover as the bullets of the Red blood Armored Knights has buffs that burns inside out of the flesh of the target and the flesh it pierces through.

Jin scoped from the window as he crouches there. He sees a hooded figure shouting. And bragging about something regarding the war. Soon the Shadow user transformed himself into a silhouette and then goes on top of the building on the other side.

"This stupid user trying to make fun of me and doesn't know who he is facing with what a sad reaction if he meets me." Jin thoughts. As he was already aiming at the weakness of the shadow use.

"So the weakness of this user is at the shoulder left and right and that is all. Erm, oh well I want to beam him off," Jin thoughts as he smirked and whispered 'Blind aim" and his FXR-Raven let out a soft glow of pink.

He followed it with "Deep Breath" and with that precision and accuracy increase and the FXR-Raven glow became darker.

He slowly put his finger at the trigger and whispered "Dual Burst" [Triggering Skill usage chosen] {Registered Skill] [Firing Skill: Dual burst] And the compressed power that was slowly being generated at the end of the barrel it was slowly getting much powerful. And with a perfect precision and accuracy because of the buff. Jin finally pressed the trigger, and the compacted power fired like a beam of light.

The Shadow user did not expect that from a window there will be a beam of light coming towards him. It was too late to makeshift back to a shadow as the beam of light exploded *BOOM* as it strikes the location of the Shadow user.

When the beam of light hits on the location then a loud explosion erupted, followed by large fiery flames that engulf some of the area. The exchange of fires stopped when they all heard the explosion and when they saw the beam of light.

They were all clueless about what happened and Jin smirked as it hit the shadow user where he wanted. Jin then aimed at the Lion Pride soldiers that were hiding behind the buildings and were occupying the buildings to have cover.

He pressed the trigger and because it was the second beam of light; it was stronger than the first one. He pressed the trigger and a beam of light fired from the barrel.

*PHEWWW*

*BOOM* *BOOM*

There were a two explosions that erupted because there was an explosive material that the lion pride soldier was bringing. And because of that, the explosion became much worse as the rebel cell minions got exploded in smithereens and burned to a crisp. Jin stood up and walked out of the room.
