Chapter 69 - 2.21

"The reason for our breakup is because I am poor," Aarav said looking towards the Anu.

"Yes but it is one of those reasons, the other reason is that you often wanted to eat in a fancy restaurant and I am the one who needs to pay most often, and this way I am losing my savings. Also, there are some girls who are interested in you, those girls create trouble for me, so I decided that it is best to break up with you for my mental and also financial wellbeing" Anu tells him the matter of fact.

The original Anu is already very practical, but still, she chooses Aarav because he is too handsome and also because she from his all behavior thinks that he come from a very rich family. But after she got to know that he is from a poor family, she still tries to be with him and the reason is that Aarav is a good person and respects her a lot. He is also good at studies and sports too.

But again he is quite particular about eating, he will only eat some places, according to him they are hygienic and gives the food which is super clean and good for health. Sometiems he pays and sometimes Anu But this is enough to make Anu broke.

She doesn't have any income source at that age, she is not even an intelligent student to score good marks and get a scholarship so she started to fight with Aarav, and then they ended up breaking up. Indeed Anu also feels angry with him because he acts like he is rich at the start though. 

Now when Aarav heard this he also doesn't know what to say, what Anu says is indeed true. To be honest, he is not poor, he just wanted to find his self-worth and that's why he joins the university in another city and by also hiding his background, And to be honest due to his introverted personality and also due to his habit he gets in very difficult situations.

But he never thinks that this is the reason for his breakup. He remembers that he wanted to give back all the money to Anu, but at that time the news of his brother's accident come and he needs to live in the city, and after that, he also forgot about Anu. 

They both know that this relationship is not deep, they are not even in love with each other. It just they both are the college king and queen according to look, so their friends often tease them. He also feels attracted towards Anu, but later he also started to lose interest, as he started to know that Anu is quite a lazy girl, she is not good in studies, neither in anything so he even start to lose the little interest he has. 

So their breakup is at all not heartful, originally he doesn't like her. His impression of her is quite bad, but today, Anu is quite different, she learns how to dance, and also from his uncle he heard that she is a good cook, which he still doesn't believe, but he also sees the gentleness she shows for children. 

The previous Anu is selfish, she doesn't respect her father, neither she is smart in talking, but today Anu tries to protect him which is quite new for him. So he decided to help her.

And after knowing the reason for the breakup he is feeling more uncomfortable, Every woman wants a man whom she can depend on and here he is using her money all the time, and not even grateful.

Instead, he considers her selfish, he suddenly understands that he is not in the position to judge Anu. Anyway, the relationship is already nowhere, but he decided to repay her.

"by the way you don't answer my previous question?" Anu question Aarav. 

"Which question?"Aarav doesn't remember any question though. 

"Are you love that girl?"Anu asked while Harding her heart, she is praying to God to give her the power to hear her boss loving someone else. 

"I don't know. to be honest I don't even don't know what is love" Aarav said after some thinking. Anu tries to see if he's lying but she realized that he is not. 

"Love is quite a beautiful feeling yet it makes you helpless. So if someday you are quite helpless in front of someone with a smile on your face then you are in love. You accept that person with all their flaws and you accept yourself too" Anu replied. In her previous life, Mahendra never judges her, and in that process, they both somehow learn to love themselves too. 

"You are talking like you are in love?" Aarav questioned. 

"Yes I am I" Anu said. 

"Really? when?" Aarav questioned. 

"a long long time ago" Anu replied with a smile. 

"With whom?"

"A gentleman, but why are you asking so many questions ? are you feeling jealous?" Anu counter-question. 

"get out now," Aarav said while stopping the car, Anu gets scared seeing him talking about her like this. Is he going to leave her on the road alone? 

"Wh...What?"Anu questions. 

"We reach your home," Aarav said while laughing loudly, he really likes to tease her, he feels like he is doing this for a long time. 

"Oh thank you by the way, and good night," Anu says while leaving the car. 

"Anamika..."Aarav call her. 

"Huh..."Anu looks towards him with a question mark on her face. 

"Don't kiss someone so easily" Aarav said while coming out of the car. Seeing him coming outside Anu somewhat guess that he wanted to kiss her, oh how cool. But to her disappointment, he tells her to go home. Anu looks sideways and sees that near her building some drunk man standing there. She now understands why he comes out of the car. 

"Thank you, but I know you are a good person so I ..okay bye," Anu said and she runs towards her home. Aarav sees her going inside her apartment, he still stands there, and then after five minutes, he left. 

He never thinks that he will has this type of conversation with his ex. To be honest, he feels like he is meeting a new Anu, but still, it gives him a familiar feeling, as he knows her for a long time. 

Anyway, when he reaches home, he sees a box of ice cream, he remembers Anu bought two packs. Children like to eat ice cream so then his troublemaker might also want to eat it. But he is not sure if should give him it at this time or not. 

When he reaches home, he sees on the sofa, his little bundle of joy is sleeping. 

"Young master is waiting for you" the butler notified Aarav. 

"hmmm," Aarav is quite used to this. He remembers four years ago, he left college not because he is upset with Anu, but because he gets the news of his brother's accident. His brother is on the verge of dying. His brother Anish take a promise from him, a promise to take care of his only son and his business, and this way Aarav who don't want to be a businessman ended up being a businessman. 

Anyway, his nephew Arnav is only two months old at that time. Aarav who is a twenty-one-year-old at that time needs to struggle a lot to be a good businessman and also a father and sometimes a mother too. 

Arnav's mom died while giving birth to him. While his brother started to drink from his wife's death. But who has thought he already has cancer in his body, and all those grief ended up taking his life. 

Little Arnav who lost his both parents cry most often. He only sleeps when he is with Aarav. Anuj and Aarav's father Aditya try their best to help him. But again Arnav doesn't like anyone else coming near to him. Also, the business is quite difficult at that time, even his father is trying his best to protect him from everything, still, he ended up seeing lots of bad things. 

At that time Arnav is his only ray of hope.
