Chapter 141 - 141: Lili vs Ais

It was early morning, Ye Han had to wake up early as he was still the commentator for this two more days. Yesterday before sleeping, he has listened to his daughter's story as he heard there were only 8 participants left, Finn, Ais, Lili, Haruhime, Bell, Tsubaki, Kashima, and lastly another dark horse named Herstein. Ais even specified that Herstein had a body frame like Bell, but he was more of an agility type that could be compared to her sister Lili.

He was excited to see who would fight first, he ahead to do the same which was wait in his luxurious commentary table. He closed his eyes as he waited for the guild employee to give him the list, he daydreamed for a couple of hours before he felt a sudden poke into his shoulder. He opened his eyes and saw Eina holding the list. Ye Han took it and check who was the first fighters, he was surprised that it made him smile. Because the first fighter was his two daughters.

Lili and Ais, he pondered who would win and worried at the same time. Even though they were rivals when it comes to physical close-range attacks, Ye Han knew that they care for each other dearly and would always sneakily check each of their actions. He hopes that they won't do anything serious in this fight as their parents, it was not good for his child to fight with each other even if it was practice combat. He waited again for an hour before it was the start of the quarter-finals. He shouted

"Welcome, everyone! Today is the quarter-finals for the battle of the adventurers. Let start with the first match of the day!"

"Woooo!! fight! Fight! Fight!"

"Introducing in the left corner! We Have Ais Wallenstein!! While in the right corner! We have Lili Amare!!"

"Sword Princess!! Sword Princess!!! Sword Princess!!!" -Ais's fan

"Assassin Princess!! Assassin Princess!! Assassin Princess!!" -Lili's fan

"Ehem, well let the battle begin!" -Ye Han

They both stared at each other as they grip their weapon, Ye Han who was watching them only saw them like a little kid that they used to be. They wanted to win as they always ended up getting a draw rather than one winner, Lili initiated the first attack as she runs toward Ais with a naruto run. She raises her left dagger and tried to pierce Ais in the ċhėst. Ais raise her sword as she slashes forward which made Lili move her piercing dagger to the left to stop the slash.

Lili's quillon ended up blocking the sword as she uses her right dagger to stab Ais in the stomach. Ais used her knee as she jumps upward and hitting Lili's right hand which made her raise her hand. Lili had no choice but to jump backward and recover a bit of her stamina, Ais touches the side of her stomach as she didn't successfully dodge Lili's attack. A minor cut had appeared at the side of her stomach, she didn't panic as she continued to analyze Lili's action. Lili cautiously stared at Ais who was doing the same thing.

The audience felt the urge to keep quiet as they were fans of the three princesses of Ada's Familia, Even the one who had the urge to achoo had his friend beside him cover his nose. Ais used her moonlight sword style: 14th dance: Boomerang, she throws her sword toward Lili who didn't panic as she dodges the fast throwing sword. Lili suddenly saw Ais in front of her as her vision was block by Ais's hand. Ais grabs Lili's right hand, Lili countered by using her free legs to kick Ais in the stomach which made Ais dodge and retreat.

Ais raises her hand as she recalled back her sword which dematerializes from the ground and materializes back to her hand. Lili was surprised as she hasn't tested the abilities of her soul weapon yet, Lili started to ran circles around Ais as she started to leave after images. Ais holds her sword as she silently concentrates where she should hit, Lili started to close in as her afterimages were moving forward. Ais points her sword to the right side and tried to pierce that side.

Ais failed to hit Lili as what she hit was an empty side while Lili was already behind her raising her hand as she tried to neck chop Ais's neck. But she failed to realize that Ais had already turned around and grab Lili's hand. She throws Lili outside the match but failed as well because Lili manipulated the momentum spin which turned into a magnificent front flip, Ais who notices that Lili successfully landed charges at her with her sword.

Lily who had a bruised hand from the strong strength base sister that she is fighting, charges as well. They clash which made a loud metal *ding* sound, for their couple attack. Their stamina was already getting too low as they stop clashing with each other and took a moment to breathe. Lili said while staring at Ais with a fight determination which was the same way Ais was looking at Lili.

"Sister lets end this with one final attack. Who still stands at the end of this battle will get the chocolate cake I left in the refrigerator!"

Ais nodded as she put out an attack stance and focus her strength while Lili spread her hands and started to rotate her wrist. Ais's last attack was a piercing strike which she created from the style she used while Lili created the 0th slash form which was super fast rotating daggers. Ye Han seeing that his daughters were giving their best, he instant stops time and created a safety precaution that would defend their physical body. But in return, they will get mental fatigue that could make you sleep. Ye Han then returned time back to normal as Lili disappeared in her location and appeared behind Ais who started to run forward, she was like a bull charging straight. Lili missed her target as Ais slightly deviated the piercing position and turned it.

Lili who missed her target continue to rotate her dagger as Ais charges at her. Their weapons cross each other as they both flew backward, The moment they landed in the ground made their body feel the heavy fatigue that was automatically activated. Ais falls down without resistance as she was losing blood from the cuts she got previously. While Lili slowly stood up as she raises her hand, Ye Han applaud loudly as he shouted

"The winner is Lili Amare!!"

"Assassin Princess!! Assassin Princess!! WINNER!! WINNER!!"
