Chapter 84：Who Want Marry A Villain?

They start their 'night dates' every day since then. Until 6 months later, Zhi Long summoned his daughter Zhi Ling.

"Ling, you already 23 years old this year. You're grown enough to get married. I also will not live long, so I decide to marry you with Rong Yuan. He is a capable man and he will lead my people after I die later. Your wedding will be hold on next week. Prepared yourself." he voice was soft but sounded firm. More like an instruction than suggestion.

"Father, I'm sorry but I can't marry him." she try to rejected her father's idea.

"What is your reason? He is quite good-looking and he can also kill people without hesitation. A good example for someone who will take my placed later." he frowned her brow to his daughter.

'Kill without hesitation? Who want a husband like that?'

She exhale and calm herself before she speaks to her father.

"Father, he is not my type. I do not like him. I don't like villain people." she said earnestly.

Hearing her daughter's reason, he laugh out loud.

"Ahahahaha.. Ling you must be out of your mind! Villain? We are villain people. You my daughter. You realizes what is your father do right? We can never be a good people..and we also can never be a partner to a good people. Don't waste your energy to find a good people to be your husband. Your life is in a doomed if you do that."

Rolled her eyes she said with a firm tone.

"Dad. I don't care. I don't like Rong Yuan and I will never marry him. NEVER!"

Zhi Long stop from laughing. He turned his body facing his daughter with a fierce face.

"Dare to defy me?"

"I'm sorry, I can't risk my life to marry a murderer." she still with her decision.

Feeling burning inside, he shouted at his daughter.

"Then don't be my daughter!"

As he said that, Zhi Ling put her ID card on his father's desk.

"I love you father, even if you are villain. But, I'm sorry I can't never marry a man that I don't love. I wish you a happy life and have long live, father."

She said with a serious tone.

Zhi Long was very furious as he grab a glass vase and throw to his daughter.

Grim Reaper who is standing still in the corner of the room immediately cover her face with his arm.

Grim's hand was bleeding because of the glass. Zhi Ling was so shocked with her father actions. Her eyes start to wells up seeing her shadow take a hit for her.

Zhi Long also shocked with the sudden protection from the Grim. His eyes turned wider and angrier.

"Why did you protect her?!" he furiously asked.

Grim Reaper immediately kneel down and said with a firm voice.

"It is my duty to make sure Miss Zhi Ling's safety."

"You! Don't tell me you are the reason she refuse to this marriage!"

Grim turned silent. He also don't know what reason Zhi Ling refuse to her father suggestion.

As far as he know, they never had that kind of feeling toward each other. But they do have a good friendship.

"Father!" Zhi Ling shouted. She hurried kneel down and looked at Grim's hand.

Her eyes already wet with the tears. Seeing her best friend injured because of her really made her mad.

"Tell me! Is this the guy that make you refuse to marry Rong Yuan?"

"No! For god sake, father!" she stand up and walk to her father.

Looking straight at her father eyes, she said.

"From today onwards i am not your daughter. Dare to hurt my person, and I'll make sure you find my death body the next day." she threaten her father.

Turned back her body she looked at the man who still kneeling.

"Grim. Now, I release you from your duty. You no longer my shadow and my father's minion."

"Miss Zhi.." Grim try to voice out, but suddenly was cut off by Zhi Ling.

"I can protect myself. Don't worry about me. I have someone that can protect me." she said and start to walk out from the room.

Meanwhile, Zhi Long was so shocked by what he heard.

'So she has her own choice?'

"Ling! Ling! You come back here! I'm still not finished with you yet!"

She walk out from the mansion without one cent in her pocket and no ID. She just strolling at the city in the evening.

Lastly she stand at the apartment door. Hesitate to ring the bell. When she want to push the button suddenly the door was open.

Shocked by what he see, he immediately ask.

"Ling, what are you doing here?" Yu Ran looked at the girl's face.

"Er.. can I.. can I come in?"

Yu Ran's face turn pale when she said that. How can he let her enter his room? His room was full with the military device on his living room. If she walk inside, of course his cover will blow up.

Scratch his head, he show her one finger in front of her face. "One minute please."

He immediately closed the door and hide all his belonging to the safest place.

When he was sure that there is nothing suspicious lay on his living room, he open the door back.

"Wow! Your one minute equal to 10 minute huh?" She said nonchalantly and walk inside the apartment.

Her eyes caught on the clothes on the floor and a few other thing in the living room.

"You live alone?" she asked.

"Er..yeah."

"Why your house look like they're just hit by a storm?"

"..."

"Why did you come here? Today is my day off." Yu Ran said as he walked to the couch and sit.

Seeing he sit on the couch, she also follow him behind.

"Can I be your roommate? I happen to run away from my house."

Yu Ran who just drink his mineral water immediately spurt out.

"What??" his eyes looked straight to her.

"Don't worry. They wouldn't find me here." she waved her hand in the air.

"No. I can't. Please find someone else." Yu Ran said with a serious tone. He is now in the undercover, if he happen to blow up the operation he surely will lost his life after.

His father is a very important people in the military. He carry a name and also a big mission on his shoulder. There is no way he can carry more problem to his life.

"But..but…" she want to say more but Yu Ran already take her outside the door and closed it.

She sigh.

'There is no way I go back to the mansion. Oh,Grim.. What should I do..' she whimper in her heart.

Without any thought she stand still in front of the door until its late night.

Yu Ran was hungry and when he looked at his watch, it's already 10 PM.

He walked to the fridge and found there is nothing that he can eat. He closed the fridge and take his motorcycle keys.

Open the door, he found that Zhi Ling still in front of his house sitting on the floor and lean on the wall.

He frowned his eyebrow. Feeling guilty, he wake her up.

"Hey! Hey! Why do you sit here? It already night, you better go back to your mansion." he touch her hand softly.

"I don't want to." she whimper again.

He sigh. He looked at his watch and ask her.

Zhi Ling nodded her head.

"Alright. Let's go."

He help her stand up and they walked to the parking lot.

Zhi ling frowned when Yu Ran hand her a helmet.

"What is this?"

"A helmet. Wear this. It's for safety." he help her to put on the helmet.

They arrived at the food stall near his apartment and sit in the corner.

"Why did you run away from the mansion?" he asked.

"For saving my life, of course."

"Your life?" he knit his brow.

"Who want marry a villain? I only marry to the person I love." she eat her dish vigorously.

"Huh? Then why didn't you go to the person house?"

She stop and sigh.

"How can I go to the person's house if I don't have one?"

"Pfftt.. then what's the point you run away? You from the villain background too. What's the big deal?" he asked nonchalantly.

While Zhi Ling already pouted.

"That's not the case. The bad one here is my dad. I had nothing to do with his dark world. I still want to experience a real love story like a normal person…and Rong Yuan is not a normal person. He is..he is demon. I really hate him."

'Rong Yuan huh? He really is a bad news. His head almost reach 10 million.' Yu Ran thought.

"What did he do to you to make you hate him so much?"

"That asshole try to **** me many times. If not because of Grim, I will totally be his victim. Nobody trust my story when I told them. The only person who trust me is Grim."
