Chapter 70：I Want Her

Hai Rin walk until she saw a bench in the center of the maze. She sit on the bench and staring at the night sky.

She close her eyes. A moment later, a very familiar voice asked her.

"What are you doing here? Why didn't you enjoy the party?" Andy Lu sit beside her silently.

Without any movement, Hai Rin just replied with her eyes closed.

"It's too crowded. I need some space to think and breathe."

"What are you thinking about?"

"Andy, I'm in love."

"What?" he was taken aback a little.

"Mm. I love him. But this love is hurting me. What should I do?"

"Him?" he ask curiously.

"Him. Richard." Andy froze. He didn't expect her to fall in love with Richard, since she knew Richard already had a girlfriend.

He lost word. He don't know what he should said to her. Encouraging her or scolding her? But he know, deep down inside, he just has been hurt.

He caress her hair a little and stand up from the bench. "Do what you think is best for you."

The slow music is played on the banquet and can be heard from the maze. Andy reach out his hand toward Hai Rin and said.

"Care for a dance?"

"Huh?"

"You've been practice the dance before, so now is your chance to show it. I walked you back to the hall."

She rub her chin a moment before she take Andy's hand and walked back to the hall.

When they arrived at the hall, everyone was ready to dance with a partner. She also noticed Su Zhin already drag Richard to the dance floor.

Ignoring them, she focus on Andy in front of her. She looked at the man's eyes and said.

"I'm not a good dancer. Bear with me if I happen to embarrass you later."

Smiled, he just nod his head.

The music began and they start to dance step by step. In the middle of the dance they change a partner. They keep dance until she change her partner with Richard.

Their body was so close. He whisper to her ear.

"Your dance is quite good. Did you practice with Andy?"

Faintly smile she said "Andy is a good teacher."

Looked at her face, he asked again.

"Did you cut your hair?"

"You don't like it?"

"No. You look beautiful." he lift her body before they change partner again. This time she change with Andy as her partner.

"Feeling better?"

"Mhm."

"I need to go back to my post after this. You make sure enjoyed the party okay?" he smile to her before they finished their dance.

After the dance, Richard was greeted by a pair of Russian couple. They talk with a foreign language fluently while Su Zhin was beside him.

Seeing both of them were close together made Hai Rin felt a bit jealous inside her heart.

She then walked to the corner of the hall and talk with Yu Lin and Zi Fei who happen enjoyed their time together. The standing place is not far from the Richard.

Not long after, Xin Me approach Richard and the couple. She greeted the couple.

"Mr. Jokovic, it's pleasure to meet you." her voice was cheerful.

"Madam Lee, the pleasure is mine. You look beautiful as always." he said.

"Ah, I'm already old. How about your daughter? Is she coming here? I heard she's been an amazing doctor in your country."

"Ah that kid. She always make me had a headache. I am so sorry on my daughter behalf. She has an urgent case that she need to attend."

"If I'm not mistaken,her name is Hazel right?"

"Yes. The only daughter I have. Luckily that your son already married, if not I can suggest my daughter to be married with your son." he laugh after saying that. Xin Me also smile hearing that.

"I am fastidious person. Your daughter may not be able to bear with me." Richard said with a plain voice.

"My son's choice is what matter to me. As long as she is a good person." Xin Me said gently to the couple as she remembered her daughter-in-law.

"Yes. Look how beautiful your daughter-in-law is." he point his finger on Su Zhin who stands beside Richard from the beginning.

Richard stay silent. While Su Zhin already smiling brightly when she heard that word. Xin Me eye's grew wider. She shake her head a little.

"Mr. Jokovic, she is not Richard's wife.

Surprised with the statement, he said again. "Oh? I thought she is your son's wife since they have been together from the beginning of the party.

Richard raised her hand that holding a champagne glass and point the direction of Hai Rin and said.

"She is my wife." Mr. Jokovic turn his eyes to the place that he pointed.

Upon seeing Hai Rin's figure, he said with a smile on his face.

"No wonder she is the one that can tie you down. She's on par with the goddess. Of course, the princess beauty is no match with her."

Xin Me felt relieved when her son know how to declare his wife. If not, she sure will spank her son later.

Su Zhin turned sour when Richard self announce Hai Rin as his wife. Not only that, Mr. Jokovic also said that Hai Rin was on par with the goddess. It made her heart burning.

Yu Lin, Zi Fei and Hai Rin casually talk like a good friends. They talk about many things.

Zi Fei also start to feel comfortable with Hai Rin's attitude. After an hour, Yu Lin got a call from his father and they excuse themself from the party.

When Hai Rin want to walk toward Richard, she saw Su Zhin was rub her forehead and suddenly start to fell down. Richard was quickly hold her body and called maid Emma who is standing not far from him.

They then walk out from the hall. She looked around and could not find Lee Zhing's figure. She decide to walk back to the maze garden .

She sit at the bench until 12:30 AM. After she feel a bit quiet from the hall, she walk through the maze and get back inside the event hall.

She still couldn't find Lee Zhing and Ms Yun, Andy was securing the area while Richard.. Richard was with Su Zhin earlier.

Noticing there's only a few people left, she decide to go to her room. Climbing the stairs she walk to the room.

When she open the door, she saw Su Zhin was on her bed while their maid Emma also there trying fan her which is look like unconscious.

She stare at the man standing beside the bed with a question look.

"She faint at the ball. I help her coming here since the VIP room was full." he said casually.

Listen to Richard explanation, she take the pillow on the couch and throw it hard to his face. After that, she stomp her feet and walk out from the bedroom.

Emma was totally shocked by what she was just watched. Her madam throw a pillow at her boss? Wow, she really brave enough to do so.

Hai Rin was really angry. She walk to the Lee Zhing's bedroom. Knocking on the door, Lee Zhing open it after a few moment.

She already changed to her pajamas and ready to go to sleep, when she see Hai Rin figure in front of her room she was surprised.

Frown her eyebrow she ask "What happen? Why are you here?"

"Can I sleep with you tonight?" she ask slowly. Her body was tired, her mind was blank. All she need is sleep right now.

Sensing something was off, Lee Zhing just nodded her head. She let Hai Rin take shower and use her pajamas. Hai Rin lay down on Lee Zhing bed.

Not long after she was deep in sleep. A minute later, Richard knock her room door.

"What do you want?" Lee Zhing ask with a furious tone.

"I want her."

"She's already asleep."

Ignoring Lee Zhing's word, he walk inside the room and slowly carry her into his arm.

"Wa…" Richard made silent sign using his mouth, it made Lee Zhing lost her word.

She just watch Richard carry Hai Rin back into their room before she close the door.

Richard didn't actually bring her to their room, instead he carry her into his study room. He already ask a few maid to clean up his study room. He push one button from the wall and a secret tunnel led him to another room.

In that secret room there was a king size bed, a desktop and gaming console. It is his secret bed when he was teenager. He used to hide here to play a video game until late night.

He place her body on the bed, turn the light into dim mode and he snug her from behind her body.

He kiss her head, her neck, her shoulder and he reach out her hand and kiss them too.

Hai Rin feel a bit ticklish when Richard kiss her neck, she move a little. When she move, Richard will pull her back to his embrace.

8 PM earlier.

"Mr. Lee, you said, if I want to know more I should follow you here, so tell me what should I know exactly?" Yu Ran ask with a curious tone in his voice.

Lee Zhen just smile when he heard the question. He took out his envelop from his desk and shove it to Yu Ran in front of him.

"You will know after you look at this." Lee Zhen said calmly.

Yu Ran on the other hand was a bit hesitate at first, but he still take the document and read it one by one. His hand was a bit shaking, his eyes start to redden and he look at the old man in front of him with a question look.

"You can have a DNA test with her if you want." Lee Zhen said calmly. While Yu Ran immediately nodded his head.

"We will draw your blood next week."

"No need, you can draw it now." seeing his impatient face, Lee Zhen nodded his head.

After they done drawing his blood, of course, with the help of in-house doctor. Yu Ran can get the result on next week.

He return back to his mansion with Yu Lin and Zi Fei. Seeing his father face, Yu Lin ask him.

"What did you talk about with Mr. Lee?"

"Some lead on the last case."

"Last case? Which case?"

"Do you remember that i told you once, that you have a twin sister?"

"When did you tell me?"

"it was when you were four or five years old I think."

"Dad…. nobody remember what happen when there are too young. I was four years old that time. Of course I have no memory about it."

"Really? Are you sure that you are my kid? Because when I was four I still remember what my teacher teach me."

"Ugh..Dad…" Yu Lin rolled his eyes.

"So what about the twin? Did I really have a twin? Who is she? Does our face look exactly the same? Who? Who? Tell me." he start to feel excited.

"Hm. I'm not sure. But the lead shows that Mrs. Lee is your twin." Yu Ran rub her chin like he was thinking something.

"Hah? Are you sure you are our dad? How come you said you're not sure? By the way, is there any chance that I too will get the twin?"
