The sound of the fire cracking in the fireplace was the only thing that could be heard in Rize's room, as a long silence, overtook both Asmodeus and Leo who were sitting in front of each other.

Asmodeus had his arms crossed, as he gazes down at Leo, sitting on his chair, however, he didn't move as the child was still reading the terms of the deal, on the floating contract, that was before his eyes.

To Leo, it appeared as an ominous floating paper, of unknown origins, to Asmodeus, it was business.

Leo look hesitant to sign the contract, as he could feel a dark and ominous power radiating off of it, but as the Demon said, it was either the easy way or the hard, so he chooses the easy way, the reason being he doesn't want to know what the hard way is.

So Leo for the last time gazes at the contract as he goes through the terms of the services one more time as he grabs the quil that pierces his skin and absorbs his blood to act as ink itself.

The contract was simple, in return for Asmodeus's protection, guidance, and power as a parent figure, Leo must offer his absolute obedience, loyalty, information, and his future as payment.

In short, this was a slave contract, there was no other way around it.

Leo was well aware of the price of power, coming at the cost of freedom, but if he can protect his sister with the power of the Devil, it was a sacrifice he was willing to make.

So before attempting to sign, he gazes at Asmodeus and asks.

"So... y-y-you won't... hurt us if I-I-I sign this right?"

His voice was mumbled, and soft, it was as if he was having a problem speaking his mind, but Asmodeus heard it all, and the answer was simple, as he replied as such.

"I am a lot of things, but a liar I am not, I keep my word, and I won't go back on anything that I have promised, that is both my pride and honor as the king of all Demons if you signed that contract, everything that wishes can be your in an immediate heartbeat, however in return I ask you for your obedience, your loyalty, all information about Volta family, and finally your future to come."

"..."

"Provide me these four things, then I shall make you follow me from behind, and walk in my footstep as I take my servants to greatness."

"..."

"I see... fine I will sign it, just don't hurt me or my sister."

"You have my word."

That was it, Leo didn't have to think about anything anymore, as long as their safety and lives were reassured, he didn't care about anything else at this point as his love for power was stronger than his reason.

So with his mind made up, he signed his name, with his blood infused within the quilt, and upon doing that, the floating paper was instantly submerged into flames, as it slowly burn away, it was weird, seeing it disappear, it was like looking at his freedom slowly leaving him.

But the damage was already down, Leo a mere ten-year-old child, has sold his soul to the Devil.

And right after the deed was done, Leo look at Asmodeus and asked.

"So what now, I have already signed the contract, so what else do I have to do?"

He asked with a soft tone, meanwhile, Asmodeus smiled as he use the power of the wind to blow one of Rize's personal wine glasses to him.

From there, he took the same knife, that he cut his wrist with earlier, to cut his wrist one more, and to Leo's surprise, he was shocked to find out that the being before him, had golden blood instead of red, as it pours at a moderate rate filling the glass to the brim.

And right after the deep wound on his wrist healed faster than Leo can blink, as if to boast Asmodeus's natural regenerative capabilities alone.

However, after the cup, was filled, Leo couldn't explain it, but he felt a strong aura or presence from the blood of Asmodeus, the blood itself was releasing a divine glow of yellow, it was tempting he would want nothing more than to partake in this living monstrosity blood, that was just how tempting it was for him.

Despite the temptation though, he composed himself, he didn't want, to rush things and just waited for Asmodeu's orders.

Meanwhile, Asmodeus himself could see his impatience and curiosity.

So he extended his hand, and grab the cup as he said while offering Leo the divine drink.

"Well then Leo, I will be honest with you for the ceremony to work, you have to accept not only my blood but the name that I will place on you."

"Name... So I won't be named Leo anymore?"

"Nope... there is no need for it, I shall give you a Demon name, after all, drink this and you will no longer be classified as a human, even if you are of a greater branch."

The news didn't come as a surprise to Leo, what was he expecting he was making a deal with the Demon King for Christ's sake, this was supposed to be expected, however, he was already balls deep into the ceremony, he already passed the point of no return.

So he just accepts his fate, as he took the glass from Asmodeus.

Meanwhile, Leo looks at the golden blood as he asks a question giving the title of Father to Asmodeus

"Father what is to be my name?"

This was a clear sign of submission, and acceptance of one fate, now all that was left was to give him a name, Asmodeus began to think, but his surprised Lilith answered.

『Lilu』

'Ha, I beg your pardon?'

『Lilu, let's name him Lilu』

'Lilu, that sounds kind of feminine don't you think?'

『Lilu is the male version of Lilith』

'Really?'

『Yes Really』

'Why would you want to share your name?'

『I have always wanted to raise a child, but I can't give birth even if I wanted, can you make this boy an exception, technically speaking you already have a daughter to which you are both the mother and a father, can we be the parents of this one, and maybe even the girl』

'Hmmm let's calculate the use of a child that bares the male name of Lilith, now that I think of it, depending on what I name him will be how strong he will become, I did agree to make both him and his sister my biological children, so if I give them the last name of Asmodeus, then without a doubt these children will be a living calamity.'

'Not only that I will have control over their futures as well, meaning I can mold their growth however I please, although, I still need weapons against the braves, something I can fall on, hmmm... Very well then I shall grant you your wish, these children, will be the offspring of both you and me.'

With that decided, I gaze at Leo as I said to him.

"From this moment on, you shall be renamed Lilu Morningstar, son of me Asmodeus Morningstar, and your mother Lilith Morningstar, now my son, take a hold of your future and partake in my divine blood, and become who you were truly destined to be."

Spoke Asmodeus, to which Leo said to himself.

"Lilu ha... Well, it could have been worse."

With that said, Leo began to drink the blood of Asmodeus, as he gulps down everything, and right after, he places down, the glass as he ask.

"So what no...

His questions were put to pause when he felt like his entire being was been engulfed by something unknown, he raised his hand to his face, and to his surprise, his flesh was melting at a rapid rate, to the point he could see his bones.

"What is this?"

It wasn't painful, however, it was uncomfortable and also an ominous sight, as his entire body began to lose its humanoid form.

His bones also began to melt, into a black puddle, however, from that puddle, came fort hundred invisible black hands that started to form something like a cacoon that could not be seen but felt.

Asmodeus watch this and is surprised as he never expects to see a sight like this, compared to all the rebirth process Lilu was far different.

But after a minute or so the invisible arms that were molded together began to take physical form, as if it was just a sphere floating in the air, Asmodeus then take a look at the cacoon using the eyes of truth as it said.
