Chapter 517 517. SILVER CRACK

Noah shook his head at that panel. His words would come to pass. He would need to leave his confinement without being officially left out. He understood that such would put him in even more trouble, but his pet was more important.

Noah stood up, feeling the chains apply their hold on his limbs. There were separate chains for each of his legs, but they would only draw him back if he moved too far from his spot.

A white light appeared around him however and his figure disappeared, unable to be hindered by the tier 5 binds. An alarm was raised about the escaping of the prisoner, but Noah would never hear it.

His figure appeared within the white nature of the cultivation room and he immediately teleported to the beginning portions of the Renga region.

Noah appeared high in the sky. The whiteness of those snowy lands remained dominant and the snow falling from the cloudy skies remained constant.

He felt a heat rise in his being when the countdown reached zero. A white light shone from his chest as his attire was ripped to allow the passage of the violently shinning egg.

Cerulean, white, and golden lights beamed out of the rapidly spinning egg. And a thrumming sound unfolded into the mostly peaceful, but windy lands of the snowy region.

Noah watched calmly. Understanding that something big was about to occur.

The clouds darkened and the winds grew even more violent. The crackling of lightning bolts reached the world and Noah felt their power shake him.

"Already?" He muttered, understanding that the might contained within that cloud could already rival his.

The event wasn't out of his evaluations, however. The system had made it known to him that the Thunderbird was highly attuned to lightning. He expected nothing less. Especially after it had bathed in his essence and soul energy.

The skies grew even messier and the colored lights the spinning egg released became blinding. Lighting up the area like a miniature star.

The heat in the environment also spiked. So much so that the cold clouds above melted and their reserves fell like rain.

Amid this event that had spanned over a minute, Noah could already sense familiar presences reaching that place.

The guild elders had reached his position, but he didn't want to be disturbed.

Shockingly, however, before he could act, he felt those presences recede into the distance. They had decided not to disrupt whatever was going on. He believed elder Ezra had been the cause of this.

After all, rather than escaping, he had simply reached the outer portions of those snow lands. They had even found him in place.

Even at that, Noah allowed his essence to act. He unfolded his consciousness and created walls of his elemental affinities.

Massive grand walls of great intensity and durability unfolded around him in layers. They were circular and seemed like a huge short cylinder in the sky.

He stopped at that point and focused on the event before him.

The lights coming from the egg grew in intensity, but suddenly the sound of a powerful crack opening; filled the world, and a wave of power flooded the surroundings of the egg.

Noah felt that wave of pure strength try to push him back, but it couldn't. Rather, his eyes were now on the damage of silver radiance.

A silver crack.

The cloud grew even more violent but it refused to discharge its energy. Nevertheless the fact that its sparks were all mixtures of the Cerulean, white and golden color, made the skies beautiful.

Another powerful crack opened on the nigh-metallic nature of the egg. This time the power it unleashed was double the first. So was its sound.

More cracks continued to open at that point, and Noah felt the power of each preceding crack containing far more force than the last.

The clouds also rumbled louder until everything turned into a mess of powerful sounds that even Noah's walls could not hide.

Something eventually changed.

With an intensity in sound that surpassed the former. Noah watched the cracks that had opened begin to spread even wider like a shattering effect.

Silver light took the place of those three colors, but when the shell finally fell off with a wave of power, his eyes fell on a small figure shining all three lights with even better intensity.

Silver essence swirled around the tiny bird but Noah didn't care. He felt exactly half of both his essence and soul reserves vanish the next instant, all that power going into the cloud above.

His instincts raged as the sheer energy the cloud contained skyrocketed until it touched what felt like the very peak of the higher stage.

A strange and abrupt silence filled the world at that point, but a mighty roaring and rumbling barreled out with the discharge of that cloud a few seconds later.

Cerulean, white, silver and golden lights flooded Noah's view as that life-threatening bolt reached for the small bird below.

The event remained nothing short of spectacular and powerful.

The instant that bolt touched the bird, a reasoning-shattering amount of force unfolded into the world around.

Noah felt his vision spin as he was sent flying through his walls which experienced huge cracks and fell apart the instant that force touched them.

His figure flew deeper into the Renga regions as he had been backing it.

The force cleared the skies for many miles in radius and the sunlight managed to touch those lands for the first time in decades.

Noah crashed into the snowy lands with blinding force and felt his body tumble and tumble, digging through the lands with ease.

He smashed into a small hill and made significant cracks spread through it. But that landform managed to stop him even if it crumbled merely a few seconds later.

Noah remained on the ground within that rubble.

Great pain filled his mind in those instants. His insides felt wrecked as silver blood poured from his eyes, nose, ears, and mouth.

That force had been born from a massive amount of essence and soul energy which had been greatly amplified in quality and power.

Noah had even felt soul energy hit him directly. It hurt him since they had stopped being his the moment it entered the cloud.

He had to stay within that mass of a former hill until his condition stabilized. That only took less than a minute, but he had emptied his core in the process, needing his usual pills.

The regions had been silent after that spectacular explosion had paved the way for sunlight to touch those snowy regions.

Immediately Noah's figure rose from the rubble however, the sound of a deep violent rumble reaching ear-rupturing intensities filled the sky.

Noah felt something reach out from his body to make contact with the being that had generated that sound. A soul connection was made, but a new silver screen appeared in his eyes.
