“Meow?”

Kate was bewildered when she heard Kyle asked her. She looked at Kyle’s face with blank expression.

“You know that they’re technically under me and can be said to be our family military. However, I’m still following the nation’s order.” General Ryan snorted.

The so called private military did exist, but it was mostly on small scale. With General Ryan’s rank, there were a lot of people who were under him and would be willing to follow his words.
