Arc 2 – Chapter 74

Zhou Min saw that the system was not paying attention to her and could not help but laugh. In fact, she wasn't really all that stupid. She understood everything that was said but just wanted to tease...

Zhou Min saw that it was getting late, and she was exhausted, so she looked around and opened her wardrobe.

The most enjoyable thing about living in a mansion was the enviable bathroom. The thirty-square-metre bathroom had an entire wall with mirrors, making the whole space surprisingly spacious.

In addition to the separate washbasins, there was also a large hot spring pool. It was artificial, but one could smell the medicinal scent, which overflowed from a special alcove in the ground. When it reached the point of fullness, it would flow out from another opening, and the cycle continued. However, where the water flowed from was unknown...

The design of the pond was stunning. It resembled The Judgement of Solomon*!

Every stroke was an absolute work of art! However, the technique upon which this was executed left Zhou Min in wonder.

This design, this mural, execution, it was no wonder those people wanted to come in ......

And in addition to the pool, there was also a Jacuzzi inside. It was a transparent shower room, from the floor tiles to the walls. Save for the pool, which displayed a different design. The rest was all imported Italian marble. The grey background with fuchsia deep red-purple shades of veins demonstrated the pinnacle of quality.

Zhou Min had always liked hot springs, but she didn't enjoy the public pools because everyone could soak in them, and they were always dirty. However, the private pools were expensive and once a month was enough...

Zhou Min sighed as she thought about how exhausted she had been for days. She needed to relax, and this fancy looking artificial hot spring pool made her surrender entirely.

She turned around and locked the bathroom, then saw the oil lamp on the side, picked out a bottle of lavender oil, put a few drops on the lamp and lit it.

She did not know if it was an illusion or not, but Zhou Min felt that when she sank into the hot spring, the water temperature slowly started to increase. From the initial mildness of warmth to the limit that her body could bear, only then did it stop. It was designed in such a way to make the body submerged in the water, just comfortable.

It was so beautiful that Zhou Min could not wait to go and ask Liu Haoyu where he had found the genius that had designed such a miraculous artifice in the world.

After Liu Haoyu said this, he raised his feet and left, but in the end, he promptly looked to the man who had handed him the information earlier. 

The man immediately understood and gave the information in his hand to another person. He strode to catch up with Liu Haoyu, who was waiting at the lift entrance with his eyelids down.

"Doctor, what can I do for you?"

"Take out the results from the laboratory, Group N, No. 15, and make me a set in this colour, and send it up to the housekeeper in three days." The man's eyes displayed surprise, but only for a moment, and then he nodded respectfully.

Liu Haoyu couldn't help but nod when he saw that the person was interested and then left...

Zhou Min leaned comfortably in the private pool, humming a formless tune. It was very comfortable, and as the temperature of the private pool rose, the bathroom became increasingly misty. In this haze of smoke, Zhou Min suddenly heard a slight sound.

Turning her head slightly to the side, one of the glass mirrors seemed to have been opened from the inside, and Zhou Min watched with her jaw dropped as Liu Haoyu leisurely wandered in, dressed in a long black bathrobe and holding two tall glasses and a bottle of red wine.

Reflexively, Zhou Min wrapped her arms around herself, crouched her legs, and sank her body into the pool again.

"How did you get in here?" she asked, alarmed. She remembered that she had locked the bathroom when she had come in because she knew that this room belonged to Liu Haoyu. She had done so in case he ran in unexpectedly, but looking at the person standing in front of her, Zhou Min felt inexplicable...

Liu Haoyu raised his eyebrows slightly, looking at Zhou Min's body with only her nose above the water's surface to breathe. She wore an odd expression, and he was afraid that her behaviour in this private pool would kill her. 

He lifted her, but he didn't make her completely naked, he just let her obediently sit down, but Zhou Min still felt strange ....
