Thanks to Lee Gun, he was coming back from the hospital. It didn’t come naturally to him.

Hades clutched at his stomach, where Lee Gun had attacked. The god of the underworld had used quick judgment to expel Lee Gun, so the damage was superficial. However, this didn’t change that he felt crappy. Moreover, Hades’s expenses had increased for no reason thanks to him!

He had to get it fixed, so he had gone to a hospital. However, this wound didn’t fall under his medical insurance. Therefore, the hospital requested an absurd amount of money.

At the heart of each floor was an enormous Divine world elevator that passed from the first to the twentieth floor.

Hades had arrived at the elevator to be transported, and his eyes held anger.

“Hurry up and move. I want to go to the third floor!”

Hades ground his teeth as he grabbed his sore stomach.

If the Olympus Zodiacs heard of his plight, they would surely help him. This was also probably true for Kunlun and Valhalla, who had been present on the ship.

The warriors of Valhalla didn’t care. They wore their divine armor as they extended their swords.

“You will dearly pay for insulting us!!”

Hades almost cussed. “Idiots! He wasn’t sent by me— Kuh-huhk!”

Just being grazed by the divine spear could kill a god. It let out a sharp roar.

In the end, Hades yelled, “Alright. I’ll take responsibility for everything!!”

Things had spiraled out of control. He had to get a handle on this at all costs.

‘I just have to make sure the Great Spirits do not hear about this.’

The Great Spirits were the great pillars that supported each force. Of course, Olympus had one too.

‘I just have to catch that snake bastard before he reaches Olympus.’

The snake bastard’s target was him. He was the one who had created this situation. While the party on the ship could be dismissed, the Great Spirit won’t hold back if the snake god crawled into Olympus.

When that thought reached his mind, Hades immediately summoned his strongest Constructs, the dog-headed Constructs.

“I have a lead on that snake.” Hades took out a small glass bottle that he had secretly stolen from Lee Gun. “I’m glad I stole it as a contingency. I want you to track him down and make sure he never dreams about coming to Olympus.”

The Constructs took a sniff of the item.

“Ah!.”

“Did you find him?” Hades smirked as he immediately got ready to send his Constructs away. “Where is he? Is he on the eighteenth floor? Or did he already get booted by the Divine world to the twentieth floor?”

The dog-headed Constructs sweated.

“That is…”

“What is it?”

“O-Olympus….”

“What?”

“It says he’s already in Olympus!”

“…????”

Hades’s expression was a sight to behold.

How did he get here?

Lee Gun had been able to enter Olympus thanks to a mole(?). His eyebrows rose because of the man before him.

It was a blonde man in his late twenties. He had worn a white sleeveless tunic emblematic of the Olympus faction. This was Sagittarius, the Zodiac of the Sagittarius temple.

Lee Gun was currently in his private residence, and in the distance, servants wearing maid outfits were observing him. They were murmuring quite loudly.

“Who is he?”

“Isn’t he a low-rank god??”

“How can he get a direct meeting with one of the pillars of Olympus?”

On the other hand, Sagittarius looked at Lee Gun with a stiff face. “Mmm… That is… N-Nephew?”

Instead of answering, Lee Gun raised his fist.

When he saw Lee Gun’s savage expression, Sagittarius immediately changed his words. “S…Serpent Bearer.”

“What?”

Sagittarius was afraid of being hit by Lee Gun, but he lifted his finger to point behind Lee Gun. “Can you stop that?”

Pandemonium had broken out behind Lee Gun.

The Constructs turned pale from fright when they saw this.

Sagittarius was aggrieved as he lost all his belongings. “I kept you hidden until now. Doesn’t that mean…”

Lee Gun let out his murderous intent. He looked at Sagittarius as if to ask whether the Zodiac wanted to die.

“In the first place, why are you here?”

“Your Zodiac Saint was sold off, so why are you doing nothing here? That lolicon bastard is keeping Taeksoo imprisoned, yet you stood back and watched?” Lee Gun gave him a death glare as he raised his fists again. 

Sagittarius started to sweat.

“It seems you’re part of the Olympus faction, like Hades. Are you sulking because Taeksoo is part of the Serpent Bearer temple? Is that why you ignored him?”

“No! I have a good reason for doing this!”

“What is it?”

Sagittarius wasn’t acting dignified at all as the elder uncle. However, he was in an awkward position.

He had naturally thought about retrieving Hugo, but he couldn’t enter Hades’s territory. They were enemies. Moreover, it was said that Hades had paid a fair price to have Hugo transferred to the netherworld.

If Sagittarius stepped forward, it was immediate grounds for war.

‘Also, Hades has the registry for my subordinates.’

If Sagittarius moved, Hades would take the lives away of every Construct under Sagittarius.

“He’s a nasty piece of work. He killed his adoptive father to steal his Divine status. He even acquired Persephone through inheritance.”

“The gods of the Divine world can be grouped into three large categories.”

The first was Inheritance—in other words, reincarnation in conjunction with killing the previous god. The killer god would inherit the Divine status, and the god would be reborn into the seat.

Basically, their personality and memories were completely different. However, their powers and Constructs were seamlessly handed over. This was why the god could use its power after being born. Hence, this was the most commonly used method in battle. It created a pure-blooded god.

The second one was Transfer. In other words, a god died a natural death or voluntarily handed over the Divine status.

When the twelve Zodiacs had stolen the power of the original owners and when Lee Gun had stolen the Zodiac’s powers, both fell into these categories.

The only downside was that it wasn't one’s original power. This was why digesting it took time. Moreover, one could also fail to acquire the power, depending on one’s talent and inclination.

The third way was a Newborn God. A child was born between two gods, or a spirit, item, or a human was deified. The details didn’t matter. A new god was born. The downside would be that the god had to start from the lowest ranks.

However, that wasn’t important right now.

“Hades kidnapping Hugo has to do with the seat of the Great Spirit.”

“Great Spirit?”

Sagittarius extended his finger to draw stars in the air. It was a star with nine points, a nonogram where three triangles overlapped onto each other.

“This is the Divine world. Each point is controlled by the eight great forces. Currently, we are located in the 12 o’clock direction.”

It was where the Olympus faction lived.

Lee Gun had a rough understanding.

‘When I used the pass, it said district A.’

The Divine world was probably made out of nine worlds, and they each possessed floors numbered from 1 to 20.

The center was where all of them were connected. In reality, each district was connected in five-floor increments.

“Anyway, there is a contest for the seat of the Great Spirit. The gods are fighting each other for this important seat.”

“What does that have to do with Taeksoo?”

Lee Gun raised his fist as if to say “don’t speak in a roundabout way.” 

Sagittarius whimpered. “It’s a period where everyone is trying to grow their power. Everyone’s limit is stage 5, so everyone is aiming for stage 5. A Construct with 600% would allow a god to grow their power…”

When sparks flew in Lee Gun’s eyes, Sagittarius quickly spoke up. “Anyway, he’s a rare Construct! Even the Great Spirits are interested in him, so my hands are tied— Kuhk!”

In the end, the nephew kicked the uncle.

“Master!!”

“Your excuse is too long. It just means you were just scared.”

“No!” Sagittarius was about to speak again, but he refrained.

Amongst the Great Spirits that wanted Hugo, some had a grudge against the “Creator” tribe. Although he regained his memories late, Sagittarius was part of the Creator tribe. If he got close, he would be hacked to death.

Lee Gun had an expression as if he would kill Sagittarius if the god of the sun called him nephew one more time. 

Sagittarius flinched. “Serpent Bearer, give up on Hugo. Go back to where you came from. Look at this.”

He took out one of the paper planes that Hugo had let fly while in captivity. “My subordinates were staking out, and they were able to acquire this.”

Lee Gun’s eyes turned round when he unfurled the paper plane. Inside the paper plane seemed to be words written with Hugo’s penmanship.

[Gun, you don’t have to come looking for me.]

Sagittarius let out a light sigh. “This is what he wants— Kuhk!”

Sagittarius received a kick from Lee Gun’s running shoes. And he soon started shaking. It was for no other reason.

“Nephew!! Your Divine Status! Divine Status!”

The stage 6 Divine Statuses, which had been sealed with Lee Gun’s body, were starting to leak out. His power subsided before it turned into something ugly.

Lee Gun seemed enraged. “Do you think a family man like him would have written something like this?”
