The Hydra vomited blood after Lee Gun grabbed its head.

The dog-headed Construct let out a violent howl when he saw this from the sides.

With a cold look in his eyes, Hades spoke in a low voice, “Alright. At the end of the day, that bastard has one goal.”

Hades feigned laughter as he got up. Lee Gun was aiming for him. “He’ll come my way. That’s why you guys should make preparations. We’ll give him a grand welcome..”

It didn’t matter if one was a human or a god. In front of death, everyone was equal. Moreover, this novice god couldn’t even fill his Divine status or Achievements. Hades would end that bastard’s life.

The master of the land of the dead opened his arms wide. He prepared to greet his guest.

Lee Gun narrowed his eyes when he looked at his surroundings. The inside of the castle felt antique like a temple, yet it had a modern feeling to it, like something on the earth.

“Excuse me. You didn’t tell me where you want to go.” The hellhound furrowed its brows. In truth, the hellhound knew what would happen soon.

‘There is no way he can win against Master’s power.’

This was why the hellhound perspired as it asked, “I just have to lead you to Hades-nim?”

Lee Gun tilted his head in puzzlement. “No? Do you think I’m crazy? Why would I want you to guide me there?”

“What? Then where?”

“Wife!”

It took a moment for the Hellhound to buffer those words. “What?”

“Didn’t you hear me? I’m talking about Hades’s wife.”

The hellhound screamed, “What?! His wife?!”

“Yes. She’s here, right? I heard Hades was dragged here by his wife. I want you to take me to her.”

The red eyes of the snake god flashed as he let out an evil laugh.

At that moment, silence reigned within the Divine palace.

Tap! Tap!

Hades tapped his fingers against his chair as he waited. He furrowed his brows. “He’s late.”

A decent amount of time had passed since he had received news that Lee Gun had penetrated the gate. Moreover, he was with the hellhound, so there was no way he would get lost.

Hades had even sent out a reconnaissance Construct to monitor Lee Gun, yet nothing special had been reported back. 

‘His target is me.’

Lee Gun had chased after him to reach this place. There was no way he would run away in fright.

‘So why isn’t he coming?’

In fact, Hades was letting out his magical energy so that Lee Gun could sense him. He was openly broadcasting his location. Since he had assumed Lee Gun would be coming here, he had covered this place with attack skills.

“Master!”

It seemed there was some news.

The bloodied reconnaissance bird fell to the ground in the smoke.

A familiar face walked through the door. Hades had seen this face through transmission before.

The red-eyed young man was laughing. “Is this what you planned on looking for?”

A familiar figure was slung over the man’s shoulder!

“…!!!!”

The man was Lee Gun, and the one slung over his shoulder like a sack of rice was Hades’s companion god.

Hades ground his teeth as he glared at Lee Gun. “Bastard…!”

Lee Gun laughed as if he had caught Hades with his hand in the cookie jar. “Whatever. Just hand over my friend. Or is he already gone because you sold him?”

“What?”

“How much did you sell him for? How much should I sell your wife for? Hmm?”
