After Xie Jianwei’s wounds healed, he didn’t delay the matters anymore.  After preparing the materials, he immediately started to help Lu Li lift the curse.

The whole process was exceptionally smooth. When he used the Silk Sunflower, Xie Jianwei’s heart quivered a little, but after thinking that there should be no problem, he continued and directly used the once-in-a-thousand-years ingredient.

The spell succeeded, but it would take some time for it to fully take effect.

As Xie Jianwei waited patiently, Yan Ke chatted with him: “My Lord, what do you think is the knot inside the Marshal’s heart this time?”

Xie Jianwei answered: “We need further observation.”

Yan Ke stated his opinion: “I feel that in this dream, the Marshal will believe that you love him and will not have any adverse reaction if you directly confess your feelings.”

“There are two possibilities for this situation¹: one is that he will really believe that I love him, and the other is that he will be completely unconvinced.” Xie Jianwei muttered.

If he believed Xie Jianwei’s words of love, he would readily accept it; but if Lu Li felt otherwise, he would think that it’s fake.

But Lu Li would neither refuse in both situations. Only when Lu Li held the contradictory perception of ‘I want to believe that he loves me, but I feel that he does not love me at all’, would he refuse to hear Xie Jianwei’s love confession.

But based on Xie Jianwei’s intuition, the latter was 90% more likely to happen.

******

After a long while, the curse had been lifted smoothly, and Xie Jianwei deeply exhaled. Lorren had been protecting him throughout the entire process, but only now did he finally felt relieved.

He waved his hand behind him, and Lorren who saw it, twitched his mouth,”I’ll go now. I won’t disturb you.”

As soon as the light-bulb-admiral walked out, Xie Jianwei and Lu Li who were left inside the room began to be affectionate with each other.

Only after kissing for some time did the two separate.

“Feels really good.” said the happy and pleased Xie Jianwei.

Lu Li pushed him down on the carpet, and without even foreplay, just straight up did it. Xie Jianwei felt a little pain, but eventually felt good.

At first, Lu Li moved slowly a few times, and then began to accelerate when Xie Jianwei became accustomed to it.

They had done this act many times, but because of this “impotence” dream, this ‘real’ sex became especially pleasurable for the both of them.

After Lu’Big’ Li disarmed, Xie Jianwei’s teeth pierced onto Lu Li’s neck, and the hot blood poured into the former’s mouth like a sweet syrup. The amazing delicacy made his brain tremble violently– he felt like all the nerves inside his body had gathered on his taste buds, and the hot blood’s taste exploded throughout his palate, in a way that couldn’t be described by any vocabulary or words.

This was not simplya food– this is a great joy that makes the nerves cheer! The satisfaction and pleasurethat one could feel aftertasting it was stronger than the climax during sex.

Unimaginable, really unimaginable.

This feels so good!

No wonder Lorren always said that people who have tasted hot blood would find it hard to drink other types of blood.

Xie Jianwei thought that Lu Li’s warm blood was already a delicacy, but the liquid flowing down his throat at this moment was even more delicious than anything he had ever tased..

Simply indescribable.

The bliss Xie Jianwei currently felt– there’s no way he would share it with anyone.

He sucked greedily and contentedly; it’s like he was given a new life.

At the end, Xie Jianwei, this blood-sucking man, actually fell directly into Lu Li’s arms because of too much stimulation. DrinkingLu Li’s blood sent his body’s nerves to the top. The overlapping pleasure completely exceeded the capacity of his brain, and Xie Jianwei had a glimpse of what ultimate happiness is.

This time, he and Lu Li played inside his mansion for half a month and Lorren did not bother them either.

Lu Li’s initially weak body got better after the curse was lifted. He was brimming with great physical strength, and even more shockingwas that his blood regeneration ability became extremely strong!

Therefore, it’s now possible to feed Xie Jianwei whenever, wherever.

If not for Yan Ke reminding him, Xie Jianwei wouldn’t have realized that so many days had already passed.

Yan Ke asked him: “Is it possible to perform the first embrace with the Marshal?”

Xie Jianwei said: “Almost– –  wait.”

He then turned to ask Lu Li: “Do you want to become like me?”

This was to invite him to become a part of the bloodclan. Xie Jianwei thought Lu Li would immediately agree, but he did not expect that the latter would hesitate for a moment.

“You don’t want to?”

Lu Li smiled: “I want to be with you forever.”

If he remained as a human, he wouldn’t be able to stay with Xie Jianwei after a few decades.

Xie Jianwei kissed him lightly: “The best time would be the day after tomorrow, which happens to be the night of the full moon.”

The vampire race was born in the dark and worships the moon. Being reborn during the full moon would give them more power than usual.

Since Lu Li was going to be a part of the bloodclan, Xie Jianwei must make preparations in order for him to become the best of thehuman-converted vampires.

And although he couldn’t be transformed into a pureblood, Lu Li must become much better than the ordinary vampire!

********

Lorren heard that Xie Jianwei was about to give Lu Li a new life, so he came to specifically talk to Xie Jianwei.

“After being transformed, Lu Li will lose his memories as a human.”

“I know” XieJianwei replied in a matter-of-fact way.

Lorren added, “He’ll forget you,too.”

Xie Jianwei smiled: “How does that matter?”

Lorren thought about it for a moment, and finally said, “I have always felt that Lu Li is not an ordinary person.”

Xie Jianwei said: “No matter how unusual, as long a person became a bloodkin, he or she is now our kind. “

Lorren also didn’t know what he was so worried about, but when he thought of Lu Li’s meticulous caring of Xie Jianwei, he felt that the former wouldn’t do anything that could hurt the latter.

The night of the full moon was approaching, and Xie Jianwei was looking forward to it. After all, these kind of things wouldn’t happen in reality. In the real world, the blood race was not so capable – rather, those white little dumplings were best at selling cuteness.

In comparison, Lu Li, a human being, was more common than Xie Jianwei, a vampire.

Xie Jianwei shouldn’t be blamed for his thoughts, since he had no real sense of this “world”– thus, he would inevitably find everything here fresh and interesting.

The ceremony of the first embrace was not complicated. It was nothing more than giving back blood after Xie Jianwei had consumed Lu Li’s blood.

Since Lu Li wasn’t a vampire, his teeth wouldn’t be able to puncture the skin therefore, Xie Jianwei cut and bleed his arm directly.

A small amount of blood from a pureblood such as Xie Jianwei’s was enough for someone to transform completely. Visible changes could be seen as Lu Li transformed- some of his teeth became sharp; those dark pupils now had a deep red color; his skin became extremely pale but his thin lips are tinged red with blood; and the handsome facial features turned more angular and became extra deep after turning into a blood clan.

He pulled Xie Jianwei over, licked the latter’s delicate neck, and bit down.

Xie Jianwei’s body trembled lightly- after a slight tingling from pain came the psychedelic numbness.

His blood kept on flowing out as it was consumed, but he did not feel discomfited and instead felt the opposite- there was a subtle sensation of comfort…..a light, fluffy feeling overwhelmed his senses, like he was floating on the clouds, mixed with thrill and excitement.

Xie Jianwei had sipped enough hot blood and in exchange, Lu Li drank more.

Xie Jianwei’s blood had now coverted Lu Li completely, but both of them indulged to the feeling of exchanging each other’s demands- completely unaware that a clamor was happening outside at the moment.

A  Blood Moon!

On the sky above the entire bloodclan territory, the pure white moon, like it was sprinkled with blood, had turned into an astonishing red.

The color was so bright and dazzling, that the surrounding stars seemed to be infected, eliciting a faint blush.

The entire blood race was shocked!

Blood Moon, a phenomenon that only appears when someone of a  royal family was born!

This event represents strength, a new era, and the approval of Father God!

For thousand of years, no pureblood had been born but tonight, such a vision occurred.

Someone from a royal family?

But the only one left from the royal family, their only king, is sleeping!

What going on? No one knows.

After Lorren saw the Blood Moon, his first reaction was to visit the coffin of the Bloodclan King.

But His Majesty did not wake up and was still sleeping in the ice crystal coffin.

Then … why did the Blood Moon showed up?

Lorren suddenly remembered Lu Li.

He’s being transformed into a vampire tonight, is it somehow connected?

Impossible! Lorren immediately shook his head and rejected the idea. After humans underwent a first embraced, they could indeed become a member of the blood race, but they couldn’t even become a pureblood, let alone turn into someone from a Royal family.

The Blood Moon lasted throughout the entire night. All of the bloodclan were busy looking for the new royal individual everywhere, but there was no trace.

********

The next day, another blood kin was added- a S-class, higher level vampire.

When Xie Jianwei woke up, he found that no one was around him. “Ah-Li?”

“You’ve woken up?” Lu Li asked as he walked-in from the outside.

He leaned over and gave Xie jianwei a kiss.

The other hooked around him lazily.

Lu Li picked Xie Jianwei up and his fingers touched the latter’s wound on his neck.

Xie Jian shrank slightly, “Itchy.”

Lu Li smiled,- then his palms slid down, holding his butt.

Xie  Jianwei glared at him: “ Be good.”

Lu Li suddenly said “I still have my memories.”

Xie Jianwei froze for a long time before he managed to react and asked “You … remember all of it?”

Lu Li blinked, and said softly: “Yes. I remember everything.”

“How is that possible?” Xie Jianwei didn’t react at first since he was still kind of perplexed. But now that he thought it through, the current situation was somewhat wrong. Lu Li should be confused about his own state after the first embrace, but not only was he not confused- he retained all of his memories!

Xie Jianwei deliberated about it for a while and felt that perhaps, this was mostly “God’s Will” (a.k.a the dream master’s will). Lu Li didn’t want to forget it, and so he didn’t, thus it made sense.

Anyway, this is Lu Li’s dream, so whatever he says, goes.

Xie Jianwei smiled and said,”It’s okay that you did not forget- it saved me the trouble of having to make you fall in love with me again.”

Lu Li looked at him and replied “No matter how many times, I will definitely fall in love with you again and again”

“This mouth is really sweet.” Xie jianwei said as he kissed the other.

The two of them cuddled and kissed for sometime then ate a delicious breakfast after.

********

Although Lu Li still had his memories, Xie Jianwei still told him not to let others know. After all, Xie Jianwei could understand that it was Lu Li’s (the dream master) own doing, but others couldn’t. It would surely cause a sensation amongst the bloodclan.

After Lu Li became a vampire, he no longer stayed inside the house all day long.He and Xie Jianwei were more intimate, but they quickly integrated into the blood race.

And as what Lorren had said, Lu Li, who was now a part of the bloodclan, instantly became the target of everyone’s pursuit.

A lot of individuals- either men or women, wanted to exchange blood with him. However, Lu Li refused all, and had no interest in doing so at all.Everyone also did not forced him- they knew that those who just had their first embrace would always have a sense of attatchment to their “father”. (t/n: father =the one who transformed him) He definitely wouldn’t want to touch others for a short period of time; but as time goes on, he would completely adapt to the living habits of the blood race, just like the others.

The reason for Lu Li’s fame in the bloodclan was because he did something that shocked the entire blood race.

He issued a challenge against a first-class Count- he wanted a confrontation against a pureblood despite being an ordinary vampire! (t/n: Lu Li is S-class vampire, but he’s still considered an ordinary bloodkin, since he’s not a pureblood)

This was completely legal in accordance to the blood race history – as long as the owner of a title was defeated, he would have to forfeit his title and the winner in turn would obtain and use it from thereon.

No one – including the blood clan leaders, can refuse such a challenge.

But ordinary blood kins were not stupid. No one would confront a pureblood, because they knew that their strength wasn’t up to par, and therefore they would only end up dead as a conclusion.

Thus, Lu Li, this rare ordinary vampire who dared to challenge Shears, became well-known.

Shears on the other hand, became completely infuriated that an inferior ordinary blood kin dared to provoke him. Who gave him the courage?!

Not to mention that he couldn’t refuse this declaration of war – even if he could, his pride as a pureblood wouldn’t allow it!!

He’s going to kill this garbage, and let everyone know that his status is inviolable!

After hearing the situation, Lorren hurried to find Xie Jianwei: “You don’t want your Little Wolf Dog anymore?”

Xie Jianwei froze.

Yan Ke was recording again: “Oh, mom, dare to call the Marshal in that way! Admiral Lorren, you’re the man amongst men!”

Lorren called Xie jianwei’s attention back to himself and questioned, “He went to challenge Shears, isn’t this looking for death?”

Xie Jianwei didn’t say anything. He was smitten with the nickname ‘Little Wolf Dog’.

Lorren called him back again: “Hey!”

He finally managed to get Xie Jianwei’s attention. The latter looked at him with a blank look on his face “Huh?”

Lorren was so angry- this was definitely an example of ‘The emperor was at ease while the eunuch was dying from anxiety!’

He almost couldn’t hold back his temper anymore; but thinking about Shears and Lu Li’s situation, he became soft-hearted: “Go ahead and stop him. That kid probably knows that Shears did some underhanded tricks to you last time, so he issued a challenge on him.”

Xie Jianwei certainly knew the reason.

“Although Shears, that damn garbage, should die, but he can’t be so reckless. He just became a bloodclan, how is he going to fight against Shears?” Lorren added

Xie Jianwei said: “Look.”

Lorren rambled on,  “Yes, I will tie him up,  We cannot let Shears …… What did you say?”

“Let’s go take a look at them.”

Lorren looked at Xie Jianwei like he had becaome a lunatic, “That Little Wolf Dog is young and vigorous, but you, you’re also going act  crazy like him?”

Xie Jianwei just smiled and said: “Lu Li is very powerful.”

“How powerful can be?”

“More than you.”

Lorren smiled angrily, “Are you mocking me?”

Xie Jianwei shoved him:  “Let’s go, the battle will end soon.”

Lorren thought ‘Certainly, it will be over soon. Lu Li, that kid, would be defeated in a few minutes and couldn’t take care of himself!’

Forget it; it’s good to be young, and reckless. If Shears is going to strike hard, he will go up and block it.

With this mindset, Loren and Xie Jianwei went to watch the match together.

When they arrived at the scene, it wasn’t just Count Lorren that was dumbfounded, but the entire blood race was.

Indeed, the battle ended quite quickly!

But it wasn’t Lu Li who was on the floor-  but Shears, who was beaten within minutes. The entire crowd was silent, and only Xie Jianwei, who was smiling, clapped his hands and said some words “Not bad.”

The onlookers : ”…” what the hell!

Unbeknownst to this lively side with the crowd’s ruckus, in the sleeping place of of the Bloodclan King, something strange was happening.

The black mist inside the glass coffin slowly turned into a humanoid figure, and the distinct fingers moved lightly.

1.         ⇑         I’m freaking confused. But I think the keyword here is ‘feel’. In this dream, Xie Jianwei had perfectly showed that he would do everything to be with Lu Li to the point of risking his life, that’s why in the two situations XJW mentioned, Lu Li would ‘feel’ XJW’s love, and therefore would not reject hearing XJW confession (confession would normally collapse the dream world). So this time, Yan Ke and XJW was betting that Lu Li would accept it,therefore the dream wouldn’t collapse; the only thing that could happen is that one, Lu Li would be completely convinced (haha lol). However, given our drama queen Lu Li’s thinking, XJW summized that the second situation would likely happen– that despite having been showed enough proof of, and feeling XJW’s love, Lu Li would still think that it’s fake, that it’s completely unbelievable. Why? because Lu Li loves dogblood situations.

My conclusion is that the dream would collapse if Lu Li is insecure of XJW’s feelings for him,  meaning he doesn’t completely ‘feel’ XJW’s love, aka XJW didn’t went through hell and fire as a proof to his love ( haha jk). Our Lu Li here doesn’t want lip service you guys. Action speaks louder than words.( ̄∇ ̄) XJW also mentioned Lu Li’s perception, and the best example is that the previous dream collapsed not only because he caught the two in the act, but because in the first place, he had this perception that XJW doesn’t really love him, he’s just obsessed. Lu Li had always believed that all of XJW’s actions in the previous dream are just the result of the latter’s obsessive personality, that’s why he’s still insecure.

These are only my own thoughts, at least for now.
