“Hm… A very uninteresting introduction. Hey, dragon over there. You can eat him.”

It looks like Araysla suddenly lost interest, as she turns to Seilook instead.

Seilook yells loudly, flaps its wings, and soars to the sky.

I’m sure our bond has been cut, because I don’t receive its thoughts at all. Even its voice is just a shrill sound now.

Seilook looks down at me from up there, with the same cold eyes as Araysla’s.

And then, Seilook opens its mouth widely to unleash a dragon breath. The same powerful one that obliterated the real body of the Demon King of the Deep Seas.

But I’m not going to stand here and wait for it.

I bring one of the scrolls hovering in the air close to me, the one I used to manifest Eve.

“Rose, contact the sister tower and bring me what I told you.”

One of Rose’s vines breaks through space-time and creates a hole in the air.

It doesn’t take long for it to return, wrapped around a potion.

It’s a special made potion, stuffed with divine protection.

I analyzed Zwei’s power, and have a theory about the true nature of divine protection. I think it’s something that draws out skills like the ones Ahri uses, and gives them form.

I used this theory as a base, all the knowledge of alchemy I have, and curses and purifying light as a medium to transmute this divine protection potion.

I take the potion from Rose and undo the seal I carefully placed on it. Then I quickly splash it on the scroll I brought near me.

There’s an immediate change.

The liquid starts soaking Eve’s scroll, which starts trembling like it’s pulsating, and is painted crimson.

The power of divine protection in the potion turns into a skill as it flows through the scroll and into Eve.

A few drops drip from the scroll, and the divine protection in them activates in mid air. But this skill power isn’t received by anything, so it breaks down and turns into simple energy.

Meaning, an explosion.

This thing condensed and forced into a liquid state is destroyed as it’s released, creating pure energy.

Rose’s vines protect me, but I can see from the gaps between them the impact caused by the explosion clashing with Seilook’s dragon breath.

I didn’t intend for those drops of the special potion to manifest like this, but even that is enough to easily clear away a full powered dragon breath from Seilook.
