Chapter 1189 A New Customer!

Chapter 1189: A New Customer!

Tap! Tap! Tap!

As William and Elle approached Aakesh, he heard the sound of footsteps coming from outside the store. Aakesh looked in that direction and found an unfamiliar face coming toward the store.

It was a new customer, so it was a surety that the man would approach him. But since Aakesh had told William and Elle that he would answer them once he got free, he wouldn't break his word.

"Store owner, can you tell us about Crestacin?" Elle repeated the question once she and William reached Aakesh.

Aakesh nodded and then told them the details about the Crestacin.

Crestacin was now an extinct race from the Sacred Dimension, and in the Primordial Dimension, the number of the race was in three digits.

It was a race that was the founder of many marine races in the Primal and Sacred Dimensions, with it being one of the overlords of the ocean at one time in the past. But for some reason, the race's fertility began to dwindle at a rapid rate, and soon the race lost its reproduction ability.

It wasn't the end, as only the female and male Crestacin couldn't reproduce, but female Crestacin of other races could still reproduce.

It was the end of the pure-blooded Crestacins, soon making them a minority. Many other races enjoyed the fruit of their mating, with female Crestacins having powerful descendants.

The female Crestacins became trophy creatures for the oceanic races. As the number of Crestacins dwindled, other marine races started to covet their territory, causing a war between the Crestacins and many other oceanic races.

The Crestacins had the upper hand in the war since, despite their low number, they were still powerful, but things began to change when other overlord races also participated in the war against the Crestacins.

Soon, it was Crestacins against the entire ocean, and despite their strong power, they fell against the brutal assault.

The Crestacins were forced to hide from the world, but soon a calamity struck them as the Crestacins began to die one after another without any reason, making them extinct.

All of that happened countless years ago, even several Epochs before the Vritrasura's assault on the three dimensions.

The death of Crestacins had to do with Dragons of the Primordial Dimension, as the Crestacin was cursed to death. If not for a powerful being from the Primordial Dimension taking Crestacin under her wings, they would have even died in the Primordial Dimension, making them completely extinct. Aakesh didn't tell Elle about the curse since the knowledge was too dangerous for someone of her level.

Elle stood astounded after learning the history of the Crestacins. She didn't know that the race had such a majestic past. Even their race didn't have Sun Elves in three digits in the Primordial Dimension.

"Thank you, store owner," Elle thanked Aakesh. Whatever hidden disgruntlement Elle had in her heart for getting only a legendary quality beast had disappeared after learning the truth. She now anticipated what Crestacin would bring her.

"Store owner, has the Primordial level training area become active?" William asked.

Aakesh nodded and then explained the respective training area in detail to the duo. William and Elle's eyes glowed since they had been waiting for this moment.

Elle's cultivation level was higher than that of the peak Supreme God, so it was a lower level for her, while William was a Supreme God, so he was suitable for it. But she had experienced the Gods & Demons level training area, so she knew how tough it was going to be even to survive in the Primordial level training area.

The duo then paid for their stay in the training area for an hour. After thanking Aakesh, they proceeded toward the weapon's room in a hurry.

They had their bet going on when they were in the Primal Dimension, so the time had now arrived for the bet to resume.

Even the races from the Sacred or Primal Dimension became immensely powerful in higher difficulty, so the opponent was the same as earlier, a Sun Elf.

Since it was their first time entering the training area, the two bet on who would be the first to win their first battle. Whoever would be the loser would have to give a rare item to the winner.

After William and Elle left, the new customer took their place.

"Hello, store owner," The man greeted Aakesh.

Aakesh silently nodded in response to the greeting and waited for the question.

"I am Ranir…" The man disappointed Aakesh and introduced himself in detail.

From the tone of the man's voice, it could be inferred that he was narcissistic and liked to boast about himself.

The man had no less than ten titles for himself in his introduction.

Finally, the introduction came to an end. In response, Aakesh replied, "I am Aakesh."

The man didn't like Aakesh's not taking him seriously, but since he had been warned to be respectful and not do anything disrespectful to offend the store owner, he hid his anger and asked about the store's products.

"The store currently sells six products…" Aakesh was waiting for the question, so he soon introduced all six products and their basic details.

Ranir nodded after finding that what his father had told him was the same thing, except for the skills.

Ranir's primary purpose for coming to the store was Panagea, so he asked about it. His father was one of the customers at the store, and he had gotten a valuable item inside Panagea.

Ranir came from a powerful race, and his standing in the race was higher than his father's. The two didn't have a good relationship and were enemies. If not for his father needing his help, the father might not have even told Ranir about the store.

The item cost a lot when exchanged due to the high exchange rate, but even then, its value was still higher.

Ranir also wanted the item, so he came here to enter Panagea. He could have killed his father and gotten the item, but the item was blood linked to the father and could never be owned by him even after his death.

Ranir knew that his father only gained the confidence to come to him for help and also reveal the item due to Ranir's inability to snatch it from him.
