Chapter 654 - Lin Ren(1)

Chapter 654: Lin Ren(1)

“Hello, store owner! I am Lin Ren,” Lin Ren introduced himself with a slight bow of his head, stopping before speaking his title.

“I am Aakesh,” Aakesh expressionlessly nodded and then repeated the gesture by introducing himself.

“What products does the store sell?” Lin Ren asked, with his tone being slightly respectful. It was the respect of a cultivator toward other cultivators, and not one from a low-ranked to some high-ranked person.

Lin Ren wanted to ask about the race of the store owner; how he gained such a large quantity of Ashamba; or how did he increase the space inside the store when there was no fluctuation in the space, and it acts the same as if it was originally supposed to be like this? But he controlled himself and didn’t ask it. He only focused on the store and not the store owner.

“The store sells four products in total: Pills, Weapons, Adventure in another world, and Cultivation arts. In the pills section, all six types are present in the store….” Aakesh began the introduction of the store products, starting from the first ever product to grace the store, pills.

“… these are the products the store sells,” Aakesh finally concluded with the introduction of the store products.

Lin Ren had a mixture of shock and astonishment on his face when Aakesh concluded with the introduction. In the pills section, Lin Ren didn’t find any product that could make him feel surprised since these were the types he was aware of and had used each of them at one point in his life.

The first reason for shock arrived when Aakesh introduced the training area. The concept of a training area wasn’t anything unheard of, but fighting creatures of top races without the fear of death was a first for Lin Ren.

When Lin Ren heard about Panagea, his jaw had almost dropped to the ground. While the introduction of Panagea continued, his mouth stayed wide open all this time.

Finally, when the introduction of the cultivation arts arrived, his face returned to normal, but when he found out that the store sold even the Immortal-grade cultivation arts, the shock returned. How could he not know the value of an Immortal-grade cultivation art?

An Immortal-grade cultivation art was the difference between a top-tier and mid-tier organization. Anyone could create an overlord organization if they had good quality cultivation arts.

Time flew by.

After staying in shock for a few seconds, Lin Ren returned to normal. He couldn’t help but smile wryly in his heart as the number of times he had frozen in surprise today was several times greater than what he had faced in his entire life of million years.

The only situation Lin Ren felt that could challenge today’s shocking expressions occurrences was his winning the throne of the Xirin Empire around ten thousand years ago.

After returning to normal, Lin Ren remembered all the content told by Aakesh in his head once again. Out of all the products, what made him feel most shocked was Panagea, which was understandable since he had never heard of anything coming even close to what Panagea could offer.

“Store owner, don’t you also sell cards?” Lin Ren suddenly remembered the card his daughter had. Even he felt marvelous at the quality of it. He didn’t know much about it except for it helping the customers teleport straight away to the store since Lin Mei didn’t tell him much, and he couldn’t also use the card as it was bonded to Lin Mei by her blood.

Aakesh expressionlessly nodded and then told him about the three types of cards sold by the store and their functions. Money was the least of his concern when he ruled over a resource-rich area on the Vajji continent.

The next moment, Lin Ren took a supreme Primal stone from his pocket space and respectfully gave it to Aakesh. His manner in front of Aakesh was completely different from how it was before listening to the introduction of the store products. Even Lin Ren was unaware of how respectful he had become of the store owner.

Aakesh expressionlessly took the Primal stone from the man’s hands and threw it into the black hole engraved on the card machine. He then pressed the supreme switch.

Not long after, a silver card appeared in Aakesh’s hands. He then handed it to Lin Ren and explained the process of bonding to it.

Lin Ren didn’t straight away bond with the card as he studied it for a few seconds. When he had gotten it from his daughter, he couldn’t find anything from it. At that time, he believed that it was bonded to Lin Mei, and that’s why he couldn’t study it, but now that it was unbonded, Lin Ren decided to give it another try.

Unfortunately for him, he also failed this time. He couldn’t find anything from the card and had to stop in his attempts.

Lin Ren couldn’t help but feel a sense of disappointment, but when he remembered the products sold by the store, disappointment turned into a realization.

‘How could I be so stupid? How could I study any item from the store when it has products like Panagea and training area that are unheard in the Primal dimension?’ Lin Ren thought in his heart. He then returned to normal. Even Lin Ren didn’t know that Lin Ren had been acting just like a child when they found something that challenged their curiosity from the moment he had entered the store. He even forgot his stature and acted like a newbie, losing his composure from time to time.

Lin Ren then returned to normal and did as told by Aakesh. Since he had attained Immortality, taking out a drop of his blood was an impossible task, but he didn’t have to worry about it. There was a tiny needle placed right above the see-through hole.

Lin Ren had only touched the needle when it pierced his skin as a hot rod does to butter. Lin ren couldn’t help but feel a pricking sensation, but it disappeared as quickly as it had arrived.

The next moment, a drop of blood left his skin and flew toward the see-through hole.
