Chapter 588

Chapter 588: Result(2)

“What happened, master?” The creature with the crown-like horn asked as the creature with the single horn suddenly stopped with a frown on its face.

The creature with the single horn didn’t speak anything but instead looked around the hall with a frown on his face.

As time passed, his frown deepened. The creature with the crown-like horns didn’t ask the question again and disturbed its master as it waited for the single horn figure.

“Was it my misunderstanding?” The creature with the single horn mumbled as he cautiously searched every corner of the hall, only to find nothing.

“What misunderstanding, master?” The creature with the crown-like horn asked with a surprise, and soon it turned into a frown as it also looked around the hall.

“Let’s go! I have a bad feeling. I need to talk to father,” The creature with the single horn ignored the question and instead replied.

The creature then took a step forward and left the hall.

The creature with the crown-like horn didn’t leave straight away but instead looked around for a few seconds with a grave look on its face, and only after the single horn creature had gone far did he follow.

After Aakesh sensed their auras disappearing in their entirety, Aakesh came down to the ground and undid his stealth.

Aakesh had already remembered the pattern, so without waiting for even a second, he reached the spot and started drawing the pattern using the drop of blood he had just taken out of the single horn creature.

It was a great risk Aakesh had taken by taking a drop of blood, but since Aakesh wasn’t sure whether his blood would work or not, he decided to take that risk.

Even though the creature felt a sting, it disappeared as soon as it arrived, forcing the creature to feel that it was a misunderstanding. What added further to its thinking was no injured spot on its body.

As for the single horn creature returning here with its father, who most probably was a behemoth, Aakesh didn’t worry.

He already remembered the pattern, and at the same time, he also had the single horn creature’s drop of blood.

Without waiting for even a second, Aakesh started drawing the pattern.

The pattern was in the form of a single horn creature, just like the figure, but there were certain tweaks.

The creature in the pattern had no eyes or ears, and it was completely naked with an injury in the shape of a sphere placed on its chest.

Aakesh drew the pattern in no time.

The next moment, the similar pillar of light as earlier emerged, and not long after, it also vanished. After its disappearance, the box painted in black with a golden pattern on its top appeared on the ground.

Aakesh didn’t open the box as he gently put it into his space ring.

As soon as he did that, a dangerous sensation passed through Aakesh’s body.

Aakesh didn’t even wait for a second as he took out his sword from the space ring and activated the stealth skill.

Soon the guards guarding the building entered en masse.

Fortunately for Aakesh, there were no Level 250+ guards, so he didn’t have to worry about facing a battle where he could die in the Panagea for the first time.

The stealth allowed Aakesh to pass through walls, but it also had limitations.

Aakesh couldn’t use another energy, so if he attempted to kill someone, his stealth would come off.

Since there were no Level 250+ guards for now, Aakesh began his escape before they arrived since it could put him into a difficult situation.

Slowly and steadily, Aakesh left the building, but he had only taken a few steps forward when a sense of danger attacked him.

Aakesh, who already had a strong willpower, didn’t feel anything as he threw his wind to the caution and escaped.

Since Aakesh had thrown wind to the caution, with every step he took, a head flew.

“HALT, ADVENTURER!” A scream filled with indignation and anger rang in the area as Aakesh appeared at the door after running for more than an hour.

“So, this is the reason behind the behemoth’s attitude,” The man known as ‘Lord of the Razor sea’ commented in surprise as he looked at the drop of orange-gold liquid in the box.

“Do you know what it is?” The man then looked at Aakesh and asked. At the same time, a glint passed through his eyes.

How could Aakesh, with his overwhelming reactions, miss that glint?

Aakesh knew that the man was asking to make sure of how much Aakesh knew about the drop of the liquid.

“Give me the reward! I have completed my mission,” Aakesh instead of answering told the man something else.

A hint of anger appeared on the man’s face, but he masked it straight away and instead, smilingly replied, “Yes, you have completed the quest I gave you.”

The next moment, Aakesh felt an increase in his XPs. He needed 10 to the power 230 to get to the next level, so an addition of a million XP was not even a drop in the ocean for him.

The man had a smiling face as he then took out a sword from his space ring.

“It’s a Mythical grade sword. Since you not only found the reason behind the attitude of the behemoths but also brought the drop to me, you have earned it,” The man smilingly told Aakesh as he handed Aakesh the sword.

The quest was a contract between the two people, so even if the man was too strong to kill Aakesh in a single strike, he had to follow through with the reward.

If the man rescinded the quest’s rewards, the will of Panagea would attack him. The decrease of several Levels would be the best case for the man in that situation.

Aakesh took the sword, and only after taking a single glance at it, he threw it into his space ring.

The sword he currently used was only an intermediate Legendary grade, but still, it was several times better than this Mythical-grade sword since he himself used the best of materials, spending a large number of soul stones on it.
