Chapter 546

Chapter 546: Journey to the End(2)

As soon as Aakesh landed his right foot on the second step, he found the view in front of him changing.

Before Aakesh could catch the sight of anything, the world in front of him darkened. When Aakesh finally could see the light, he found himself in an unfamiliar place.

“Hehe, did you think you would kill me this easily?” Before Aakesh could even look at his surroundings, he heard a familiar voice. The tone contained a mixture of playfulness and anger.

Since the voice was familiar, Aakesh clearly remembered the owner. Aakesh then turned around, and as expected, the fat Elvish man was glaring at him.

“Give me my Leafless Fruit, and I would let you go,” The Elvish man sneeringly told Aakesh.

“Is this again your garden?” Aakesh finally opened his mouth and uttered words for the first time in the presence of the Elvish man as if these weren’t words but some valuable treasure.

“Yes,” The Elvish man proudly answered.

As soon as the Elvish man answered, he noticed Aakesh disappearing.

The Elvish man knew Aakesh disappearing wouldn’t bring anything good to him, so he backed a few meters as Aakesh was too fast for the man even to see his movements.

“BAM!”

Unfortunately for the Elvish man, he was still as weak as an ant in front of Aakesh, so Aakesh, using the similar palm strike to the last time, killed the Elvish man as he turned into a blood cloud.

The Elvish man proved to be more powerful and durable this time as his body parts that flew after the strike was in better shape than the last time despite Aakesh using the same amount of power in his attack.

“So weak than why so much blabber,” Aakesh mumbled as he comfortably landed on the ground.

Since the Elvish man was dead, Aakesh finally focused on his surroundings.

It was still the same garden as earlier, but the number of plants and flowers had grown by large numbers in both quantity and quality.

Aakesh could see many things that would be enough to create a war between the Bisan Kingdom and neighboring Kingdoms, but since they were too low level for him, Aakesh didn’t waste his time picking them up.

Ignoring the plants, Aakesh continued in his journey of the garden as he still hadn’t found anything equal to the Six-Sense Weed, let alone the Leafless Fruit.

Time flew by.

After traveling for several thousand miles with all the restrictions on him, Aakesh finally found something of value.

Not far from him, there were several Fire Pearl Fruit hanging on a tree with leaves that looked like burning flames.

Fire Pearl Fruit helped the cultivators to increase their attainment and level of control toward different kinds of fire. This fruit was much in demand for Alchemists, Blacksmiths, and other professions which strictly required fire across the Primal dimension.

Aakesh counted the number of fruits to be ninety-three, which was a large number. If Aakesh were to sell it, he would easily earn a few million supreme Primal stones.

Like Six-Sense Weed, ignoring the Fire pearl Fruit would be an insult to it, so Aakesh plucked all the ninety-three fruits.

After throwing all the fruit in his pocket space, Aakesh continued as he still hadn’t found any item even considered equal to the Leafless Fruit.

Aakesh finally found his destination as a large tree spanning countless miles welcomed him.

If not for the Energy Overseer, Aakesh wouldn’t have been able to see this tree as it was in another space. There was only a minuscule point that acted as the gate for that place.

Even Aakesh couldn’t help but get shocked after seeing the tree in front of him.

The tree in front of him was ‘Divinity Serum’. As its name suggested, it was an item that belonged to the Gods.

Aakesh calmed down straight away since he had seen even more valuable and rare items and proceeded toward the tree.

The tree spanned billions of miles in height, so someone of the stature of Aakesh couldn’t even be considered dirt.

Aakesh also noticed one thing the restrictions on him had grown even stronger here. Aakesh understood the reason behind it as the actual item that made it valuable and rare was in the middle of the tree.

Due to the tree’s height, the length between Aakesh and it looked to be close, but as Aakesh approached the tree, the distance seemed immense.

Despite traveling for hours, the tree looked to be at the same distance to Aakesh.

Time flew by.

After traveling for days, Aakesh finally reached the tree. He then looked up as he understood that the journey wasn’t over.

For someone like Aakesh, manipulating gravity slightly on the land below his feet to vertically walk wasn’t hard, despite an even more powerful resistance.

Aakesh started vertically walking across the tree to reach his destination.

Time flew by.

When Aakesh had started, he had assumed his journey to take days, but as he journeyed, it took him around two months. As he got closer to the item of value, the resistance on him grew, making his travel speed even slower.

When Aakesh was only a few hundred meters away from the burrow in the middle of the tree, the resistance restricting him had grown to such an extent that even taking a step felt like a challenging task. But for someone like Aakesh, who had unlimited stamina, the resistance helped Aakesh’s strength grow at a very quick rate during all that pressure.

Aakesh gently took out a drop of milky white liquid on his index finger from the burrow in the middle of the tree and looked at it.

The next moment, the tree suddenly started disintegrating, making Aakesh fall to the ground from such height.

Aakesh ignored the fall and put the drop of liquid into his pocket space.

Aakesh heated up as he continued falling, but Aakesh’s physique was enough, so he didn’t even activate the shield.

***

It has been thirty years since Aakesh entered the world created by the ruler.

Aakesh had an expressionless face as he raised his right foot and stepped on the forty-third step of the never-ending stair.
