It receives information not only from the upper continent where the empire is located but also from the Guild Autonomous Region on the lower continent where diplomatic relations have now been severed.

Skilled spies are scattered throughout the continent.

「….the situation in Gartland is improving. Quite unfortunate.」

In order to damage the potion industry in Gartland, the production of red berries was suppressed and even mages were sent to cause crop failure.
