Chapter 297 Unique Talents

Name:The Black Necromancer Author:Nilo_A
Morgan Black was a ruthless man. He was only in his mid thirties, yet he had raised the Black Fangs gang into the behemoth that it was. The Black Fangs gang was an international behemoth that had rooted itself into so many aspects of life that was truly hard to completely destroy it. The White Ghosts had been trying for the past decade, but had failed terribly.

To be honest, Morgan was not the one who had founded the Black Fangs gang. He had inherited it from his father, and then moved forward from there. The Black Fangs gang had been a regional underground power, but it only grew to what it currently was after Morgan took over it from his father.

But as if to mock Morgan's efforts, a new group had sprung up and begun a tug of war against the Black Fangs gang roughly twenty years ago. It had grown at an unprecedented rate and become the equal of the Black Fangs gang. That group was known as the White Ghosts.

From what Morgan knew, the White Ghosts had always been around, but they had been a small time gang that only watched over a few streets. Morgan only knew that the head of the group had changed before their meteoric rise. He had done all he could to find intel on the identity of the leader, but that proved to be an impossible task.

Now, Morgan believed that mysterious and evasive person to be standing before him.

"You are as powerful as I expected someone of your caliber to be, but I am a bit let down. I kind of preferred the cat and mouse chase that we have been doing for the past two decades." He smiled mockingly.

"You must have me mistaken for someone else. I am not the leader of the White Ghosts, but if he wishes to clean you all out, then I believe out goals coincide at that point, but nothing more." Michael shook his head and stepped forward.

Morgan also took a step forward as he ripped off his shirt, revealing chiseled muscles that had been carved through blood, sweat and tears. A multitude of scars were spread all over his body, showing how much suffering he must have gone through over the years.

Unfortunately, Michael was not there to sympathize with him, so he did not spar the scars another glance.

"Surrender now. That way, I don't have to beat you up." Michael offered.

"I should be saying the same thing." Morgan growled, his hair standing on end and his eyes turning pitch black. A black halo appeared over his head, painting him as some sort of demonic entity. Three black halos appeared around each of his forearms. Michael was interested. In his many years, he had not seen many things like this, and even then, looks did not mean that they were the same thing. He was curious as to how Morgan fought.

???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????? ????????????????????-????????????.????????????

"I WILL CRUSH YOU!" Morgan roared as three rings appeared around each of his legs.

Boom!

The ground beneath his feet shattered as his body blurred. He appeared in front of Michael with his right fist cocked back. The ring halos around his forearms tightened and pulsed with power as he let his fist fly forward.

Bang!

A powerful shockwave blew everyone away. Morgan's eyes widened as he saw that Michael had blocked that move by lifting his arms in front of his chest. He had been pushed back a few meters, and his legs dragged long trenches in the solid floor of the mansion. Yet, he did not seem to be injured. His sleeves had been ripped to shreds, but the skin under them were still pristine.

"BREAK FOR ME!" Morgan exclaimed again before the rings around his calves tightened. His speed suddenly shot up and his figure flashed around Michael at a pace that was so fast that no one except the Executives could see him.

Bang bang bang!

Morgan's fists were like bullets as they constantly moved, banging against Michael's sturdy body. Only after a whole minute had passed did he finally stop moving. The entire entrance of the mansion had collapsed around them, and a few people would have most likely died under the rubble by now. The Executives did the best they could to move the people far away from the scene of the battle.

"The Boss has grown even stronger!"

"Of course, that's why he's the boss!"

The Executives believed that Michael was no match for Morgan, so they were already praising and complementing Morgan before seeing the results of his endless fist storm. Their words and complements were brought to a stop when the dust settled and they found Michael standing in the same place, unscathed.

"H-how?!"

"Did the Boss go easy on him?"

"Who are you? How are you so strong?" Morgan asked from his position a couple of meters away from Michael. He was panting slightly from the earlier exertion, but he could still keep on fighting if it was needed.

"I haven't even shown you a tiny fraction of my true strength and you are already so shaken? Haha! I told you to just give up and you refused. Now, you have gone and ruined my shirt!" Michael could not hold back the laughter that bubbled in his throat.

His words were like salt on Morgan's wounds, and the bald man gritted his teeth. "You dare mock me?! I haven't even shown you my true power!" He burst out with a new show of power. The wind around him seemed to some alight as the sparse mana in the air was pulled toward him. The rings around his forearms and calved seemed to darken in color even more, before adding in number.

Seven rings circled Morgan's forearms and calved, while another larger ring appeared behind him. A final ring appeared underneath him before sinking into the ground and spreading out. Instantly, it was as if that part of the world had been tinted a shade darker. Michael felt a foreign energy around him and realized that the halo was meant to weaken him. The one behind Morgan was a general booster for the man, while the seven around his limbs were meant to boost the power of each individual limb.

"You are quite unique. I will surely bring you back home with me." Michael grinned deviously. He could not believe that he had found such people here on Earth, a world with mana so sparse and lacking.

"SHUT UP!" Morgan roared before blasting forward. The path he followed was straight. A bright red trail of molten material was left in his path. The reason why he had went straight up to Michael was because of how strained his body was under such conditions. He had used all his ability to the max, and he needed to take Michael down as quickly as possible. If he chose to dance around Michael, then the force and strain on his body would lead to his own body collapsing on itself.

Bang!

The two people clashed and a much more powerful shockwave was blasted out. Even the Werewolf who was the strongest among the Executives was not able to withstand the force and found himself blasted away.

Michael raised his eyebrows. The aura that Morgan exuded had suddenly spiked up. Now, his strength laid somewhere around Low C rank which came as a shocker to Michael. When Morgan had first made an entrance, he had exuded the presence of a High D rank. Now, he had skipped two stages and gone to Low C rank.

'Is everyone on Earth simply so talented? Leon was enough of a shocker!' Michael thought to himself as he shielded his body against the savage blows that Morgan was unleashing.

While he did not use any overpowered magic, that did not mean that holding back reduced the strength of his body. His body's strength had been lowered in order to enter this world, yes. But it was still much stronger than what anyone in this world could hope to match up to.

'Alright, I should end this and capture all of them. I can haggle with the Nexus Being later.' Michael eventually sighed after enduring a few more heavy handed blows from Morgan.

"TAKE THIS!!!" Morgan reared back and jumped back straight in, turning into a flash of black light that struck Michael's prone form.

BOOM!

An explosion of black light erupted and temporarily blinded the Executives. When their visions cleared up, they were stunned to find Morgan suspended in the air by his neck as Michael lifted him up from the ground.

"No way..."

"The boss... lost?"

They were all stunned and were finding it hard to process what had happened.

"He was destined to fail ever since he chose to fight. He should have heeded my warning." Michael shrugged as he lowered Morgan's body. A silver portal opened beneath Morgan and he dropped the man into it. "Now, are you ready to surrender, or do you want to fight as well?" Michael asked as he turned to the rest of the people around him.
