"Are you really going to make things difficult for a couple who are devoted to one another?"

Director Wang spoke with great care as if he was just a young boy who was desperate for his elders' approval. There was no pride or arrogance in his tone.

It was obvious that he adored her.

Yao Ran stared up at him.

All of this was thanks to her own hard work!

"Please accept my gift. Just treat it as a birthday gift," Director Wang was quick to interject. "I don't have any other intentions."

Qin Man also tried to persuade him, "Not everyone has this. Our Ranran truly is outstanding."

She glanced over at Jiang Wan.

No matter what, no matter how powerful her future son-in-law was, it would be useless for them to be this envious.

They obviously wouldn't walk down the same paths.

Upon thinking of Yao Tang, she couldn't help but think back to the son-in-law she had found for her the last time. That was none other than Director Zhang.

Jiang Wan didn't really have any specific thoughts on that matter. Instead, she snapped, "You don't have to worry about our Tangtang. Just take care of your own child," she said. "We'll be the ones to handle what happens with her."

She said all these through gritted teeth.

She couldn't help but think back to the time Qin Man had chosen a blind date for Yao Tang. Hearing what she had done, she scowled.
