The snowfall stopped the following day, but the ground was muddy and sloppy because the fallen snow from the previous day had melted.

It was just a short exchange of “Hey” and “Hi,” and it wasn’t like we were talking about anything in particular more than that. However, it was a very big change for a loner like me, who was never greeted by anyone previously.

“Congratulations, Rin-kun. With this, we are now a matching pair of E-rankers.”

“It is hard to catch up since Aoi’s level is increasing as well.”

“No, it is quite amazing to reach E-rank in such a short time.”

“Level 13 Aoi is also amazing, you know.”

To put it bluntly, Aoi’s way of leveling up isn’t ordinary either.

In less than three months after forming a party with me, her level has risen by two.

Aoi defeated two D-rank monsters in the previous raid battle. Not only that, but she has also been defeating quite a number of monsters every day since forming a party with me, so the speed of her leveling up has naturally increased.

It might sound like bragging if I say so myself, but I honestly think that a party of two first-year students with both members at E-rank is quite awesome.

My skill columns didn’t increase even after reaching level 10. And although each of my skills’ skill-usable times increased respectively, the skill-usable limit of [Vortex Fire] didn’t increase.

I never noticed it until now, but it seemed that the increase in the skill-usable times due to leveling up was not uniform.

And also, there was another change that was outside of my expectation after reaching level 10.
